I had my iphone 4 replaced through Zeetron and I'm so happy that my experience went so great, especially because I didn't know if I should replace it or wait for the iphone 5. But my screen was cracked and Zeetron was the first site to pop up on google. I was originally going to get just a screen replacement but decided to an entire conversion to white. Long story short I placed the order with the website and sent my phone in. I recieved a tracking number right away and knew where the package was at all times. I recieved an email confirmation when they recieved the phone and when it was being shipped back. The greatest feeling was knowing where my phone was at all times and not worrying about it. PLus the phone looks amazing! Couldn't ask for more. Would HIGHLY reccomend.
I recently purchased an iPad 2 dock from Zeetron through Amazon.com. The description and images on the site were of the iPad 2 dock, which is what I wanted. However, what I received, and what I experienced with their customer service department really frustrated me. The small white box the item came in said "ipad 2", clearly a box made by Zeetron (note the lowercase "p"), but the image on the box was the iPad 1 dock, not iPad 2. Not only that... the item inside the box was also the iPad 1 dock. This tells me that they were either trying to scam me and hoped I wouldn't notice, or they don't do enough research about the products they sell, and don't know that there is a big difference between the iPad 1 dock and iPad 2 dock.
I left them a negative review on Amazon, and their customer service manager emailed me soon after to try to persuade me to take the review down. They said, and I quote, "Also, if you can be kind enough to remove the feedback, I will gladly send you another item free of charge." Any customer would take this to mean that if I take the negative review down (doing Zeetron a huge favor), then Zeetron in turn would repay me by giving them a free item from their website. After many confusing emails, I asked them to refund money, because from the way they explained it, it made sense that I would send back the product they sent to me, get my money back and then receive my free item from them. I took down the review from Amazon, and they refunded my money. They then proceeded to tell me that I would not get a free gift, because that is not what they meant. I'm sorry, but if I'm just returning the "problem" product, and a company refunds my money, that's what you call a normal deal. The fact that I willingly took off a very negative review for them means that they needed to do something extra for me for taking the review down. Since I won't get my end of the bargain, here I post.
I originally placed an order for a part they sell on Amazon. The tracking number for it was showing a message that was very confusing, so I emailed them. Customer service responded to me within the hour on both email and livechat. They said that USPS seemed to be having trouble on their end, so I contacted the postal office and was told the address was wrong, but it wasn't their fault. Jenna bared through all my emails and happily refunded me the package when after the product warranty expired, the item was finally returned to sender. They even offered me a small discount on my next purchase. I'll definitely look up Zeetron again when I buy from Amazon.
All was great with them at the beginning and now has turned into a nightmare! I originally ordered a replacement glass kit to do myself. Questions were answered quickly. When I found that I was unable to do this myself, I spoke to Mike Russo (the YouTube voice) and he suggested that I pay for a glass and speaker repair because I must have damaged something when putting the phone back together. I ordered this and sent in my iPhone. A few days later, I got a call that the mother board was out and would ned replacing. I ok'd the repair, but soon after received another call from Jenna in Customer Service who said that they would not be able to repair it after all and would send the phone back and refund my $69.99. A few days later a phone arrived, but it belonged to someone else! Jenna asked that it be returned and my phone would be sent back and they would refund my postage. I packaged this unknown phone and sent it priority mail with a confirmation so it arrived 2 days later. When I looked at my Pay Pal receipt I noticed the refund was for only $49.99. I called and Jenna said they would refund the balance of what they owed once they received the phone they sent to me by mistake! I was furious that they would hold my money for their own problem. They eventually agreed to refund the $20 and that my phone was on its way. That was almost 2 weeks ago and still no phone! They have not been answering emails and do not answer their phones. I have called multiple times to get this resolved, but nothing returned except frustration.
Worst company ever. Don't trust them. You wil never get your phone back if you send it to them. It's a scam. I'm persuing legal action at this point.
I had a really pleasent experience with them. I sent in my phone and they fixed the screen and shipped it back to me all in within 24 hours after receiving it. I can't complain, they did their job.
Sent our son's itouch in on Monday, paid expedited fee, it's now Friday and no return itouch. Live Chat does not work, no one picks up in customer service, no live person picks up phone regardless of what extension you choose. What a mistake and now headache.
Monday i asked when my order would be shipped, they said monday, tuesday i asked them again and they said tuesday, same on wednesday, and on thursday the said my order was a fraud and was sent to the fraud dept. I paid like 260 dollars for having it overnight shipped to me, but NO.
Wonder when I will get it or if i will get it:-(

I was in a desperate situation waiting for an iPhone 3Gs replacement part, promised to me by another company. One full week later I still didn't have the part. I called Zeetron late in the day on a Friday. They found the part and got it to Fed Exp in time for me to receive the replacement by Saturday Morning! Who does that anymore? These people not only cared about my problem, they went out of their way to help me.

