Honestly I really like ordering from Zaful. I was hesitant at first because I saw some negative reviews, but I'm really glad I did anyways. The quality of the fabric has always been good and the prices even better! I have never had an order take a long time, except with one order my items shipped separately. I contacted them and they responded the same day explaining the situation and my second item came within the week. I was actually shocked at how well the quality of the sweater was. The dress is perfect for business casual and the skirt is perfect for wineries, love all items!

The quality of the items I bought is quite nice. When it comes to their sweaters, they are not the thickest you are ever gonna have; but the fabric is pretty decent, especially when compared to the prices in other shops.
However, their prices are not as low as they used to be, but still affordable and cheaper than many other shops. Although if you are thinking about buying complements, they are genuinely good and really cheap.

I had to contact their customer service a couple of times and they are very fast and efficient. Easy to cancel your order if you had any problem and get your money back. However, I recommend emailing them rather than using the online chat (specially on busy days such as Black Friday) since they are usually overwhelmed.

Cons: I live in the UK and it takes ages to receive my orders.

The website was beyond my expectations. I thought of it to be a Wish.com type of website but it turned out to be otherwise. The website seems to be well-curated in terms of the the products they offer. All the products are very trendy and cater to the aesthetics of the day, which appeals to me. I ordered a backpack and expected shipping to take at least a month but it arrived within two weeks so yes, the service is speedy. I also had no problems with customer service when I had inquiries regarding order status. The quality of the product is alright, no defects or anything. Overall, I would definitely purchase from Zaful again.

Zaful is a truly amazing and vital shopping website for every girl (& boys!) who loves some cheap quality trendy clothing. There are so many coupons codes at your disposal and constant deals and sales which help lower the already cheap price. I save approximately 1/3 of each purchase by taking advantage of coupons codes and deals! The clothing itself is of the highest quality at such a inexpensive price. The bikinis feels like expensive branded bikinis. The shipping is really fast too! Express shipping takes 3 days after shipped from China to Australia which is so crazy! I recommend zaful to anyone wishing to save some money but look cute at the same time!
Also their customer service is amazing and they reply very fast and are happy to help.

I bought three bikinis from online clothing store Zaful and was pleased with all of them! They arrived relatively quickly and were packaged safely and conveniently, each item with its own resealable bag. The swimwear was of great quality and fit pretty much perfectly. I was surprised by how affordable the items were and was hesitant to order however after receiving and wearing my bikinis I will definitely be ordering from Zaful again.

Zaful not only helped me resolve my issue regarding my item, but did so in a vert timely fashion. They were helpful, and made me as a customer feel confident in getting my package safely. I would definitely recommend zaful to any or maybe even all of my friends. Their items on their website are very fashion-forward not to mention the pricing is wonderful. From now on I will take all of my fashion shopping to zaful. With the confidence that I will receive quality Care and also quality items. I would rate zaful 10 Stars if I could. Once again I highly recommend this site.

Realice mi pedido de una sudadera una mochila y accesorios como anillos y correas realmente bonitas se demoro menos de 2 semanas en llegar a mi país de destino, sin embargo se demoro mas tiempo en llegar a mis manos por el penoso servicio de correo local de mi país, pero cuando recibí quede realmente satisfecho porque la ropa y accesorios son realmente de buena calidad y también agregar el excelente servicio al cliente que me brindaron respondiendo ante cualquier duda que tenia yo con la mas total disposición, nada mas que decir que: buena calidad de ropa, envíos eficiente y rápido, servicio al cliente excelente, da gusto comprar! Muy recomendable yo comprare mas!

I placed my order on November 27th and part of the order has shipped to me and arrived. There was a large extra cost charged for duty, tax, and processing charges that was not stated upon ordering the items ($40!). Also, the other part of my order has not been processed or shipped yet and it has been 2 and a half weeks with no confirmation of when they are being sent out. Also, who knows how much that shipping will cost. I chose the 8-10 business days shipping option to ensure quick delivery, the site says that it takes a max of 7 days to process the items. I have contacted the Facebook Messenger multiple times with no response and the customer service phone line will not connect my call. I am not impressed or satisfied with my first experience using Zaful.
I don't recommend this site to anyone since they are so hard to get ahold of and they don't advertise the cost of shipping. Very dissatisfied.
