From start to finish, it was an easy experience. There was samples available to go by, there are different color options, font, size,...etc. They made them quick and shipped it out fast. Ordered customized napkins for my daughters shower for this October. On website it show Brite vibrant colors. When I received them they look like someone photocopied the print on them. For the money I spent on these napkins they are totally not worth it. I will probably be embarrassed to even use them
