I just received my order from zcrave and I love it. The quality of my dress is very good and and i am gonna wear it on the Christmas party. Thanks team for the $5 cashback on the review.

Horrible customer service AND cheap quality. I asked specifically through their chat system that if the item didn't fit, if I could return or get a refund for the item. She said yes, as long as it wasn't final say. She acknowledged the item I was looking at wasn't final sale as she recommended the size I should buy. Now, they are saying they can't do an exchange, credit, or refund. Extremely frustrating. I spent $400. Total waste of money. Don't buy from them.

Product was cheap and not what was represented and then they make you jump thru hoops just to get a store credit!

Stay away total scam!

I was interested in 1 item, prob put it into the shopping cart, which happens... since then they bombard me with up to 7! Mails a day, "reminding me that I forgot to checkout". I don't know how this can be legal, annoying it is in any case, would never order or even go to their page after this.

Do not order from this site, i was very disapointed. Clothing and accessories look nothing like in the pictures, materials are cheap, everything is from China, zcrave just resells is for expensive prices. Never again!

I order it for my birthday and the shipment was fast one time, the dress is amazing mixed between classy and sexy. I would recommend this website

I just had to say how much i love your clothing line. The clothes fit great. My hope would be that you make the 2 in 1s with more colors, such as solids with prints inside. Brighter colors mix with each other.