Horrible service, no phone support. I have received no communication from them whatsoever. They have had my iPod for 4 weeks now. Really dissapointed. I just hope I get the thing back at this point. Their website has a bunch of confusing information regarding return shipping.
This is going to be a long review but definitely worth reading.
I don't usually write reviews about anything but I felt that Zeetron.com deserved some recognition. I am kind of surprised seeing all of the negative comments about them, because I actually had a very pleasant experience with them. Here is what happened.
I sent them by black iPhone4 for a color swap and screen replacement because mine was shattered to pieces. I know nothing about phones and thought this was going to take at least a week. I had emailed them and a guy named Mike assured me that I will have my phone back the day after they receive it. I still didn't understand how but okay.
The next day I received an email saying that Zeetron got my phone and it will be shipped out the following day. Never the less my phone was in my hands 2 days later!
I now have a cool white iPhone 4 that all of my friends are dying for. My screen is in PERFECT condition, and my phone doesn't lag anymore. I emailed Mike back to thank him for all his help.
I will definitely be using them again for any of my "technological issues". Zeetron was incredibly helpful, quick and they have the cheapest prices I found.
If I were you I wouldn't worry about all the negativity and go ahead and let Zeetron to the work. You will not be disappointed!
I think zeetron definitely cleaned up their act, reading from previous reviews. They have great customer service now now and responded to my messages within a couple hours. They shipped out my DIY white iphone 4 parts oen day shipping. Reading a bunch of bad reviews from various sites, I was questionable going in but now I can say confidently that this site is well worth it. The prices are among the cheapest available and they have great stuff.
The Zeetron staff was great. They got back to me in a timely manner and were very helpful... at first. I did a color swap on my iphone 4 and everything was fine for the first few days. Then I dropped my phone on carpet in my bedroom and totally lost signal. I had to remove the back and just keep touching stuff until the signal finally came back. When I emailed Zeetron and they said swapping the case has nothing to do with the signal, even though you have completely dismantle the phone to do the swap. Really? I finally ended up putting electrical tape inside the phone to keep the signal from dropping. Now the home button is chipping and Zeetron advised that fixing this requires take the entire phone apart again. No thanks. I went and bought a new iphone yesterday. Never again.
The customer service is terrible with no phone number and extremely slow email response. For a few days i really thought that they had stolen my iPhone 4. False advertising about overnight shipping back, it took closer to 1 week for them to even look at it. When i emailed them initially they had no record of my order and i may not have even gotten my phone back if i hadnt badgered them with emails everyday until they finally took care of my phone. Once i did get my phone back a week later the job was not done very well. It seemed unprofessional, the front and back glass were not sealed properly and it looked like it was gonna come apart on both sides. Also, the home button was not on very good and it felt like it was gonna come off after a few days. You also had to push the button hard to get it to work. Finally, the netting behind the speaker on the phone was not there when it came back so you could actually see into the phone! I do not reccommend Zeetron.com! Do not ship them your phone unless you feel like spending $600 just to buy a new iPhone!
Bought a 10 pc. Battery replacement kit. NO INSTRUCTIONS. NO CONTACT information. No video how to replace the battery on their site. No way to contact. This sucks.

I shipped them my 3gs iphone after being told they would repair and return once they recieved it within 6 hrs. 4 days later after repeated emails and no answers on calls, they finally pick up. They stated they were no longer in the repair business and wanted me to purchase parts to fix my own phone. When I refused and asked for my phone back and a refund for the repair bill, they gave me a hard time and stated they would send back phone by taking the shipping bill out of my payment made. Its been 22 days since I sent in my phone and I'm still waiting! These guys are con artist. I have reported them to the U.S. Postal Inspection Bureau and the Better Business Bureau. Buyers be ware, this company is fraudulent. They even changed their 800 number.
Initial order was never received. Zeetron sent the product again at their expense. Great place to do business.
You can order products from them on amazon and they are great. DO NOT send them a phone for repair unless you never want to see it again! Slow, unorganized, do not answer phone.
Great customer service! They called to make sure everything was done the way I wanted it done. Very polite and courteous. I accidentally made a mistake on my order and they corrected no charge. No complaints and my screen is as good as new. I even am typing this on my iPhone that they fixed.
