This was the worst experience ever.
I paid extra for my delivery, not only it didn't make it to me but i had to send over 3 follow up emails to get an answer. After 2 1/2 months of back and forth, they told me the dress is out of stock. Never again will i shop with these guys. The worst, the worst, the worst.
If I can rate the company with negatives numbers it will be accurate. Do not buy on this site! Total scam! No customer service. Never answer e-mails or phone calls. No news about my purchase of a month ago...
This company should go out of business immediately. Poorly run, zero customer support and bad quality merchandise with rip off price.
I saw their online ad on instagram and clicked on it, I noticed they are charging over $100-200 a dress and I thought it would be good quality. WRONG!
1, I paid $100 extra for shipping and took forever to send to me because it's from China!
2,2 items are wrong size and 1 item was missing in the shipment. So 3 mistakes in 1 shipment? I mean COME ON!
3 I contacted them numerous times, No one ever pick up ANY Calls even if you leave messages. The chat function on their their website is there for show only. It's a $#*!ing joke, cuz no one will ever chat with you! Finally after 3 weeks someone replied me and they said I have never ordered the "missing item". I provided my credit card amount but no reply from them!
This is an evil company with no integrity!
I got my package today and the dress like great! Good price and for free shipping it's fast 10 days it's take to get it
I got exactly what I expected, and the service was really wonderful. They are very friendly and helpful any time. Definitely will continue using it.

I am stupid for buying something on this website because I saw the brand name "Jen's Pirate Booty" brand name... This is a scam... Please do not be stupid... do not buy from here. I am not able to cancel. I need to wait for the return now... I don't know if I will be able to get my money back.
I am very happy with the dress I bought from Zcrave.
The color was not exactly the one shown on the picture but it looks great with my skin colour and the fit is actually the good one, which is very difficult to find when shopping online!
I talked to Hila for some delay in the delivery but overall great experience!

This was the best decision I did to shop my dresses from Zcrave their shipment was on time and great customer service. When I got my dresses I was blown away With the quality. They are the best online clothing store. Highly recommend them
This business is a FRAUD!
1) the photos on the website are the photos of the original products. ZCRAVE is trying to do a cheapest possible replicas. The quality of their clothing is under the lowest level! The products are absolutely to not matching the descriptions and photos and the products are overpriced.
2) ZCRAVE doesnt follow their own policies.
I submitted the return, I paid the return fees, my purchase was delivered back to ZCRAVE a long time ago alreay.
But! They do not follow their own policies and refusing a refund trying to push me to buy something else from them!
This is absolutely inappropriate!
They basically took my money for nothing!
Such a fraud!

Ordered a jacket and was CHARGED ON MAY 1
May 13 th I received. E mail saying it on its way.
May 23 I responded and joking said is this coming by boat. Previously it was 10 days shipping.

Ordered a jacket for $149usd and a blouse for $90usd. Only the jacket has been delivered. The quality is terrible, the fit is so small despite my ordering two sizes bigger, and the fabric is cheap and scratchy not even the same colour as the photo. THIS IS A CHINESE SCAM POSTING PHOTOS OF OTHER DESIGNERS WORK THEN REPLICATING OF INFERIOR QUALITY! Ive tried to contact them about this and all is going unanswered! DO NOT ORDER FROM Zcrave.com
