I had been looking for a new guitar for several months. Played well known brands in local stores, but could not decide. Saw Zager on web, read lots of reviews, YouTube, etc. Took a gamble and imported one into UK. Really quick delivery and an outstanding guitar. Nice neck and low action.

I have purchased 2 Zager guitars over the last 6 years. The recent 80 CE I purchased had some issues with the face bowing at the bridge. I contacted Whitney Zager and he sent the return authorization for me to send the guitar back at their cost. They replaced the top and I could not be more happier. It took a month and in that time, I had to play my friends Taylor at different shows. My Partner and I have matching Zagers and it was like "pulling teeth" to get him to let me play the Zager. My guitar is back and there sits the Taylor until we absolutely have no choice but to open the case and play it as a back up! The Zager guitars play better than the $3000. 00 Taylors! I would not consider playing any other guitar live and I recommend you do the same.

I was skeptical at first. All of the great reviews. Were they fake? Turns out they were absolutely on point. I bought my Zager ZAD900CE in 2017 and what a surprise. The sound and playability is incredible. This is the best playing guitar I have had the pleasure to have in my hands. And the sound.? Rings on forever. After 45 years of playing guitar, having owned Martin, Gibson, Guild, Fender, and Taylor acoustic guitars, I can honestly say my Zager is the best of them all.

I don't usually buy guitars by mail, but I took a chance based on testimonials and I'm not disappointed. I was expecting a mail-order guitar to arrive with "problems", but the Zager was ready to play right away. Great tone (which will only improve with time), great string action, great intonation and it tunes very accurately. This is no ordinary guitar. I've never seen an all solid wood guitar at this price with this quality. Good Job, Zagers!

I have owned my Zager50CE since February this year.
It arrived very promptly, well packaged and with a custom fit case.
It was not love at first sight for me. If had seen it in a store I dont think I would have bought it.
Now four months later, I really love it. The intonation, the fullness of the sound and eveness of volume across all strings is very impressive.
For the last 6 weeks my Taylor T5 custom and Fender Sonoran have stayed in their cases. As you would probably expect the T5 is far better fret 12 and above with it basically being an semi acoustic electric guitar.
So if you get one of these guitars stick with it as it will pay you back handsomely.

I purchased a Zager easy play ZAD 900
This is been the guitar of my dreams without plays and sounds better than any Taylor or Martin or Segull I've ever personally played I highly recommend guitar to anyone who's looking for top of the line guitar and customer service that is without question some of the best I've ever encounter Dennis senior and Dennis Zager Jr and the products that they are putting out is in a class all of their own Thomas Schroeder lead guitar player Alternative Motives and Salvation Army Rock worship band Sacramento County

I always said I would never buy a guitar that I hadnt personally played but this guitar is the exception to that rule. Beautifully designed, superbly finished and sounds just as good as she looks! Plays like a dream! I have owned Ovation, Yamaha, Martin 12 and Larrivee guitars over the years. My ZAD900CE is truly the finest instrument I have ever owned. Incredibly smooth action and sweet mellow tone. I anticipate enjoying this guitar for many years to come. Well done Gentlemen!

I waited for the arrival of my 4th Zager guitar before writing a review. Every guitar I have purchased from Zager has been exceptional. I originally purchased a ZAD 20 E for my wife. She found it a little big for her and called Zager, who worked with her to find an ZAD 80CEOM that she loves. She noticed I was playing her ZAD 20 and said I should keep it, even though Zager was going to give us a full refund including shipping the guitar back. I kept it and have been playing it ever since. My wife loved hers and we got our grand daughters into playing guitar. Our oldest exceled on the 3/4 Ibanez we got her and so the next decision was to purchase a guitar that she could continue to excel with, and not be frustrated with sore hands and fingers. We ordered her an 80 OM like grandmas. It arrived and I couldn't believe the sound that OM size guitar produces. I get emails of guitars Zager has finished and noticed a 12 string model. I had inquired about 12 string some years back and was told they weren't producing any at the time. I was delighted to see the 12 string on the email of new guitars. I sent an email inquiring about it and was given the history of this guitar. I ordered it immediately. I am overjoyed with this guitar. The sound is incredible and it is so much easier to play than my older 12 string. And as a company, all companies should be as professional. I can email on a Sunday and get a response the same day, most of the time. I can't say enough about the quality of the guitars or the fantastic service from the office

Wow! I couldn't wait to dive in to see, and hear this beautiful work of musical instrumental creation... OH SO MUCH, WELL WORTH THE WAIT! My first sight was just a breathtaking beauty... the inlays, the binding, the woods, the guitar as a whole, was simply eye-catching... and then the real evaluation of SOUND? I was thinking, if it sounds anything like how it looks, I have won the prize for guitar ownership... well... this is for real! I WON!
