I bought 2 rings on line. Was promised both rings within 2 weeks. The one ring came a month later the other 2.5 months later. When I finally did get the rings they were of poor quality so I ended up sending both back. That was 4.5 weeks ago still no refund. Called customer service and was on hold for 54 minutes before someone answered. Was told to give it a few more days and they will process it. I think waiting 5 weeks for a refund is just unreal. Will never do business with them again!

I've ordered 3 thing's on-line, they've all been cancelled, and they don't contact you until 12 hours after it's been cancelled!
When you call and ask, you're on hold 30 minutes! RUN

Literally every time you walk into Zales you have an issue with the manager in Merritt Island Dana I've been there several times there's always a problem she can never make it easy the sales associates are just fine when you are purchasing but if there's any type of issue after purchase you might as well forget it you will get nothing done... Rude and unhelpful plain and simple will never do business here again... Went in after my fiance purchased an engagement ring sizing was free as we purchased the extended warranty plan for 500 additional dollars I was then told by the sales associate because he bought the wedding jacket to go with it that it would be best that I did not size the engagement ring as it would not fit the jacket in the future and would weaken the band The Ring was so large that I asked her what would be an option she said a ring guard after spending nearly $5,000 on a ring they wanted to charge me $30 to add a ring guard when sizing is free if I had it cut first issue second issue went back into do the six-month check-up on the diamond as is required to extend the warranty was told even though it takes 3 minutes and normally no appointment needed that I needed to make an appointment although there was nobody else in the store and it literally takes 5 minutes to review it after I drove all the way up there manager was rude sales associates are rude will no longer do business with Zales ever again

I went into the Zales store in Morgantown mall yesterday... the 2 girls working there were seated and kind of hollered over... can I help you, still seated... I said we were looking for bridal sets... still seated and said. We don't have much... Oh ok, told her I had seen some on line... she says we order just the same as you would so I could just order it myself... she actually got up and showed me one ring... so completely disinterested in helping me... I was totally surprised with the careless attitude. Did she think i couldn't buy a ring? WELL THANK YOU KAYS JEWLERS!.( just a short ways away in the mall) The workers there were wonderful, helpful and just plain awesome! Spent over $2000... I wanted to go past Zales and say. You work on commission right lol big mistake. No no that's ok... don't get up...

I spoke with a very unprofessional girl name Danielle extension number ******* to say the least, calling her a Woman would be an over statement. She was very rude and tried to Insinuate that I was lying about trying to make a purchase and her reason being was that she can see the items in my cart from July 30th with a total of $4337, however that was a lie because if she could see the cart from July 30th at the time I tried to submit the purchase it would have been $424 dollars less. So she was just lying and didn't have enough common sense as to how to lie. I told her she wasn't telling the truth and to use her thinker and because she was as caught in a lie she got upset, Then when I asked to speak to a manager she refused and hung up on me. I then called back and got a very nice woman who shouldn't be answering phones at all and since he's calls are recorded they should definitely listen into it because her stutter problem was so bad we can barely communicate to then be transferred to a supervisor by the name of Heather who coughed every couple of seconds though she wasn't unpleasant to speak to I just believe she could've stayed home with such a cough especially in this time with Covid Due to the poor quality customer service skills I will no longer be a customer of Zales which is unfortunate because my husband and I have purchased several things there including my first wedding ring and was looking to help my son purchase his first wedding set

Scam artists
July 9, 2020

I purchased a ring for my daughter tonight online. Once I had already purchased after thinking it would be a 2 day ship on UPS cause that's what they claim till you pay. Then you notice your ship day is almost 3 weeks out. I contacted them to cancel my order but was told they couldn't
So now my daughters birthday will come an I wont have a gift for her due to these $#*! hats. And from what I gather from different review sites is I'm not the only one. Some dont even know where there rings are. Dont ever buy from these scam artists. They have horrible customer service and they dont back their shipping promise. And they wont let you cancel. But I will put a fraud on it to stop payment when it bills

Zales is the worst company i have ever bough from. Their sales people are not honest with all the intrest you will pay. I was stupid enough to believe the sales person instead of the reading the contract. They give you a promotion of 18 months but they dont specify that if you dont pay it by then you will STUCK will all the interest that it accure and its ALOT! Never again will i buy from this stupid company

This is the worse company by far to deal with they will give you the run around for hours then tell you that you have to talk to someone else. I will delete my credit card I no longer want my purchase. If you want better service try Jared or Kay Jewelers.

