I ordered custom stickers for my goddaughters 21st birthday dinner. The stickers were placed on shot glasses. It was easy to create the custom sticker and the final product was clear and crisp. They used quality paper. I like that they infirmed me that the photo I uploaded was too pixelated and may not print out clear, and that I had the option to change the photo. I decided to use the photo anyway and it still came out super clear. I was very happy with the results and I received the stickers JUST in time

Well, at least I understand now why customer service line has such a long hold and why your reps do not give their names when they answer. I waited 25 minutes for a representative who was of no help at all. I won't be ordering from you again. I placed two separate orders and all but one of the shirts I ordered are too small... obviously not of any concern to you. Live and learn I guess. Wish I had seen your reviews before I ordered!
Really like the site, and upload my images on a regular basis. However, when uploading to products, the process is somewhat time consuming, due to the fact that Zazzle asks for so much information. Also, (with multiple uploads), will make sure that I am not a robot. I understand the need for security. Other than that, those are the only two complaints that I have about being an artist on Zazzle. Sites like this give artists the chance to publish their work on multiple products, and, allow for makers, (who may, otherwise have a small market), to create the product being printed.
Maybe they do a better job at customized product. I bought a couple of cotton tote bags and am very disappointed at the quality in relation to the price. The quality of the material is equivalent to that you'd get buying a $0.99 bag with store advertising on it, and the print quality makes them appear as if they've been washed a dozen times, faded and washed out. At an average price of $9.20 apiece (and this is with 15% discount), I expected more. The bags will serve their purpose, and I don't have time to find another solution for my need, but I won't be returning to Zazzle. In addition, the shipping rates, while not outrageous, are pretty high. Not a good value for my money.

I placed a order last Friday for a custom Auburn University iPhone 7plus Otter Box phone case. Was absolutely thrilled because everywhere I have went like to bestbuy and different stores that sell that type stuff and everything I found was so boring and ugly! So I immediately placed my order with this company and paid the extra cost to have it sent 2 day air. Well like 2 days later I receive a email telling me that my order was not going to make it to me in the 2 day shipping due to the company being behind because so many orders for the new iPhones cases. I was so disappointed and sent back a email telling them if it was any longer than 3 or 4 days then just refund me my money and I'll order somewhere else. Well I got a email back fairly quick and was told that the order had been processed and they mail it next day air. I wasn't sure what to think but sure enough it was at my door on time. I absolutely love the Otter Box case that I got. The work is absolutely PERFECT, it's not just a cheap printed sticker or skin. It's made into the case itself. I am so happy and have gotten so many compliments on the case and people asking where I was able to find it. I was gladly proud to tell them the company name and web address. I would have hated to have had to wait for it but knowing what I know now after receiving it I would gladly wait 3 months if I had to. I would have just gotten a cheaper one at bestbuy till the one I ordered got here. I can't say it enough that the custom work these people do is absolutely stunning! I will without a doubt be getting gifts for family and friends from these people! I promise the quality and looks of the product I got was far beyond what I expected. So thankful I didn't order somewhere else because it would be impossible to be better than what I received! Thank you so much Zazzle!
Ipaid for a card to be sent on 25th April. It never arrived. I got in touch and said they were preparing it as it was not a card in stock but was made to order which I had not been told. It It was to be sent to Mrs. N Anderson, 6 Surrman close, Hutten, Brentwood Essex. It never arrived and I requested a refund It has not appeared on my October Statement I paid for it on my Master Card.

My daughter in law and I exchange Christmas ornaments depicting something that the two of us have done together over the past year. She and I went house hunting which resulted in the purchase of their home. The ornament I got for her is a SOLD sign, with the address of their new home and a photo of the two of them in front of their own SOLD sign... I love it and so will she!
I recently ordered from Zazzle for the second time. The first time they sent the completely wrong product to the recipient (it was a gift) who lives out of state so I couldn't even return it. This time, I indicated it was a gift on the order form, and tried to pay for expedited shipping, but their website erased all of that and made it not a gift order with standard shipping. So now I'm delivering a late birthday present with a receipt. Nice. I even tried to fix the issue, but they got back to me too late and said there was "nothing they could do." I don't know why I decided to trust this awful website again, but they will never get my money a third time.
I usually don't write bad reviews for bad service/products unless it is a repeated thing and not just a one-time only type of deal. Well Zazzle has topped it and I had to spread the word on how this business is run.
We ordered nearly a thousand dollars worth of products from Zazzle. After receiving our envelopes 3 weeks after making the purchase, we found that they were the wrong color. Since we waited so long for the envelopes (they were supposed to be produced and shipped out within 7 days, that obviously didn't happen as Zazzle promises their customers), the wrong color would have to do. We sent them out to our guests and started receiving return to sender envelopes - the envelopes OPENED in the mail. Some came back with the invitation still in it, some came back as an empty envelope, some made it to the person with an empty envelope after the contents spilling out during transit.
Fast forward to our conversation with Zazzle, not only do they not work on the weekends so that slows things down, but their return policy is that you have to return the item for a refund... obviously that wasn't going to work since the envelopes as well as invitations had been spilt out across the country. Took an hour to get a supervisor on the phone to get the proper return and remaking of the products.
The new products that were redelivered after ANOTHER THREE WEEKS came as the wrong color again.
In the process of returning the products and now I am FIVE emails deep with Zazzle on getting the RMA number and shipping label.
Seriously save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

