I was searching the internet for a personalized cookbook binder to hold my families recipes. We like to print the ones we like and keep them in a binder. Zazzle had a great selection. We chose one we liked and my custom order was completed and shipped in a very timely manner. Thank you Zazzle, we love the binder.
My dad's celebration of life is coming up so I ordered a large print with a photo of him, and words saying his name, birthday and death date. The picture arrived and the photo of him is extremely blurry and pixelated. The photo selected for the print was not blurry itself, but once it was sized up it lost all its quality. I spent almost 80 dollars including shipping to get a picture of my dad where I can't even see if his eyes are open or not due to the blurry quality. Would have appreciated some sort of notice that the quality came out badly and they needed another photo, or some sort of request to maybe edit the photo prior to printing so it wouldn't come out blurry. Now my dad's celebration is in 4 days and I dont have time to pay for another photo or get a replacement. Made me very sad because we wanted to honor him with pride but the quality is so poor we can't even use it..
