I ORDERED ITEMS ACCORDING TO THEIR SIZE CHART AND THEY WERE TOO SMALL. ZCRAVE KNOWS THIS AND WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY ONLY A CREDIT BUT I CANT WEAR ANY OF THOSE CLOTHES. THEY WOULD NOT ISSUE ME A REFUND ONLY A STORE CREDIT. GO FIGURE :( I SPENT OVER $200
I also had a bad experience with ZCrave and will be reportIng them to the Better Business Bureau. It's sad when a business fails to refund a customer their money and forces a customer to buy from them against their will.
So I bought a studded bathing suit and when it came it looked nothing like the advertisement and it was also ripped, dirty looking as though it was used.
I ordered a blazer and surprisingly, the blazer came within the 7-10 business days that I ordered it (arrived on a holiday actually from DHL). The quality of the blazer was thick (not worth the $200 though) and it had been worn because there was a stain on it that thankfully I was able to get off of it. The quality was nice-looking but poor. A button popped as soon as I put the blazer on within minutes after receiving the item and trust me, I know my size. So here I am sewing the button back on a "$200" blazer.
August 3 Not Long Ago I ordered a black pretty beautiful blouse from zcrave and it came today at first my package got lost somehow due to all this pandemic stuff that's going on so Lucky today my beautiful blouse came if I could give 5 Stars again I Would thank you Zcrave Love It Will Be ordering Soon
They will take your money and run. It's been 7 months an no item received. When I inquired they wouldn't refund me either. Basically they are thieves. Spare yourself and your bank account do not order from this scam.
Not a good company to purchase from. Bad quality. Do not buy anything from them. No customer support. They are scamming people out of money. Stay away!
This is the worst company that I HAVE ever dealt with and I have been in business for 45 years,,, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER from them... they are horrible and their customer service is horrible too and I paid $725.00 for my order. Company sucks (sorry). I paid with Paypal and I am filing a dispute. I can not believe they are still in business. I hope and pray

Customer service is horrible with responding. Their return system is horrible and you can not get a refund only a store credit. It takes a long time to get your merchandise even in understanding it is going to be delayed due to the virus. It took 2 months. Tracking is also horrible. Items are 2 sizes smaller than usual
