The Zaful customer service team always replies very quickly and tries their best to fix the situation. The only problems I've had is waiting a little while to get my merchandise (but well worth it), and the bikinis running a little small (I'm a small and have to get a medium.) But that can be fixed by just reading the measurements and reading the reviews of others. Previous customers also can leave reviews and pictures of them in the merchandise to give you a better idea of what it looks like.
I'll be honest, I was a bit hesitant to order with Zaful initially having gone through oversea sellers whose products at first glance look good but on arrival lack quality. I was pleasantly surprised how well-made Zaful products are, and considering the distance, how quickly they arrive upon purchase. Will definitely be purchasing more items from this company and would recommend to anyone if you have a budget but still wants the trendiest styles in their closet.
I recently placed my first order on zaful and I was amazed by the quality and I'm really satisfied with my purchase. I have to say I've never ordered online clothes before, every time time I go shopping I need no try on the clothes before buying to make sure it would fit right, so I decided to give it a try because I fell in love with the variety of styles and the prices! And I'm happy I did. The clothes are very true true to size and the material does not look cheap and ugly. I would definitely recommend it!
Zaful is amazing! Not only do they have up to date quality clothing and accessories, but they are so understanding and have amazing policies regarding returns and misfits I'm always skeptical shopping online because clothes fit everyone so differently however they take that stress away. If you're willing to wait a little extra for the shipping, GO ZAFU.
I ordered a swimsuit from this site and it took quite a long time to arrive. The material didnt feel cheap, but it also didnt feel like the greatest quality. It was good for the price. The sizing was accurate; however, I find that reading the product reviews help a lot and I would recommend checking the sizing chart before ordering. Customer service was good and quite helpful.
I bought two bikinis from this website. I was pleasantly surprised with both of them. They were good material and fit well. I am usually a medium size but I ordered size large on other shoppers advice. The prices are amazing! The best part. Everythung is so affordable. Shipping wasnt expensive either and it didnt take very long to arrive. I will defiantly be buy more products and swim suits from zaful.
I had ordered a few things from Zaful including; a coverup, jewelry and bathing suits. The hipping took a little long but nothing I couldn't handle. Everything was perfect when i received them. The bikini fit perfect and so did the cover up. The jewelry I got so many compliments on. ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE and will be ordering from there again soon!
I placed two orders with Zaful for a total of 3 swimsuits and a pair of sunglasses. Since the prices are pretty inexpensive (and the bikinis super cute!), I wasn't sure what to expect. Fortunately, I didn't have any problems receiving the items. I see a lot of issues about the orders taking too long to come, personally both my packages took a couple weeks to arrive but they did make it clear that this is to be expected. The swimsuits and sunglasses looked just as they did online, super cute and good quality!
I love Zaful so much, they have amazing cheap prices, however their clothes still are great quality and match their online appearances! They have great customer service and efficient shipping which is hard to find, so I definitely recommend them!
Going into the summer season; I love to wear the two piece outfits Zaful comes out with, along with their adorable bathing suits! After searching through so many selections I picked out a floral two piece and an embroidered two piece. I also picked out a lavender bathing suit. All of these I ordered in a small according to their sizing charts. My packages came in my mail in less than 2 weeks and everything fit perfect and I felt amazing in everything!
The clothes and bathing suits on the website seem cute but if ur willing to wait months DO NOT ORDER, my packages were sent out separately and when I track it says the package has been received however I have not received it... my package was sent out on dec 13th
For the most part, I have enjoyed using this site. One item I received was not as it was described and I requested to return it or to receive a refund. I paid $22.50 and only received a $10 refund which is disappointing. Their customer service was helpful though, and the other items I purchased have held up nicely.
I am very happy with this online store. They have nice things for girls in a budget. Last time I made a purchase I buyed many items and everything is okay! The size really fit me and items are usually as you see them.

You can't beat the quality and price of Zaful. Their bathing suits are my absolute favourite. They have a wide selection of sizes, colours, and styles. Any time I wear something I've ordered from them, I get a compliment. Their site also includes tons of reviews by people, including photos to help you decide what to order for your specific body. I definitely would reccommend Zaful to a friend.
This swimsuit i received was super cute! They do run a little small so think of that when purchasing. Its the perfect sexy bathing suit for spring break!
