I ordered a few cute crop tops from Zaful and had an incredibly positive experience. My order arrived promptly and the sizes I ordered fit as I had hoped they would. The pieces were good quality given their exceptionally low prices, and they have held up well to multiple wears and washes (and earned me many compliments). Overall I had a great customer experience using this site and will definitely continue to shop on the Zaful site.

I have Zaful app on my phone. It's so easy to use it. I save items the ones I like and later on if i decide to order them I simply move it to a card. They have a couple options for payment, make your shopping very convenience. For example my first order UA************** came perfectly. I love all items, the quality as well. Jeans made from a good material and zip was in a good quality. The cardigan and bikini looks just like on the website. Size was true. I haven't return a single item from any my orders. My next order UA************** was so beautiful! It was a long silk coat/cardigan. I'm in love with it. I had a couple questions in the beginning, you can chat with a customer representative or call Zaful. Very nice and quick service. I'm keep ordering stuff))) My last order UA************** has a purse which I'm using every day. Either for work or going out. So cute, perfect size, excellent material and zip. My friend recommended me Zaful and I can do the same. They have true pictures, good price, good quality and customer service. Also you can earn a points and spend as a money for your future orders. No shipping charges.

I ordered a leaf print bikini from zaful, I love the bathing suit I ordered. It was great quality and it fit fairly well, I ordered a size up because reading most of the reviews the zaful sizes run small. Though when my bathing suit was first sent to me, it was sent with two bottoms instead of a bottom and a top, which Im assuming was a manufacturing or packing accident. Though once I notified zaful about the issue they sent me a new bathing suit with the top and bottom, free of charge. The only bad about my shopping experience with zaful was having to wait to actually get the top of my bathing suit. Though the quality of my bathing suit was great and I will be ordering from zaful again soon.

Today I come to tell you my experience in Zaful.
The clothes are very similar to the pictures.
The clothes have a good quality.
The size of the clothes was prefect.
The delivery time did not exceed one month.

I was skeptical at first but after looking at some review videos of zaful on youtube I decided to give it a try. I wasnt disappointed at all! Shipping took almost about a month but it personally wasnt a hassle for me. Its understandable and they do very well at explaining the processing and possible delivery delays. The images of the items are for sure exactly what youll get. The bikini quality surely isnt the best of the best but trust me its way worth the money. I had also ordered the wrong size for the bikini but customer service was very quick to respond to the matter. Note that when changing an order, tell customer service immediately and not abruptly as they arent able to do much when the order has been dispatched. Overall zaful provides such lovely customer service and bikinis at such a great price. Its really well worth the try

I had a very good experience with Zaful! I ordered four different bikinis from them on September 9,2017. I received the order on September 21,2017. I feel pleased with that shipping time, considering the items come from overseas. My order number was U**************. The other great thing about Zaful is they have plenty of reviews and pictures of other people's experiences. This allowed for me to pick the correct size. I definitely plan on being a repeat customer!

I was abit worried at first ordering from this online company, but now I've ordered from them multiple times and encouraged my friends to as well. Never unhappy with service, sizing, cost or quality of my products regardless of if they're clothing or bikinis. Prices are super cheap and everything is of great quality for an online store. Would totally recommend

I have ordered from Zaful a few times and I have been happy with the product each time. The swimsuits do run a little small, but most suits have plenty of reviews on their website and people say if they run small. In my most recent order I got a white top and bottom set, the bottoms had a pattern. I was a little worried that the white would go see through when it got wet, but it didn't at all! I don't like the padding/liners in bathing suit tops, so I took them out, and still wasn't see through when wet! I also order a mosaic beach throw which was a very thin material, but was perfect for the beach because sand doesn't stick to it like a towel! Shipping does take a long time, but they are clear about that and provide tracking information. I cannot get enough of their swimwear, and whenever I post an Insta pic in one of their suits girls always want to know where it's from! I haven't been able to find this quality and price point in a bathing suit before. I am looking forward to buying some of their clothes in my next order to see what they are like! Great style, quality and price if you can wait a little while for it to arrive :)

I was a little skeptical at first when purchasing only because of the international mailing which can be tricky sometimes. However, the prices are very reasonable so I figured I would try it out. After the first bathing suit I ordered, not only did it arrive in about two weeks but despite it being SUPER high quality, it unfortunately didn't fit perfectly but that is problematic always with buying swimsuits online. I thought I would return the suit for a refund but instead they told me that they would credit my account and I could give it to someone who it would fit! I was shocked. That little bit of effort on their part was all it took for me to trust them in ordering again. Since then I have ordered more items and all in perfect condition and very high quality especially for the price. My most recent purchase was a pair of boots and they are my new favorites.

I have ordered from Zaful a couple of times, my most recent purchase being order # U************** (three bathing suits and a shirt). I was honestly really surprised with the quality of them. I bought two of the same style bikini in different colors and both fit amazing, and had no flaws. The shirt has actually become one of my favorites. Its super cute and I get alot of comments and questions about where I got it, and when I tell them it's from Zaful, people are shocked. They have really great prices and customer service is super helpful. It's honestly just a hit or a miss with their products, but if you don't like it, they'll gladly return it for you. The only downside is shipping can take up to a month, so if you're in a rush to get your items this isn't the place for you, but if you're patient, this is your place!

On December 2nd, I ordered an extra large black Hooded Double Zip Up Padded Parka Coat from Zaful and about a week later I got my package except instead of receiving what I ordered, I had got a medium brown leather Ralph Lauren Polo jacket? The jacket I received didn't have any tags on it and it isn't even a piece of clothing available for sale on Zaful's website, which makes me think that someone, during the delivery process, may of took my order out of the package and replaced it with a random used jacket! I was planning on returning the item so that I could get an exchange for the original coat I ordered or a refund however there's literally no way to reach them! The support tickets on their website don't submit and no one ever answers the U.S. customer line or the Facebook live chat. I'm seriously so pissed off with this company! I have NEVER had an experience like this with other online clothing businesses! They need to make this right!

Good value for money, furthermore I have never had shipping problems, and the support service is pretty efficient.
