This company completely dropped the ball on an order of funeral cards, they were printed, customer called to upgrade the shipping.Zazzle subsequently canceled the order on their own with no regard whatsoever for the customer. Cards were ready to ship on 10/ 2/ 23 the deceased was buried today 10/4 23. Good job people. I would not recommend these people for anything.
I love the designs and templates available on Zazzle. Everything was easy to understand. Very please with the cards I ordered. Will use Zazzle in future.
I was very pleased on the ease of locating what I wanted and the ordering process. The product came as promised. The only feedback that I had was the letters on the badge were a little smaller than I wanted but, other than that was pleased.

Creating my husband's business cards was fun and easy. The price was very reasonable. We received his business cards sooner than expected and the results were incredible! I'll be ordering more products from Zazzle again soon!
The design Zazzle offered was beautiful and came in fast! We ordered it on Tuesday, September 26th and it was delivered on Saturday, September 30th. The on-site design software was easy to use and make edits with too!

I found the perfect birthday party invitation. It was unique yet affordable. It arrived well before the date I expected. It was as shown on the website. This invitation really set the theme for my son's 9th birthday party. Highly recommend.

Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
