The item was not shipped until a month later. The retailer would not cancel the order even though it had not left the warehouse. Once it arrived, I was disappointed by the horrible quality. $80 for a pair of pants that looked like they were $10 or less! I had to pay $10 to ship it back as they do not provide a shipping label
It's been 10 weeks since I ordered from zcrave- no merchandise- no reply to emails- the chat doesn't even work- beware!
I placed an order with them on Feb 27th. A month later I still hadn't received it and everytime I spoke to someone through email, they LIED and said that the package was caught up in customs here in the US when according to the tracking information (they even TRIED to blame the Coronavirus for the delay) it was still in their county. Fast forward to today April 15th... the tracking information is now saying return to sender when the package never arrived to the US or to me. This company is GARBAGE and everyone I know will keep flooding their social media accounts letting everyone know not to do business with them until they give me my full refund.
Do not waste your time and money with this company. The dress I ordered took two months to arrive, was the wrong size - a petite, not regular, and incredibly cheaply made. The return was a nightmare and they will not refund me. Apparently their policy is only to give store credit on more falsely advertised merchandise. Terrible customer service! I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and hopefully get my money back! They are scammers! Read all of the reviews before you decide to give one dime to this sleazy business!
They take images from designers and claim them as their own (illegal). They have trash products that are apparently also counterfeit (see Image with fake Gucci tag). They are unethical and are stealing trademarked and copy written images and patterns. The products have terrible sizing and cuts - they look nothing like the images and the "quality" is a joke. Their customer service is appalling. I had to pay for the items to be shipped back with a tracking number. They tried to claim I never sent it, that I had to provide a picture, then multiple pictures of the items, and other bizarre requests. I had to involve my credit card, the BBB, and threaten to involve a lawyer before they would process the refund. It took over a month to resolve and countless messages. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I asked cs to not ship my item, the very next day they ship it and promised a return and refund. Now they are claiming no refund only store credit. There clothes xxl fits a size 6/8. Extremely small sizing. So now I'm stuck with a $248 bill. Clothes come from China. Not happy buyers beware!

I got this $200 Walmart dress today! I'm horrified, they say I can get a "store credit!" Lol
This dress has a post mark from China, the dress label is in Chinese and it says it came from ALI EXPESS! So I just paid 200 for a 20$ dress that has a "grand ma slip" underneath! This should be illegal and it's definitely a SCAM!
Nasty quality - I bought the Viento Dress and You think you are getting this beautiful soft silk dress, but then when it arrives it is cheap and nasty and poorly sewn with the kind of fabric that makes noise when you move and is ITCHY on the skin. OMG! Worst quality - disappointed customer & haven't heard back from customer service yet and it's been 5 days. I tried to contact them on social media and they just blocked me - worst experience
Of course I ordered something it never came I have contacted them through email four times no response thank God I paid with PayPal they have filed a claim against them and I should receive my money back within a couple of weeks this place is a scam stay away they are terrible
Do not waist money or time on this European price/ China quality clothing line.
More than a month after my order was placed and I still without the package. When I send and email to "customer service" always is an excuse please read the last one, just FYI they keep repeating the same thing since November, now they blame the holidays

Never did I dream of searching for dresses online trying to find the perfect one. But they had a good variety including sample dresses! I was able to buy a sample dress and for much cheaper than a new brand
There are bad deals to be had too. The store was not good organized and clean. I can not like this service
I found a bunch of nice name brand items, interesting high-quality stock, a variety of colors, sizes, and styles. Coming back soon for more awesome stuff!
I'll definitely be back. I liked the selection a lot and the pieces I got are new favorites. They have a chart of sizes in case you lose your size or forget. They are always ready to help out at will.
