Ordered our save the dates and they came so fast! They did get a bit messed up during shipping. Some envelopes had black on them and a few were ripped. The save the dates themselves were perfect though.

The color of cardstock used to prepare the announcements was not the color I ordered, and the color was important. I ordered red and got burdundy instead. Although I really liked the design, I doubt that I will use Zazzle again because there was no convenient way to get the order corrected in time, and customer service seems difficult to access.
It was very easy to order, I found the invitations I wanted, I filled in all the appropriate info needed, and ordered, Then I received them in less than a week later.
These came very fast which I was happy about. The only thing is my invites look like a chalkboard that got washed and are streaky which wasn't on the design on the computer.
They turned out beautiful and just as I had customized them. They also came in a timely manner.

Was a little worried it wasn't going to arrive on time for our event even though we rushed it. It came a day later than originally stated. Very happy with the quality of the product though!
Overall a good experience. The invitations I ordered could have been packed more carefully. When I received my order the top left corners of the invitation was dog eared/folded down on about half of the 50 I ordered. I was able to smooth them out and it wasn't as noticeable. Also, who knows what will happen to the envelopes in the shipping process once I mail them.
The gift tag is perfect for the occasion of Housekeeping Week.