Loved these for our coach's shirts this season. They are super soft and comfortable. A *tad* short for tall people (so I wear a long tank beneath mine), and since we heard they run a little small, we each ordered one size up from our normal size. They all worked well! We've washed them several times, and the design has held up perfectly. Looks great! They are a little pricey, but for a specialty tee, that's expected, so we bought when t-shirts were 40% off, which helped.
I have tried for 2 days to place an online order. Their server just stops when I try to get to the payment page. Then it erased my shopping cart so that I had to look up each individual greeting card that I wanted to purchase so that I could start the order over again. Did this 6 times and then tried to call them. The wait time was 22 minutes. Seriously? Don't think they really want our business. I'm going elsewhere.

Wow, Thought I was dealing with a reputable firm. My credit card is accepted here, so why all the complaints about not receiving merchandise ordered? If only I had looked here first.
I made two large orders in mid-September 2016. Was told they'd be delivered in a week, which I thought was a bit optimistic. But now October is less than two days away, the delivery dates still remain a week ago, with no update to the delivery dates.
Just sent an e-mail on the Zazzle website asking for the status of my orders. But recent comments found here lead me to believe I will never get my stuff. Luckily, my credit card company is good about handling disputed charges. If I don't hear back soon or receive my orders in a week, I will cancel the orders and ask the credit card company to refund the charges.
Don't need some customer relations pablum to make it all better. Actions speak louder than words. Send me my stuff. Keep Calm and Stand Up for Yourself.
Bottom Line: Don't bother buying here.

Placed an order for a custom shirt, and after more than a week and all the shipping estimates had passed the shirt still hadn't shipped, I emailed customer support to see what was causing the hold up and they only then told me that my item was out of stock. They told me to order a different item and canceled my order, nevertheless offering me a better solution. The item still shows up as in stock on the website. I missed a friends birthday because of Zazzle and will not be doing business with them in the future. Total disappointment.

I tried to order a t-shirt on their site to be told it included the confederate flag and was racially disallowed. The t-shirt was an anti-racist design, and on their website for sale. They now have £60 plus of my money and refuse to ship their item. Silly people. Lots of too and fro but I am out of pocket because of their incompetence.

Ordered a tie for my son's Homecoming. Homecoming has come and gone and still no tie! They were pretty quick to take the money- but no delivery. SAVE YOURSELF TIME and MONEY- DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. When I try to write a review on there website- it rejects it- I guess they don't want the potential new customers to see the truth about their service.

We had a destination wedding in August and used zazzle to order customized totes for our wedding favors. The website looked really slick, and there was a promotion 10% off so it seemed like a good deal. We picked standard shipping because we ordered several weeks in advance and the estimated delivery was withing time frames.
Once zazzle missed the estimated delivery deadline we got worried. After contacting them, it turned out the bags were not even in production. They promised to expedite production and the agent on the call promised to expedite the shipment.
A few days passed and still there was no update from the company. On another call, another rep informed us that actually the previous agent had not put in expedited shipment, and although the bags were ready, they would be shipped standard. Thus, we went on our trip without them. After explaining how this ruined our wedding plans, the company refunded us and said we can keep the totes.
After coming back from vacation, and having totally forgotten about these zazzle totes, we had a package from them.The colors and the fonts were really washed out. The date of the wedding had light blue color and it was almost invisible.
This was our experience. Hope you have a better one!

I loved the antique-book look 3-ring binders... exactly what I wanted... despite the difficulty I had in customizing them.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
