Ordered my stuff on May 30,2013 and it is now June 20,2013. Believe me I will find a way to to shut this all down. When somebody takes money from my kids whether it is 5 or 10 dollars that is where I draw the line. This website is a scam.

I don't understand how this business can still be operating. I ordered a headband in October of 2012. I've sent many many emails asking where it was or asking for a refund. I NEVER received a response. They closed out my order as if they completed it- I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING AND THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD! Disgusting.

TOTAL SCAM!

TOTAL SCAM! I had ordered $70 worth of things from their website on October 19,2012 and still have not received anything not even a confirmation or nothing): very upsetting. Tried to email but haven't heard a thing abut my cc got billed right away

I also placed an order in October of this year 2012, they charged my credit card and I have not revived my order. I have emailed them about 20 times with no response and the phone # goes directly to a message stating you can not leave a voice mail. THEY ARE DEFINITELY A SCAM...

I ordered a seasonal tutu and headband set as well as a 10 piece bow set. The money was taken out of my bank account immediately, however it has almost been a month and I have yet to receive anything. I should have looked further into this company. Obviously a "business" that does not have a set up customer service center aka phone number or email that actually goes to a person, is not legit.

BEWARE! This company is a scam! I placed an order for over $100.00 of merchandise on Black Friday, 11/27/2011 and as of 9/7/2012 I have not received my merchandise. I have sent countless emails to their sales, support, and information departments. I've tried calling them which their message says to contact them via email. I've received only two responses of lies promising me the merchandise would be shipped that week. I really wanted the merchcandise so my emails were pretty much begging them for my merchandise. It took me a while but now I know these people are scam artists! I am having my credit card dispute the charges and will be reporting them to the BBB. I wish I would have read these reviews before I placed my order. Do not do business with Your Unique Boutique.

Ordered several cute items and after almost 2 months of waiting I did not receive anything, I tried to call and email with no response. I finally opened a PayPal dispute and recieved my order promptly after that. I think this website is run by crooks and PayPal should do something about it. The items I eventually recieved were sooo cute but not worth the trouble. I also shopped at thehairbowcompany.com, they have similar products but better prices and great customer service.

Do NOT order from this site. It is a scam they will take your money and never send you the products. It took almost two months to get my money back I had to send them numerous emails threatening that I was going to take legal action until they finally decided to return me my money. I wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order it's sad to know that people do these to other people who actually work hard to earn their money. I wish they take down the site immediately.

Scam! I ordered preemie headbands bundle for $30 on April 7th and still havent received them. I ordered the same headbands from Amazon a couple Weeks ago and have already gotten them. I will never do business with this company and will tell everybody I know not to. I sent several emails and called numerous times. This company stole my money. I complained to BBB. I wish I had reviewed them before they stole my money. I already contacted my attorney and im going to sue the hell out of them

My credit card was charged immediately, but I did not receive my order. I sent many e-mails with no response until I threatened to take legal action. At this point someone responded that my order was in the mail and I would receive it in 3 days... I did not receive it for three more weeks and when it finally came (two months after I placed my order) it was incomplete. Do NOT order from them.

I placed an order on March 9th and still have not received anything but my card was charged immediately. Numerous e-mails with no response. Hope they quit taking orders so more people are not as frustrated as the ones listed here. VERY poor business practice. I would be happy for a refund and forget this whole experience.

I have ordered from these guys before a couple years ago. It did take 3 weeks to get to me but they sent a free bow with it saying they were sorry. I ordered again for my newest daughter, and no one has emailed me back or anything. It has been almost a month. I am beyond frustrated as I really didn't have money to waste. I'm glad I didn't order more than I did. I'm going to have to call my CC in the morning. There bows are cute the ones I did recieve a few years ago so I am saddened that they would scam people out of our hard earned money.

