Больше всего мне нравится, что вещи из Зафула собирают море комплиментов! Даже на улице ко мне подходили незнакомые женщины и спрашивали, где я такое купила. А мужчины подходили знакомиться, когда я гуляла в цветастых сарафанах))))

По времени доставки в Украину - около двух-четырех недель, но оно того стоит, чтоб подождать!

Был один момент с возвратом не очень качественного пальто, но клиентская поддержка сработала на отлично - ответили оперативно и вежливо, предложили возврат денег без отправления назад самой вещи. Как вариант предложили отдать его на благотворительность. Я была расстроена, что выбранное пальто оказалось не таким хорошим по качеству материала и виду, как представлялось, но обрадовалась тому, что не придется заморачиваться с отправкой его назад.

В целом ставлю магазу пятерочку)

After hearing mixed reviews, I was hesitant to order online from ZAFUL. However, I am thoroughly impressed! I purchased 3 bikinis and 1 top. I am from Canada, and shipping was relatively quick. My order was split into two packages; the first one came in under 2 weeks, and the second arrived a week later. I did not have to pay any additional customs. Everything I bought was good quality, especially for the price, and fit well. Overall I am very pleased and wanted to share my genuine experience with others who are thinking of ordering. I will be ordering again soon!

I ordered four bathing suits all in a size M. The quality was great. All fit great except on of the tops was too small. I couldn't exchange it since this particular style and color went out of stock. Zaful gave me a full refund for this swimsuit and let me keep it anyways! Their customer service was timely and helpful! I plan to buy from here again in the future!

I found out about zaful more than a year ago, and from then to this time I have placed numerous orders. I can say prices have gone up, although so has the quality of the items. All this time I have only had a negative experience once, and it was a mix of the website not working properly and custom service not being helpful/understanding enough. Regarding the arrival time of the orders it varied hugely; the quickest was around a week (to spain) and the longest around 3 weeks, so I really don't think it's under Zaful's control. To sum up, I would totally recommend this shopping website!

I ordered 3 bikinis and I love all of them! I got all three in a large, and they all fit pretty well. Obviously the quality isn't comparable to more expensive brands, but it is still pretty good, especially for the price. One of the bikini tops I have is white and the cup inserts can be visible, but I don't really mind it much. I haven't had any problems with receiving my packages, but I know other people have, so I guess I got lucky. I will be ordering from Zaful again!

I've placed a few swim suite orders with them and I've been pleased. Shipping speed was also decent (less than a week). I love things that don't cost me a lot and I don't think I've paid over $15 for a swim suite and the 4 that I have I've worn and liked. On my first order, I contacted customer service because right after I placed the order, I found out I needed to exchange a piece. Customer service was helpful in substituting a different suite to my order before it shipped and responded to my request within a few hours. I will probably place more orders with Zaful in the future.
