We wanted a quick, custom wedding invitation for a small family only wedding in a few weeks. Kind of a last minute thought. Social media invites did not feel like us. But we wanted something.
We designed the invitation in Adobe Express in a couple of hours and selected the option to have them printed by Zazzle. That part was simple. Select paper type and size. Pay. Done.
Less than a week later we had what we had envisioned and designed. Couldn't have been easier.

Found these as I'm setting up our new business and they are perfect! In future I will go with the glossy, as the matte made the egg a little less vibrant. They're still perfect but the gloss will make the egg more shiny. The lettering is clear and the white on black for our company name and phone number is sharp. Love them a lot. The Note Cards I ordered (in RED) arrived with a border of "brick BROWN" and many flaws in the coloring around the borders and on the backs of cards.
The Return Address Labels were printed in such light ink and small print that it is nearly impossible to read.
I am a longtime user of Zazzle products, but will be looking for other options in the future.
Found what wanted and ordered it with relative ease on website, but the 'gift' we sent apparently did not contain the message we had written on the website to be sent with it. Thus, our recipient had no idea who sent it. And she called zazzle only to not get an answer or return call.

Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
