This might be my first review, I don't have time to write about something, I either love it and keep using it or hate it and forget that site even exists. With Zaful it was love at first... site :) I do admit that I was attracted by the prices, I ordered two swimsuits, a hoodie and a dress that were super cheap compared to what I would pay for those in Chicago. They looked nice in photos so I took the risc and ordered them. They came one week earlier than I was expecting, great quality and fit great. One of the swimsuits looks so chic that I'm even wearing it as a top with some high-waist pants (I attached the photo) This Zaful is definitely one of the fashion tips that I'll give to my girls.
I purchased a bunch of clothes for my vacation and since they have express shipping for over $100 orders, I bought a bunch to make $100. They shipped part of my order and 2 weeks later, they still didn't ship out half of my items. My vacation is drawing near so I call them to ask what's taking so long (express shipping is supposed to be 6-10 days and they still haven't SHIPPED them). The girl informed me one of the items is out of stock which is why half the order was put on hold but I never received any emails about that. I had to call them myself to find out why they won't ship my items, they didn't even make an effort tell me or offer me another option/refund!
To top it off, I had to pay for duties and brokerage fees TWICE because they shipped the orders separately because they didn't realize they were out of stock? So $100 order, I end up paying $40 more because of THEIR mistake and I am still waiting on that refund...
At first I was iffy about this website but then I took a chance and ordered a couple of things, and let me tell you they are just like they are mentioned on the website. Everything looks great, sizes are true fit, and the material feels amazing on anything you buy. I really recommend buying from here, its inexpensive and its fast shipping which is always a plus!
Zaful was an ideal website for me because I was so used to buying from cheaper stores and getting inferior clothing. This time however, I bought a variety of items and they all fit well, true to the sizing charts and the materials were of superior quality. Even the swimwear and athletic items were lined on the inside. Plus, I got free shipping when I order over a certain amount. This is definitely a site I would recommend and shop from again in the future.
I ordered a swim suit from them and unfortunately it did not fit and they immediately gave me a refund for it.
One of the best online clothing stores I've ever bought. My request arrived within the prase and right. I bought a skirt and blouse and loved them both.
I'm using a lot because I had no problems with size. But the very best is quality, better than I expected. The pieces have a good finish and stitching. It's worth it!
I have recently bought items from Zaful and absolutely love them, I was a bit skeptical at first because the items seemed too cheap to be any decent, however my item arrived and looks exactly like the picture and it made of good quality fabric and super comfy! Definitely be buying more and recommending to friends!
The quality of the products is really high and so cheap! Cant wait to order again! The seasonal sales/ deals, right now halloween, are fun and different from anywhere else.

I bought a white cold-shoulder shirt, a one-piece, black swimsuit, and a pair of black swimsuit bottoms. Everything but the bottoms fit, and I was disappointed because I got a large (which is my usual size) and they were big enough to fit a little girl (I had my 11 year old sister try them on and they fit her!). My other items were alright and I still have no problems with them to this day, but I am a little skeptical from buying here because of sizing issues. Besides that, I like Zaful and the cute attire they have to offer.
I ordered three pieces from Zaful after carefully looking through reviews of the pieces and finding my sizes. The pieces came after about three weeks when I paid for standard shipping, and they all looked exactly like the pictures! I was surprised at how high quality all the items were. I followed the reviews as far as sizing and all the items fit me. I will definitely purchase from Zaful again!
There are lots of pretty clothes on the site, the shipping is fast and the clothes are (especially since they're so cheap) of good quality. I will definitely order more!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. Must be a scam, ordered on of the jumpers and they never arrived. Have contacted customer service but doesn't seem hopeful reading from these reviews!

I purchase regularly from Zaful and find that most of their items are of decent quality and decent price. I've made 3 purchases recently and they took about 1 month to arrive. I find that the quality is decent and it's very helpful to refer to other reviews for sizing, fit & quality.
I'm so glad I found Zaful. They have quality products and have a wide range of products to choose from clothings to accessories and also beauty and tech accessories! Not to mention they are all affordable. Shipping and delivery took around a week and a half to arrive at my mail which is pretty decent. Products came nicely packed and there was no defects. Pretty satisfied with the overall experience with Zaful!
I live in the US. It has been more than 30 days since I've placed my order. More than enough time for 'preparation', 'processing' and standard shipping stated on the website. I placed an order for 4 swimsuits and for some reason, they shipped two orders separately. I received 1 of the suits but no word on the other 3. Tracking info not updated since China.
I believe I should be sent new replacement swimsuits, with expedited shipping. This is ridiculous and so very frustrating.

I bought two sets of bathing suits from Zaful.com. They both fit me very well! I got one white and one blue. They shipped very quickly and I got exactly what I ordered. The fit was good and the quality was decent!
Every piece I ordered with Zaful fitted me really well and was good quality. It is my favorite website to order online and I've never liked shopping online!
Both of my swimsuit looked exactly as on the website and it's what I appreciated the most with Zaful.
The orders can sometimes take a long time before arriving (mostly during summer and close to holidays I think).
One time I received my order in two different packages without knowing and the customer service answered right away and was very attentive.
