I am a student interning at a hospital, I don't like the picture I took. I saw an advertisement for zazzle, I uploaded my photo and because I had previously been denied the logo of my school, I omitted the logo and STILL my design was rejected. They wrote an email that I would be given 3 days to provide proof that I have permission to print a custom ID with the school name (minus logo). Not even 2 hours later, I was told I was being refunded which will take 5 to 10 business days.

I ordered some wedding invitations on feb. 27th and paid for express shipping to receive by March 4th all I received was the stamps I called them on the 7th because my order was not complete was told they where going to expedite my order for the 10th on the 10 all I received was envelopes when I called again they said it was a mistake they have to remake the invitations im so upset will never shop here again.

Said they couldn't print my invites for my wedding because our engagement pictures had lightsabers in them. It's literally pictures of me and my fiance for our wedding... so dumb.

Ordered some mugs with a custom design from them. Within a day, they cancelled the order and said the design contained content that conflicted with their guidelines. It was not copyrighted or containing anything inappropriate. Rather than clarify or reach out to the customer if there was an issue, they just cancelled the order without any explanation as to why it was cancelled. That's terrible customer service and luckily this was a test product to see if I would continue to sell products there. They failed the test and I won't be doing business with them again. I wound up using another company who got my design done and the products shipped to me in less than a week without any issues!

I ordered shirts from Zazzle. They made them, and made them poorly. The logos on the front and back were not positioned correctly and I complained. They agreed and refunded me in the form of a store credit the money I spent (minus the shipping). I said okay, and reordered. Zazzle then decided that somehow my artwork was in violation of their rules based on a very very weak argument, so they refused to make them.
Let me make this clear. They made the shirts - poorly.
Then when I tried to get them remade, they refused.
I have sent 3 emails giving a rational as to why their decision is poor, and saying that if they want to stand by their decision, then simply refund my money to my credit card.
They refuse to answer me. They want ot keep my money to make me buy something from them. Except there is nothing I want from them - except my shirts which somehow after making them once, became a problem.
Horrible system. Horrible customer service.

I ordered 2 things as gifts for Valentine's Day on January 30th and it took them over a week to tell me they couldn't make the shirt because it violated their terms. I had to inquire about the other item I ordered since I never received it. Only then did they say the entire order was cancelled. And there's no way custom foil wrapped around chocolate peanut butter cups of my fiancé and I kissing outside in front of flowers violated any terms or conditions. Will never order from again and now I get to hurry up and figure out what to get my fiancé for Valentine's Day due to their late notice. Buyer beware.

I ordered from Zazzle the same 4 items for 4 different people who all lived at the same address. Saying all that, you'd think that all 4 items would be delivered to those 4 people at that location at the same time, right? Well, Zazzle doesn't apparently think so. One of the people got their item on one day, and so forth. Talk about them sloppily handling those 4 orders. If I want to order something online again, I seriously doubt I'll order anything from Zazzle ever again.

The advertising makes this site look better than it is. A very simple return address stamp advertised at 9.00 ended up being almost $30.00 at check out and that was with delivery 2-3 weeks out! I opted NOT to buy and found another place to shop, one that wants the customer to be satisfied and desire to come back!

From what you're saying, it does sound as if your shipping service is set to our 'Premium' service which would explain the higher cost! We do have cheaper options which you will be able to select as you go through the checkout process! I'm an independent contractor. Tried to be a bit professional with making tags for my employees and my self. It was quick and easy and let's not forget affordable thru zazzle..
I tried reaching out to Zazzle again, as recommended, and they contacted my former company to get details about the order. Bottom line, they made good, fixed the problem, shipping me the item in the correct size. So I'm updating my review from 1 star to 5.
My (former) company placed an order for hoodies for everyone. I requested size 2XL, but was shipped size L, comically way too small for me -- useless. They included a slip of paper claiming they guarantee 100% satisfaction, so I reached out to their support email. They say that "due to data protection" they will only discuss the order with the email address that placed the order.
I recently left my company, and have no intention of going back to them to contact Zazzle about this mis-sized hoodie. So, thanks for nothing, Zazzle. You should stop including the slip with 100% satisfaction claim, since it's clearly a lie. It's obvious from my experience, and from the myriad of other poor reviews here.
Don't bother responding with your standard boilerplate response, claiming concern, and asking us to reach out via email. If you actually read my review, you'll see that I already tried that.

First of all! Thank you guys so much! I am so happy with EVERY single item purchased, everything looks as expected! I've already ordered 3 separate times within 2 weeks!
I purchased gold foil business cards and what I got was a poorly taken picture of gold foil! The quality is just junk! Blatant misrepresentation of an item! At no point did they state that the cards were not gold foil. Seriously! Worst part they will not refund my money. Which last time I checked the US has laws against this type of fraud.

I found Zazzle because I received a beautiful Christmas greeting from a friend and immediately looked for the site. I love art deco and Zazzle has a great selection of deco greetings. I'm hooked on the website. The Customer Service is outstanding and the product quality is excellent. Just learn to navigate the site and select the desired font. Great website. I highly recommend Zazzle!
I have ordered a personalized Christmas ornament in November and I have not received it a month and a half later. I wrote them and never received an answer.

They didn't like the pictures of my New York trip so they cancelled my order. Pictures were of the Empire State Building exhibit with my sister, Rockefeller Center with my sister, and Winter Garden Theater with my sister. Apparently they violated their picture code. I won't ever order or recommend this site. They are horrible.

Answer: Typically 24 hours. This is not counting weekends, unfortunately. Can you please message us if you need assistance on an inquiry?
Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
