It did take about a month to get my order (I live in the US), so I ended up purchasing my swimwear from another company. Eventually my order came and I didn't want to keep the products. I later found out that you can't return swimwear to their store, yet they still refunded me for all of my items and told me to donate the ones I wasn't happy with. They responded quickly and were so quick to give me everything I asked for.

As for the actual product quality, I feel like it is hit and miss. One of my swimsuits is the best quality swimsuit I think I might ever own, but the other ones were just kind of "eh".

I love zaful and now buy all my bathing suits from this site. I have never had a problem with any of the swimsuits I bought on the site and love them more than any of my other suits from other stores. The only reason I took one star off is I wish I could order the tops and bottoms in different sizes. I have a larger bottom and smaller top so usually I would purchase them separately. With my zaful bathing suits, the top is usually slightly large but with some diy, the problem is solved. The other great thing is most of their tops are adjustable which is a huge perk for different sized girls. Overall a great site if youre looking for a cute and good quality swimsuit at a bargain

I have used Zaful a couple of times now and I can say that my main take away was the Customer Service. The first time I used Zaful my items didn't arrive on the expected timeline. I quickly wrote the customer service team explain my situation and I received a response right away. Not only did I receive a speedy response, but the message was detailed and very attentive. All of my experiences since that initial exchange has continued to be professional and fast.

Very disappointed in this site. Ordered 6 bathing suits 1 month ago just received 4 and contacted Zaful because they said I received all of them once talking to a rep they said my 2 other bathing suites haven't been shipped yet and one was now on back order. Very pissed off since I wasted my money and time and they aren't even giving me a full refund for the 2 other bathing suites. And only 1 of the bathing suites I ordered actually came in with how it was shown on the website. These are not true to size what so ever.

Zaful tiene muy buenos productos con un coste realmente bajo para la calidad que tienen. Además el servicio de atención al cliente es excepcional y ante cualquier cuestión o problema hacen lo posible para solucionarlo. Lo recomiendo al cien por cien a todos los usuarios. El envio tarda un poco pero merece la pena además hay muchas ofertas y rebajas y vas sumando puntos, también puedes encontrar cupones descuento.

I'm very satisfied with Zaful's web store offer. I have made many orders already and I have to say my opinion is that Zaful offers excellent products at affordable prices. The pieces you can find there are on trend, well made, stylish and affordable price wise. The customer service is always quick to reply to any inquiry you might have, and very friendly, always offering you a solution. I feel this is a trusted on line shopping destination and will be purchasing more again in the future.

I've bought a lot of bikinis throughout the past year from zaful and everytime I've had a problem, they've always quickly fixed it with great customer service. This last time I ordered from them, I chose the same shipping as always and surprisingly, they had sent it within a week. The bikinis have been WAY better quality and I can tell they have worked hard on their products to make them better and the service a lot faster. I won't stop ordering from them anytime soon.

Zaful really has improved since I first heard about it online and started ordering from them. There was some quality issues the first one or two times that I ordered, but I really think they have improved their quality! I recommend ordering products that have reviews and picture reviews, that way you can actually tell what the product looks like on a person. Usually if there aren't any reviews, I choose not to order that product. I would highly recommend Zaful to anyone looking for cheap and trendy clothing, that way you're not spending an insane amount of money on clothes that won't be useful in a couple months.

I've made several orders on zaful and I will continue buying from them. I only buy their bathing suits because they are so cheap and super cute compared to other stores. They ship separately and it takes a long time to receive them, which is a little frustrating but its worth it! The prices are beyond amazing, always impressed. The quality of the bathing suits are actually really good. Good material, not too thin, never see through. Sizing is a bit hard to figure out so I suggest looking at the product reviews first.