Worst experience ever ever ever. DO NOT give your business to such company that does NOT keep their promises to their customers. I placed an order on May 19,2020 with an estimated delivery of June 24,2020. I planned the wedding day and and the invites to my friends all around the est delivery. Fast forward to June 23. I called the 800 number to check about the order and see it does not have a shipping info. After 2 hrs and 40 mins wait on the call, they answered to tell me that the vendor will not be shipping the rings till July 15. And guess what my weeding day is July 15. I told the rep why nothing was communicated to me re the delay. She said they normally don't send out such communication. LIKE WHAAAAAAAT? I told the rep that I want to cancel my order and I am no longer interested in giving my business to Zales. The rep put me in 20 mins hold claiming she wants to submit a cancellation request.

My advice to you, DO NOT give your business to Zales. THEY win the WORST EVER company award. You will regret buying from them. I really wish I can give negative stars.

This is the exact same ring I have gotten back from Zales they fixed the first time thank goodness because they wasn't going to but after my bf left a review they fixed it! I got it back not long after I got it back the stone fell out again and the a little white s stone Fell out as well it needs to be replaced again it's like I'm paying for a ring I can't wear it!

I ordered a diamond ring for a Valentine's Day.
First I received email stating order is done,
Second the package had shipped a week after, I also received a tracking number ( UPS)

The package was never delivered or attempted to.

I had 2 chat sessions with Zales and got nothing but excuses. They don't even insure their shipments of jewelry and try to keep me with excuses hoping that ups deliver the already lost package, I have spent almost 4 hours in phone calls (one of the times I called and the representative forgot to put the call on hold and I heard how she was laughing about my case and talking about the diamond size making fun of it)

I also send emails that were never answered ( Zales representative: Ross)

After 20 days waiting for the package or a follow up call or email that never happened, they started an investigation finally in order to know where the package was.

I called one more time and more excuses came asking me for more time, I requested to get transferred to a supervisor ( Kiara) off course more excuses and understanding... THANK YOU ZALES...

It has Been a month after and haven't get My wife a Valentine's Gift but finally I receive and email
Letting me know that they close the case and refund the money BACK to ME... THANK YOU ZALES ONE MORE TINE...

First off, I bought my wedding rings from Zales. 2 weeks later, my diamond fell out and I had to bring it back to fix it which took over a month. Shows poor workmanship. Their rings are beautiful and they do have a payment plan option. I was on the one year plan and my one year expired in March of 2020. I got my last check from my job and paid off the FULL amount $351.95 four days after the due date. Mind me, this is the month where we are ALL supposed to quarantine from the corona virus. Many Americans got laid off. I could have used my last check to pay off more important bills such as gas, electric. Those companies are not penalyzing u for being late by not shutting off your bills nor adding a late fee because of this corona virus. I called Zales and they said my year is up. I was 4 days late and theirs nothing they can do. Zales added 230 dollars more because my year expired. When u first log in to Zales, it says they care about our concern for the COVID-19 and if we had hardship to call them. This is a bunch of lies. You call Zales and they don't care. They still add late fees even though loyal customers are in this hardship together from the corona virus. I will NOT be returning to Zales again nor do I recommend them. They do NOT care about their customers in this corona virus hardship.

