I bought a swimsuit online from Zaful and I cannot wait to order again. It was my first time ordering from the site and I was so impressed. The suit was true to size and the quality was INCREDIBLE. Best of all, I used a coupon on top of the already ridiculously low price, and only paid $10.43. A quality two-piece bikini for $10 is amazing. I would have been willing to pay $60 for the quality of the suit I got. Their customer service was also great - quick to respond and showed a genuine concern for all of my questions. Will be ordering again!

I ordered a couple swimsuits and a romper from Zaful and absolutely loved them! They came in within the expected 2 weeks so I was able to wear them on my vacation which I was super happy about. I bought 3 swimsuits and a romper all under $40 and I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of the items and how prompt they were with delivering them. I defineltey will use Zaful from now on when ordering swimsuits and that says a lot because swimsuits are my obsession.

Zaful has a lot of really cute and trendy clothes for a low price. Make sure to check the sizing chart and the materials the clothes are made from so that you can ensure everything will fit and look nice. If you do this, everything will look and fit like it does in the pictures. Shipping can also be really fast if you order things that are in stock already. They also have great customer service. I've ordered a lot from them, but once an item was missing piece. They got back to me within a day and fixed the issue.

They made several mistakes in my order.
Firstly, they sent out with two missing items.
Secondly, when i ask them what happened? They said one of them is back-ordered, another one is still pending. If back-ordered, why not inform me before i ask? Why not grouping the items together to send out?
Thirdly, the total amount of my order is US$128.03 and i can enjoy the discount if the order is over US$100. When they refund me the back-ordered item which is US$16.49, they only refund me US$14.55. Actually without this item, my bill for this order should be US$128.03 - US$16.49 = US$111.54 which is still over US$100 that i can still enjoy the discount. I don't understand why i have to bear this loss for this back-order condition. But i don't plan to keep claiming at first.

Finally, they sent out the last missing item.
But the most terrible is that they sent me the wrong item.
That is totally not my ordered one.
How can they make things wrong again and again?
I am still waiting for their reply how to settle it.

I ordered a total of 3 bikinis. I got a free international shipment for a minimum of 30$, not a bad deal at all. Received 2 of the items just within 2 days. When within a week the last item didn't arrive, I got in touch with their contact center. Best customer service ever. Fast response and they immediately gave me choices on the refund. Items, specially the bikinis, are very affordable as well.

I was not sure what to expect, when it comes to quality of items and delivery. On the 5th of september I placed my order and I received my things on 21st. Which is fine considering that I live in the Eastern Europe. So I was satisfied with that. I ordered three items, a sweater, a lace dress and cheap sunglasses. The dress is a top notch, I'm very satisfied with it, the sweater as well. Sunglasses were for my sister and she is in love with them.
So I had overall a really good experience and will be shopping there again.

I ordered 2 bathings suits and each were delivered to me separately. Not only that but their standard delivery is NOT standard. If you do not go through their website and read about delivery you will not know that they consider standard to be 10 days minimum. I complained about this to customer service but they did not care. To boot when I finally got the bathing suits they were tiny and looked like they were made for children! I ordered medium and a large just in case one fit and the other didn't. Both looked to be the same tiny size though. Customer service was ridiculous overall and no one would answer the phone when I would call. When they did get back to me when I would write messages they got back slowly. It was a bad experience all around and I would not recommend buying from here to anyone!

Great website if you're looking to buy and outfit or bikini without spending too much $$$!
I find that whenever I'm looking for something, Zaful is always where I find what I like. Unlike other businesses, it has a wide range of products - they don't just focus on one model, which is a plus for us women who are beautiful in all different shapes and sizes - they have got our back!
I must also mention that the quality was surprisingly good (I've ordered both bikinis and clothes). As soon as we see the low prices we automatically think 'scam' or 'bad quality', but I can assure you it's not a scam and certainly has really good quality!

Pleasantly surprised with my order. Ordered 3 bathing suits and they all looked exactly like the pictures online. The medium size fit a little small but the two larges were fine. It was split into 2 separate shipments because one was on back order. I received the first package pretty quickly, but the second took about a month but I knew it was on back order so cant really complain. Overall I had a good experience with this website.

My experience with Zaful was absolutely amazing! First of all, the bathing suit I ordered was what was pictured perfectly and was very cute and comfy! Unfortunately, the bottoms were too small. I reached out to Zaful's customer service to advise that the bottoms I received were to small and asked if I could exchange them. I was nervous about exchanging because I know some company's make you pay a lot of shipping, but not Zaful! They went above and beyond for me! They send me a larger bathing at no extra cost. I had an awesome experience with Zaful and will definitely be purchasing future bathing suits from them.

Hello! I placed an order at Zaful a few months ago to buy bathing suits for this summer. I bought a bikini and a swimsuit, and I had to restrain myself from buying all of them!

Zaful has an incredible variety of products and all of them with the necessary information to know at all times what you are buying. In addition, some products take you to others, so I have always found clothes of my taste!

The payment was very simple and at all times was accompanied by check emails. I bought a bikini and a swimsuit, each with different shipping periods, so they arrived on different days but in the best possible conditions. The size is adequate, the quality of the garment is very good, and are designs that I had never found in any other store. I am sure that I will continue to use them and buy in Zaful. I highly recommend it!
