I have written a children's picture book about a grasshopper and a cricket. I had ordered some grasshopper buttons before, gave them out with the book, and re-ordered 100 more. This time I had the title of the book printed on the bottom of the button. Outstanding! I'll probably be ordering more soon. Thank you.
I ordered buttons in plenty of time for them to arrive in time for a party I was having then also paid extra for expeditied shipping. The bittons were stock, not customized. I also requested notification if they would not be delivered on time. I received no notice yet the buttons arrived AFTER my party. This site makes promises it cannot deliver.
Love the business cards not happy with the shipping issue. I sent an email about this and wasn't really happy with the response which said you did not deliver on Saturdays. (I had paid extra for fast shipping) I then order a different business card with regular shipping and this was sent UPS and it was delivered on Saturday! I don't really understand other then I feel like I was not treated fairly on the cost of shipping the 1st set of cards.
This is a great site. I ordered a custom coffee mug (a morphing mug) and I am very happy with my purchase. They shipped very quickly considering it was a custom order. I will definetly order from them again. Its a good place to shop when you are looking for affordable personalized gifts.
Recieved the dishwasher magnet bubbles clean/dirty sign. I was disappointed at how small this sign is. It was meant for 2 boys to know when to empty the dishwasher.

Great fast service and amazing quality fabric for the shirts
I ordered business card from them but they were very expensive for the quantity we received verses other competitors where the designs are not that impressive. When we received a 50% on a Friday, we eagerly were trying our best to get the cards done but there were site errors. I contacted them about our troubles and they did not resolve the situation. I stopped using them from then on. If Customer service had a follow through then I would have stayed a happy customer.
I love working on and ordering from Zazzle. It's ease of use and efficient posting of designd and shipping of merchandise is very refreshing
I love my T-Shirts, I ordered a reg. T-shirt and one with a scoop neck. Both washed up fine, The picture on the front did just fine with the washing. I will keep Zazzle in mind when wanting to order a special t-shirt, thanks again

I can't thank you enough. What you did was amazing and very generous. The reason this has such a paramount impact on me and my family is that I originally wanted to purchase three of the black ginger's unite t's. However, due to my finances at this time, I was only able to purchase two. I sent the response email back to you with the new size requested to speed up the process of getting the size I realized I needed for my one child. My intentions were to wait for your reply and send the wrong sized t-shirt back. That is just how customer service works!
Now you have made me a Zazzle believer and fan. More importantly, you have made three (not two) ginger teens thrilled!

Your search engine when looking for poster prints is a hit or miss when trying to find a specific print. When I received my "Love on the Beach" poster, the writing look completely fake, nothing like it did on your website. Not putting that one up on my wall.

Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