Zales associate

If you work for Zales at olympia mall be careful you, have to lie and cover up for people. They leave peoples repairs and rings out of the cases during night and dont have repairs done but they will tell the clients they done. They also leave the safe open with all the clients, and stores back stock jewelry in it during the day (this leaves it vulnerable to a robbery). My boss has also asked me to cover up for him when he tackled a thief in the parking lot when the guy took the watches during my shift, my boss has also asked me to cover up other things. If corporate wants to talk to me about anything reguarding this please feel free to contact me. By the way these picture are only a few example of what I have found on the counter after opening up at 9:45 in the morning.

Poor customer service

Bought a diamond and emerald ring from Zales on Oct 31st. On Dec 30th, one emerald fell out and got lost. Wore the ring maybe 15 times in the two months so it is clearly poor workmanship. Emailed Zales at the address given on their website- no response for 4 days so I initiated a chat with a customer service rep. Disaster. The woman was clearly trained in how NOT answer questions directly while wasting time and wearing the customer down in the hopes they just give up. Asked repeatedly what warranty I have, considering the ring was not fit for purpose ( i. E. wearing it) and was clearly of shoddy workmanship if the emerald fell out so soon. She gave me all sorts of warranty info then when I asked which of those warranties applied to my situation, she came out with this gem: "As per the warranty you do not have none since the diamond bond is voided." When I asked her to speak plainly, I got, "I don't want to confuse you as it will not make sense."? I lost an hour of my life in this alternate reality of doublespeak and still have a broken ring and no promise of repair or replacement from Zales. Never again will I buy jewelry from them.

The worst customer service ever! A friend and I walked through Lynnhaven Mall, stopped at Zale's to look and ask questions, intending to come back after Christmas to shop. The sales agent, Kyle, worked with us and answered our questions. I guess I asked too many questions because my last question to him he simply yelled NO. Yes, he yelled at me. There were two other salespeople, both women and at a cash register when a man came to the counter to ask a question. My friend and I came up about three feet from the man and stood until one of the saleswomen acknowledged us. Neither made eye contact with us, and both made like it took both of them to answer the man's question. When they could no longer ignore us, one asked if we needed help. She walked us over and pointed to the item in question and then hurried away from us. Just a little bit of research and I found horror stories on Zale's customer service. Oh well!

Poor customer service

I went in there today and purchased a set. The representative that assisted me was very helpful but once I was ready to cash out she went ahead and offered me to apply for a credit card, I declined. She insisted over and over, which was fine because I understand that is her job. I still didn't agree to the credit card, she then became upset, and gave the transaction to her coworker to continue the process. The representative never said a word to us after. She gave her back to us as we were cashing out. It was a bad experience, and I hope she's not like that with others alt all times.

Bad jewelry repair

Well my name is M on august 22nd 2019 i braught in a bracelet to be repaired lubbock tx location it was sent off. For repairs and such then you know i picked it up today i noticed that when i got it back 09-17-19 when i had spevifically needed one jump ring to make it wider but whenni got it back
It had different rings on the end they were all rusted or burned. And then even the end of the end of the chain was burned pics below tha t bracelet my finacey baught for me was to commemerate my miracle baby
H***y so now its all messed up gonna have to replace intire bracelet so i thought give a bad review

It is Christmas Eve and I received an email that my necklace ordered on 12/11, which was GUARANTEED BEFORE CHRISTMAS, will NOW NOT be delivered by Christmas. They sent the email TODAY... I placed the order TWO WEEKS AGO WITH 2-DAY SHIPPING. I called customer service 3 times and each call they told me it would make it by Saturday, then Monday, then by end of day Monday and now here we are... They had the nerve to tell me to please accept their apology and to take 10% of my next online order. This has to be a JOKE! This was the main Christmas gift for my daughter who came home from college for the week. Thanks a lot Zales, but no thanks. This is the WORST customer service experience EVER! I have a suggestion for what they can do with their 10% discount... please contact me to hear about it.

Ordered necklace on December 16 to be delivered by Dec. 21. Now, they say that it would not be process by Dec 28. Terrible service.
