The packaging of the invitations were neat. The turnout of the invitation is beautiful and we spent a bit extra for a nice quality.

I ordered some invitations. The printing was horrible. The invitation order mistakenly included an invitation from another person's order and their card looked badly printed as well. As if the printer was running out of ink. I also bought some enclosure cards and 4 were missing from the quantity I ordered. Not a big deal on that one but it just adds to the bad experience. I contacted customer service 4 times (!) over 2 weeks every time promised they will reprint and get the invitations out to me and nothing. Apparently the printing department has not gotten back to the many requests from customer service. So much for that easy satisfaction guarantee they claim. After all the time I spent shopping and deciding on the perfect style, paying for several samples and placing an order way in advance so that I would be ready... I am very disappointed that I have to mail out these horribly printed invitations to my guests. The look of the printing just does not fit my style or the vibe I wanted to create for the event but I have no other choice at this point. I have to mail out the invitations in time even though I am sending out something that looks bad. I just give up but I am certainly not ordering from here again. I need to get vows printed and some menus printed. There has to be another option. The only positives are that the enclosure cards did look nice and were printed in the way I expected for the invitations. (even though I did not receive all of them) And, the customer service agents were polite. Megan, the person from my 4th and final call, really did seem sympathetic when we spoke. But at the end of the day... I will just send out these bad quality cards and take my business elsewhere.
The invites were perfect. Card stock, printing and reproduction of my watercolor drawing were exactly what I wanted. Will definitely use Zazzle again... love!

Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
