I placed an order my husband needed (he gives Zazzle coasters as gifts to team members) but we moved and I changed our billing address but neglected to change the shipping address. My mistake! We went to our old address and no package on the porch, no one answers the door, and they have an unlisted phone number. I called to see if Zazzle could track the package... but to my delight, amazement, and awe the representative placed me on hold and came back and said we did all we could to get our package and Zazzle is sending a replacement at no charge. I am a customer for life and will tell everyone about this company. Thank you!
My son's birthday invitations were sent to the wrong address. Joe was super helpful! Way more then your typical customer service. He exceeded my expectations.
So far, this has been a great experience and the possibilities of customization are endless. Zazzle makes it easy for implementing any design onto the product with guides and real time image mock-ups on the product you're hoping to place the image on.
Thelma not only resolved my issue, she did it in a timely manner and with kindness. She was thorough in solving my order issue and helpful in getting a new, correct order expedited. A no sweat experience, and she was the best customer service rep Ive experienced in a very lomg time with any company. Big thumbs up for Thelma!

Jon quickly and politely answered my request to have a package resent, due to it failing to arrive at my address. I received confirmation emails about the replacement soon after speaking with him.
Thelma went above and beyond making sure that a printing issue with my order was credited back to my account and express shipped with a note on my account to prevent the error from occurring a second time. Joe provided excellent customer service. Our package was sent out and delivered to our apartment complex (per tracking) however we never received it. Called Joe and he resolved issue in a very helpful manner.

After 2 hours of back and forth on the phone with two support workers I finally resolved the problem of applying a gift card. The online support was not helpful and trying to make sense of things on the computer and the phone was tear your hair out material! If you are the pass through for vendors you need to up your game

I love zazzle but ran into a real problem. I ordered printed shower invitations on March 5th. I also placed two other personalized orders later in March. Orders #2 & 3 arrived within 5 days or so no problem. The first orders status remained in the making mode for over two weeks. After two calls to customer service several days apart it appeared that tgevirder would be completed and shipped expedited 1-day service. It left the warehouse before 8am on a Friday and didnt arrive until 9pm in Monday, 3-weeks after the order for 35 invitations was made. Webe lost a week of lead time for the shower. The first zazzle customer service rep should have stayed on the case after my first call. Todays rep was very helpful.
Zazzle Mgt. I tried to get an eta today from on trac but the rep couldnt get into the screen for my tracking number because zazzle has conditioned its contract to deny customers access. Instead on trac must refer customers back to zazzle. Zazzle was unable to provide an eta or call out to get the info readily available. On trac residential deliveries close of business is 9pm. My package arrived at 8:52 pm. On trac was capable of providing me an eta, but couldnt because of your policy which further frustrated my experience. Please consider changing this policy. I gave zazzle a 4-Star rating because the last rep I spoke to, Robert, was very helpful today. And my other orders went very well. Thx

I was at Witts-end so I placed a call to customer service at dazzle... the guy who answered could not have been any more patient and nice to me... he could see what I had started... he talked me through the rest but I still couldnt add it to the cart... so he did it for me... he was great... really great! Thank You so much!
This is the second time I have used Zazzle for invitations. The wedding shower and baby shower invitations couldn't be more different in style, but are both exactly what I was looking for--and I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted but I knew I would know it when I saw it, and I did! It is so incredibly EASY to create your own product, using the designs and graphics and fonts. I couldn't be more pleased with what I ordered, and prices are quite good as well. I am sure that I will use them again in the future.
I have been a long time fan of Zazzle products. This is my go-to place for all things creative, for gifts and for event planning especially. I recently found myself in a situation, with my daughter's bridal shower happening in a "too close for comfort" order situation, and Jon, in Zazzle's customer service department, absolutely made all the difference in my being able to get my order in for timely delivery. Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