Scam, scam, scam! Do NOT order from this website. I honestly do not understand how this business is yet to be shut down. They have a rating of F on the BBB website and 89 complaints listed on the BBB. I really wish I had seen this website before I had ordered to save me the hassle I am now going through to simply give a friend a gift for her first born child. It's really a shame. I guess my special gift wrapping with a personalized note telling my friend I can't wait to meet her baby really won't work considering she was born a week ago and I am yet to receive my order. Already met the baby... :( I think this company needs to revisit their customer service situation and get it figured out. I find it absolutely hilarious how they have a representative on this website addressing customer complaints for the public to see, yet they can't respond to emails or pick up their phones. I'm still hopeful that I will see my order one day... But at this point and especially after seeing what people have posted on this website it doesn't look like that will be the case. Since I've already contacted the BBB, I guess the next step would be to contact my attorney regarding the matter...

Total scam artists that spend time responding to these posts than actually responding to emails or phone calls. What a shame that people like this exist and seem to relish taking people for their hard earned money.

They simply will not sent your product or reply to your calls and emails! BBB gave then a grade of an F, and with Good reason! If you have already ordered make sure to contact your CC because you will need to fight to get your money back. Try Amazon they sell the same stuff. I ended up buying from them after this site didn't send my order after a month and never replied to my calls and emails. Don't believe when they say it may take up to 3 weeks to ship, what they are doing is depending on how you paid Example Pay Pal, you have a certain about of time to try and get your money back. This company tries to run out your time so when you realize they are not going to sent anything, it's too late and they keep your money!
This Is Truly A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Site!

I put my order in on 2-20-2012. I have never received a tracking or shipping number, although I have called and e-mailed (every e-mail address I could find on their page) numerous times. I have been charged on my credit card though! I have threatened in my e-mails to call the credit card company and tell them about the fraudulant charges, but this also has done no good! I will be calling my credit card company tonight and who-ever else I must call inorder to get my money back-since I am obviously not going to get the products I ordered(over $30 worth)!

Huge scam!

Huge scam! I placed an order for two beanie hats with flowers on them on December 27,2011, have yet to recieve the items. I have tried to contact them via e-mail, and many phone calls, all of which went unanswered. My credit card was charged, and I have disputed the charge with the CC company. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB and plan on taking it further. These people should not be able to get away this! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered $150 worth of haorbows from this company on December 11,2011. I realized that this is a large order around the holiday season, so I waited until December 27th to send an email regarding the status of my order, waited three days and no response. So, I forwarded the same email four days later, and waited. Finally, on January 9,2011 I get an email from them stating this:

Amanda,

Thanks so much for shopping with us! I apologize you have not yet received your package. I'll ensure this gets taken care of swiftly and you receive your package this week. I'll have our shipping department forward you tracking details.

We recently had a customer ask for a store in Ashville, NC that sells our products ~ are you close to Ashville or do you have a storefront we can direct her to?

I have YET to hear ANYTHING from them so I sent another email today. No shipping info as promised, or any other infor at that! All I want is information regarding my order. Where is it? The money has cleared on my credit card and everything and I have NO information as to where my order is, whether it be still processing, has been shipped, etc etc. I informed them that if they do not reply by the 23rd of January with my order's status that I will be cancelling my order. I will most certainly report them to the BBB and call my credit card to have the funds returned if I do not have my entire order in my hands within the next two weeks. I understand the holiday season, my large order, etc but just communicating with your customers is essnetial. Sounds like they have a real issue with that. In addition, they seem to spend more time on here, giving their customers attitudes instead of responding to thier customers' initial concerns. I will keep everyone updated as I hear from them. They have cute looking products and a nice looking Facebook page if they are a real company. They just need to work on communicating with customers and getting their customers' orders out in a timely manner!

I placed an order on October 14th and tomorrow will be December 1st and despite multiple emails and phone messages have not heard from them. I disputed the credit card charge and reported them to the better business bureau. Buyer beware this site is a scam. I only wish I read the reviews and learned from them.
