Zazzle cancelled my order saying our picture was in conflict with their content guidelines. The picture was a group shot of a family member and some other standing over a buffalo in South Dakota. There was nothing about the photo in conflict with any laws and did not display anything violent. Completely absurd!
I placed my order on 3rd May - est. Delivery was 11-14 May. Still no sign of the item now, on 2nd June, and not a single email from Zazzle to mention/apologise for/explain the delay. It is not helped by the fact that each order has so many stages of processing/preprocessing/preshipment/confirmation etc etc.
Badly run company from what I can see. I hope to God that the item I ordered is okay, otherwise I fear that the return process could take months.

I want to take a moment and recognize the truly outstanding customer service provided by Carey this afternoon. I was trying to order a pair of custom made Daisy High Tops shoes for my girlfriend for an upcoming music festival, but I was having difficulty getting the customization right. Carey very kindly and patiently walked me through the customization process, made sure I had the shoes exactly as I wanted them, and he even gave me a discount code to lower the cost of Premium shipping to ensure that the shoes arrive before the festival. I could not have asked for any better customer service, and I wish every customer service representative was like Carey. Well done, sir, and thank you! :) --Chris
I placed an order on zazzle for a birthday present for my husband on May 14th. While placing the order, it doesn't mention the processing time, just the time it will take for shipping once the order is processed. That's half the information. Had I known that they will take weeks too process the order, I wouldn't have bought the gift from zazzle. When I contacted them, I got the same response as others that they are working with the production team to get the order out as soon as possible. And what's worst is that I revisited the zazzle website and went to the products that I have ordered, and in their description, it's says to receive by June 8 - June 14, order in the next hour! I mean seriously, I ordered on May 14th, and I am doubtful that I will receive my order by June 9th, which is the deadline for the birthday gift. This website seems to be misleading customers by giving half or inaccurate information!

I ordered something weeks ago. Supposedly it was now returned and the company can't really explain what went wrong. UPS claims that the address was updated to an address that I did not type in my order. Now I have to wait ANOTHER 10 days for production. Not happy with this order at ALL. I missed a birthday deadline and even more upset that I couldn't get it before Father's Day. I should have cancelled it altogether. Just annoyed that it's taken so long. I should have just gone out and purchased a present, atleast I would have had it by now and I probably would have gotten a Memorial Day discount even further.

My order is one week late, I ordered custom
Buttons for an anniversary party which is in 2 days. I have emailed customer service 3 times and called once. When I called I sat on hold for 46 minutes before speaking to a very nice person who only told me they could nudge the production team, the same thing they have been telling me through email. Shouldn't they be able to see WHAT the hold up with the processing is?! Give me a time line? Where are these things being processed. On a positive note, they did upgrade my shipping to express, but if they don't ship in time from the facility that doesn't help me. Hah.

I just spent 26 min on hold to return a gift and they won't return it because I'm not the one who purchased it. Why in the world, if all I want to do is RETURN something would I have to have the person that bought a GIFT for me call and get the return information. Poor customer service and Poor policy. I won't purchase anything from here and I'll make sure that anyone I speak with understands how difficult this GIFT RETURN was.

I ordered a tshirt that didn't arrive quite as I had hoped. Kevin took no time at all and is having a replacement arranged. I look forward to receiving it and am happy with the service thus far.
Even after reading all of the horrible reviews of this website, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered a keychain. How could they mess that up? Well I ordered it the beginning of may. Here it is the last day of May. Product was shipped Tuesday the 23rd. Says wait 2-3 days for tracking ID to be effective. Tracking ID is still not effective and it has been 6 of their "business days". Shipping says delivery will take 5-7 of their so called "business days" (although postal carriers deliver on saturdays as well). We again are on day 6. No tracking ID, not delivered yet. And when you try to do anything on the website all it does is take you back to your order page. I know what I ordered! I ordered this for a surprise for a friends birthday. Well his birthday has come and gone and still no gift for him. I ordered with PLENTY of time for him to get his gift. If the website had not lied about their shipping and how long it takes to make something (something as small as a dang key chain) I would have NEVER ordered from them. Stay away! There are plenty of other websites who actually take you being a customer important.

I placed order for t shirts for my daughters school fair. I was told it would arrive by 524-5/30. It never arrived when I called customer service I waited close to an hour for a representative who was unable to help me. Stating item still in production. I was never contacted by zazzle that item wasn't shipped. I will never order again and I advise you to call their customer service line and see how long it takes to get a representative before placing an order

So last time I called zazzle to check on my order the wait was less it was
30 min. Guy answered he said shirt arrives tomorrow so ok he was very nice I got the shirt HOWEVER the shirt which I had ordered the same one a year ago came in
And I was not happy with it. First of all it stank like vinegar, horrible stink I figured maybe it was from the bag it came in, next it was cut 2 inches shorter than the one I had ordered (same shirt) last year, iit was shorter and the fabric was really thin like cheap not like the original one I ordered last yr so no I would not order again. Quality went down waaaaaay down

I ordered personalized recipe cards to insert in bridal shower invitations and was very pleased with the quality of the product. They were exactly as shown on the website. The paper quality and design were very nice. I was, however, disappointed with how long they took to arrive. They estimated the delivery date to be Tuesday and they arrived Saturday. I wanted them mailed out for the shower before the holiday weekend. I was happy with the product itself and would order again from this company.
I had some trouble with my shipment but the Zazzle customer service reps were so kind and patient. They sorted it out right away. Definitely the best online shopping experience you will ever have and their prices are so reasonable, it's all worth it!

I needed lots of help with an order of fabric and other items for an upcoming baby shower. Kathy at Zazzle customer support spent a long time on the phone with me and was very patient and incredibly helpful explaining and guiding me through all the details and options for the products I wanted to order. I ordered the item last 7th of May, according to them it was shipped on 16 May. Until this time, I didn't receive my order yet, and even the tracking number doesn't work. Totally disappointed with the process.
Twenty hours ago, I posted my review regarding my dissatisfaction over not receiving the shirt I ordered 3 weeks ago. Customer Service Hero Terri saw my review and immediately took action. She sent the shirt via UPS next day air, and it just arrived at my door. Problem resolved!

I ordered a tshirt from Zazzle for a birthday gift. My credit card was charged immediately. I received notice that it was shipped 4 days later, but it never arrived. I waited a week before I contacted a Zazzle Customer Service Hero. She told me that she would "forward a replacement request to the production department for initiation." A week after that, I contacted another Hero who said that the production team is "working diligently... to produce my replacement." I have tried calling and have waited over 30 minutes each time without speaking to Heroes. They have my money and will not give me any estimate when I may receive my shirt, at best a belated birthday gift. This will be the last time I order anything from Zazzle.
Love love love my purchase could not be happier with the quality or the service. Would recommend Zazzle to others. Thank you.
The products I ordered were vey nice, a coffee mug was extremely well packaged to protect it. Of the three items I ordered, two arrived within days. The third had not yet shipped by the expected arrival date and I called customer service. Kathy in customer service made a phone call and the item was shipped that night by upgraded express shipping, in plenty of time to present to my wife for our anniversary. You cannot beat customer service like that!
Love this site... they offer a variety of merchandise that can be customized with text as well as photos. There is always a coupon available for use on the site. The final product has always exceeded my expectations.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
