I have ordered invitations from Zazzle before and they were fine. However, I ordered customized plates and bowls for my granddaughter's 3rd birthday party. It was stupidly expensive but I was wanting to splurge a little. $64.00 for 40 plates and 64 for 40 bowls and not free shipping offered. So I spent 151.00 which was extreme but anything for my only grandchild. They arrived today and though the design is adorable, the plates and bowls are flimsy as they can be. We will not even be able to eat food off of the plates. They are about the quality of the 100 white paper plates you get at the store. The bowls are slightly better but the price is ludicrous for the terrible quality. I do not recommend buying personalized plates or bowls, the quality sucks and they are ridiculously expensive. Do better Zazzle. I have a total waste of money on my hands.
You can't beat the quality of these shirts at this price. Shirts came fast as well.
The Wedding invitations came in accordingly. However, the Wedding Details insert had super tiny print and there's no way it was legible to be read. That font size should not have been permitted as the given font size. I am now waiting on my refund for the Wedding Details insert. Also, I didn't understand why the prices kept changing and too, they should make it easier to select the same format but have different color icons as when ordering clothes, you can see the other options available.

I have been ordering stuff I needed for wedding, they always come out phenomenal and I have no issues with them!
The whole process from ordering to receiving the product was easy, convenient and prompt. The invitations were just as seen on the site and beautifully done. I would order from this store again.
