My order never came and no one will respond back to me, seems like a fake site. $150 because I paid extra for fast shipping and its been over a month, missed the event I was supposed to wear it to... now i just want to dress or a full refund.

I ordered my prom dress in February, it is now may and I have yet to receive my order, even though mentioned that they are at peak season, still no update or replies, i'm starting to think they are sneaky and will not allow me to cancel or refund my order because they produce upon order, this is absolutely absurd, my prom is in a week and i'm extremely upset, i wish i could get a refund but they are extremely bad, never purchase from this site

The company completely misrepresented where the products would ship from. Shipping time was indicated as three to 7 days from North Carolina. Items arrive three weeks too late from CHINA.

Well my daughter ordered her prom dress. Suppose to be here. Hasn't shipped yet. She emailed them realizing it won't be here like it's suppose to for prom. She asked for a refund. She was told she would get one and then was told that she only gets the cost of shipping back. Messed up part. It NEVER shipped. Are you serious? She either has to take the dress or just get $20 for shipping and they keep the dress. What a damn scam. Do not go here. Horrible

Just assume you can't return anything. But, If you're willing to send back and forth emails with "Polly Song" (customer service bot), negotiate a 10,15 or 20% refund to keep the product rather than return it, take photos of the product, tracking and shipping numbers, send product back to China for $50+, then go for it! I wasn't about to go through all that BS. I donated the dress I bought to a Prom Dress Drive.

Ordered a dress at the beginning of April. It stated that it would ship within 10-15 days. When it didn't ship within the time frame I contacted them to cancel the order since it wouldn't arrive in time. They only offered to refund the express shipping ($21.99) I paid and not for the dress that never shipped and I never received since it was outside the 120-hour return window. How can you keep the money for a dress you never shipped. Horrible customer service. Am disputing the charge to attempt to get a refund of the full amount. Will never order again. I ordered from this website(order number ZAPAKAAU*******) and I have told them I need it ASAP for an event next week and paid for expedited shipping but they still won't update me on whether it has been shipped or not! They also won't respond to emails.

This company is a scam. Their website is beautiful and they promise delivery, however, MONTHS later and the dress still has not arrived---even though I paid for expedited shipping. I started inquiring several days after my order for a shipping confirmation and they were responsive with empty promises nearly every other day until the "refund" date had passed. Then they began telling me that I would not receive a refund "per the clearly written policy". They did however offer to refund the $35 expedited shipping (which they clearly were not planning to use) to cancel the order but would not refund me one penny for the actual dress. They wanted to refund me $35 for a $150 dress. After MANY more emails they sent me a "USPS tracking number" that only gets me a "label has been created but is not in the system" notification. Still waiting... prom was WEEKS ago!

I ordered a dress (order number: ZAPAKACA7225) the 31st of March and pay extra to have it within 10-15 days. Today, 19th of April, the order is still in process. I will not have it on time for the wedding I have to go this weekend.

Bought the dream dress on line however, despite my equating the size I ordered to the equivalent Australian size I wear, what I received was unwearable. Two sizes too small. No worries I thought, because they guarantee satisfaction if you notify them within 7 days. I did. Every day since I received the dress. I finally got a response on day 3 of emailing and was told they would look into it. The next day photos were requested, duly sent. Now on day 4 of their 100% guarantee of satisfaction or my money returned. Ha! I have been asked to keep the dress but get a 30% discount on my next order. Not likely. Today, day 5 of being unsatisfied, I was advised that I should have let them know earlier. I've given them the customer service rep's name who I've been liaising with for two days. I have never seen anything like this before. Be wary of sizing, particularly if yr Aussie, and take note of my experiences with their customer service.

We ordered a dress for prom in mid March. The dress is still 'being made'. We asked to cancel the order as the dress will not arrive in time for prom. We were told that since the order is more than 3 days old we can only be refunded the cost of shipping.
Since the dress was not shipped in the time frame we were quoted, I want a full refund. We are not canceling because of anything within our control. The dress advertised was beautiful, but having a dress that can't be worn at the event it was purchased for (because the supplier could not meet the needs as promised) it does us no good.

This company is a scam when it comes to returns. I returned my items which I didn't know had to go to China only found that out when I told them I had a return. I asked before I ordered and they never said China only said it was a certain amount of days after receiving. They received my package and refuse to refund my money. They are thieves. So many other stores to order from, do not order from here. Zero stars.

I read numerous reviews on this site before ordering because I had never heard much about them. I wanted to do my research and make sure everything checked out. Ordering from them I was still a little sketched out, rightfully so. I ordered my dress and then a month after it shipped. Now it has been almost two months and the dress is still in China. I have a formal in two weeks and will be unable to wear this dress. I cannot speak to the quality of the dress since I have just simply not seen it.

Within 24 hours of receiving dress that was way too big, ask to return. They asked for pictures of the dress. Sent pictures. Tell me I must pay shipping and will give me 10% refund and I can keep the dress. Email back my decision. Definitely trying to stall until time to return is expired. Reported to credit card company as fraud. Also, after dress did not arrive within a week, I tried to use tracking number provided in confirmation and received email back that the real number was not available in their system but it had shipped. Once I started to get suspicious that I needed proof that I had only had the dress for 1 day when I requested the return, I tried using Tracking number on package itself - it did not work. Downloaded app to scan barcode on package that gave completely different number that showed it shipped 12 days after date ordered. The email was a lie and it had not shipped yet.
