I think what I find the most frustrating when reading less than 4-star reviews is that most customers don't reach out to customer service before writing a review, and in the case of Zazzle's customer support they do a phenomenal job helping the customer to the best of their abilities. I love our customized postage stamps for our wedding invites and am obsessed with our customized address stamp! I paid top price for rush shipping, though, and still got the address stamp well over a week after ordering.
The website gave me a date of 3/31 to expect our item. I checked on the status 3/30 and it showed that the item was still being made, so I reached out to the company to ask for an update on when to expect my item. I got a response back saying we will have it to you by 4/3.4/3 came and went, with no stamp. I reached out on the 4th again, this time a bit more aggravated, considering I spent over $20 for rush shipping! I did NOT receive a response the second time around, there was no apology. They didn't address my concerns at all and did not reimburse me for the expensive shipping. My item finally got to me on 4/5,5 days after the original date I was given to expect my item and two days after the date I was given by the company to expect to receive it after I first reached out.
I would have been happy to give 5 stars since our items are so great, however I felt this issue was not handled correctly at all.
Kathy from zazzle.com was so friendly and went above and beyond in regards to making sure I get the correct fit for my t-shirt. She was so nice and super funny too.
We were designing a shower invitation and could not format it. We called the help line and, after working on it for awhile, let us know that it wouldn't work and still look good. It was great to know that we didn't have to work through it and find out we weren't going to be able to use that invitation. She then helped us find another siimilar invitation and spent the time customiIng it for us. Terri went above and beyond to ensure that we would be satisfied with the product. She was patient, professional and extremely helpful! I have ordered several invitations through zazzle.com and will continue to frequent this site!

Kathy was wonderful! She helped me resolve my issue beyond what I expected. She went online to my account and corrected the part of the invitation that I was having a problem with. She also arranged for timely shipping. She was very nice. I wish all businesses would have such great customer support. Will use them again!
After a small issue with copyright trademarks, Carey was amazing to get my invitation to rush print and overnight the invitations so we could still receive them on the original promised date! He called twice during the day to keep me informed and deliver the good news that the invitations were on the way!
Ordered here a nice pic for my phone case. The delivery is fast and the price is quite affordable for me - about $40. I'm satisfied with my purchase and this shop.

I loved my order, i needed this order in a certain time and zazzle made sure it happened, sizing was perfect, material was great.
I ordered a package a month ago and still have not received anything. I keep tracking my package via "iparcel" and it hasn't updated in over a week. WTH! I paid the extra money for quicker shipping and was told it would arrive with 6-12 days. I will never use zazzle again. What a bunch of scammers. Warning to anyone who is thinking about buying something from zazzle, DONT DO IT.

Customer service was great. My customer service operator, (Carey) was very helpful and reassuring that my order was corrected and that I would receive it in a timely fashion. I will definitely continue to do business with Zazzle and tell my friends and family to do the same.
I have been waiting since last Thursdays for someone to contact me about a charge on my credit card and I have never purchased anything from you all. Talked to an Aryana in your customer service department. Gave her all info and she said someone would be in touch with me within 24 hrs. No one in touch. It appears according to other reviews zazzle is quick to take your money, but slow to give it back. Buyer Beware!

So i ordered these custom first communion invitations that looked amazingly online. Received them exactly a week later which was a pleasant surprise. Couldn't believe the quality of the invites; just as great as originally advertised. I definitely plan on ordering from here again!
I had to redo my order! I phoned customer support and got one of the best, most helpful representatives you can ask for. Carey was pleasant, helpful, and patient! Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
