I ordered from this website on June 30,2011 and never received my merchandise. They have the worst customer service ever. I emailed them for months before trying to call and mail them a letter. Never heard a thing from them. I have contacted Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission who are looking into the matter. My next step is consulting my lawyer. I do not like being taken advantage of and I will get this handled. I would like my money back, but if that does not happen, I would like to see this company shut down for good.
Wow... i'm glad i'm not the only one who feels so poorly about ths place. I placed my order two years ago and it took nearly 16 weeks, countless phone calls and emails (neither of which were ever answered) I finaly got my stuff with one extra bow. Some of the product was nice and some was junk.
Being the manager of a small business I understand how things can sometimes get away from you so I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and I placed a wholesale order for the business I manage. What an absolute joke that was! Months went by with no word from them. I contacted them in every form I could, email and phone calls, at first weekly then daily and NOTHING. So my boss reported the charges as fradulent and that was the end of that.
It's sad to see the rep for this company on here having to argue with all the customers that have had the same experiences I had. Maybe it's time to either change your ways or close up shop.
How does a business with such poor practices stay open?
I placed an order back in early September and I have sent numerous emails inquiring about my items that I ordered. Never received any reply. They had no problem charging my credit card for these items however they will not reply or send me the items that I ordered or refund my money to my CC. I have contacted the BBB and they will not reply to them either and am also filing a complaint with my CC company regarding this charge. Please Do not order from this company. I believe they are scamming people and hope that I can save someone else from being scammed. If they were not scamming people why will they not reply to requests for information regarding merchandise that has been ordered and paid for but never shipped.
I ordered items exactly four weeks ago to the day, September 21st, and I have not received my items or tracking information. I emailed them at 2 1/2 weeks and got a response after sending a threatening message from Amy saying that I would have my tracking info shortly and my package by the following week. Well that never happened and I have sent two emails since and have no response. I don't know what their problem is, if they are a scam, incredibly slow, or terrible business people, either way I am very pissed. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau, I am going to contact my credit card company to get my money back and I am contacting Facebook to report them. They should be removed so they can't draw new customers into their trap. I encourage others to contact Facebook too and refer them to the Better Business Bureau and this website to verify they are a bad business.
Same thing with me. Order placed August 25th. No confirmation number no nothing. I sent several emails before one was answered. The email said I have my order in 2-3 business days with a tracking number that day. That was September 28th. It has now been 6 business days and still nothing. I tried to write on their facebook page and now I have been blocked. I have sent 3 emails since Monday October 3rd. I hope I'm not another person that has to contact the BBB.
I ordered $48 worth the merchandise. They certainly took my money quickly but I can't get a response from email or phone. It has been two months and I've contacted them weekly. Yet they continue to put new stuff on their website. They appear to be a scam.
I placed my order for an outfit and several other items totaling over 50.00 they charged my cc but I have never received my order. I have sent several emails to them and have received no response. I have reported them to my cc company and will be filing a complaint with the bbc and ftc. Do not order from these people.
Thieves take your money end don't send anithing out grrrrrr. Should have google name first. Can give minus stars.
I ordered back 8/5/11 spent over $200 still no order, recieved email back to confirm my order. Emailed over and over, called office left msgs. I am from Australia said 6wks to recieve and nothing. Did get an email from a Amy Whitley advising someone will send me a tracking number and my order was delayed due to had to get from another store all. Lies that was June and heard nothing again. Only way to get this Angel is complain to actual Mudpie Clothing as a bad representitive of their brand which I did and its being investigated. As mudpie already recieved several complaints on this scam artist already. I was sooo excited to have the items for my first born daughter but nothing very pissed off.
Don't order from them. Received several items wrong. Emailed several times with no response until threatening to contact BBB and Attorney General. Finally received after two weeks and most items were wrong. Wanted a refund for a dress they didn't even tell me was out of stock and still have yet to receive money. Contacting BBB and PayPal to report them.
I am FURIOUS with this company! I ordered 3 "custom" bows almost 6 weeks ago... one was a large red, whitw and blue bow for my granddaughter to wear on Memorial day and I STILL have not recieved them! I have e-mailed this company numerous times without response. This is not the first time I have had trouble getting my merchandise... but it WILL be the last! I have reported them to the better business b. And better than that,. I have told EVERYONE I know not to purchase from them. I cannot believe that they offer " custom" Bows. Don't fall for this scam... I want my 3 bows or a full refund!
This website is a fraud. I placed my order three months ago, never received my items, my card of course, was charged. The "merchant" would not respond to emails, phone calls, and I just lodged complaints with both the BBB and the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office, now on the FTC. BEWARE!
Well it seems most of these complaints are from last year, and let me tell you... the company obviously paid no attention! I just finished filing a complaint with the Tulsa BBB, because I placed my order over a month ago and still have received nothing. It was a $70 order! I have emailed 5 different times and called their phone number and nothing. No response. This company is not legitimate... stay away!
TERRIBLE! I placed an order expedited. Expecting it in 3 days, I finally emailed after 5 to then receive a notice that it was getting shipped. I also thought I was getting 10 hats, not 1. The website is over priced and a bit misleading. However, what makes this a terrible business is that I left multiple messages w/ no response, until I opened a claim on Paypal. At that point I was accused of being a "barter". What happened to "customer is always right" approach. So sad that there are businesses like this still surviving when good businesses are closing due to economic hard ship.
I ordered from them 4/1/11 I had asked for a certain date and had not received my items by that date. I never received a confirmation number or email either. I then found this site and I was mad. Thought I was scammed. I sent them an unhappy email. They did get right back to me and sent me a shipped confirmation tracking number. We will see if I get my items. If I do not i will contact the BBB and my credit card company and press charges! Such a shame.
Ok this website is a scam, we should all know this by now, but what can we do to get her off the internet completly she is taking innocent peoples money and nothing in return. How is this happening?!?!?!?! What can we do?
I placed an order with this company on January 18th, 2011 and still have not received my items (March 17,2011). I have sent numerous emails and like everyone else, the order was confirmed, but that is as far as it went. I have now made a complaint with the Tulsa BBB in hopes of getting my money back. I would never recommend this website to anyone. I only wish that I had seen the reviews before I stupidly order from them. I too believe that this is a SCAM.

By them, and I was blocked (big surprise). I asked them, "Why don't you answer your admin. Emails?". I stated that I had sent messages and gotten no replies and that my order was 40 days old. I also mentioned that I had read that other customers online think they are a scam and BBB rates them an F. I asked them, "Are you guys for real or what?". Interestingly enough, within minutes of my
Fb comment, I received an email stating my order had shipped(ha!). It was late
In the evening, so I am certain it had not actually, "just" shipped. So I don't know if
It is just a bogus email to buy them more time or what. I just really hope
That this did get their attention, and that my items will actually arrive.
My order total was 71 dollars. I would not have ordered from them, had I checked
Out the BBB site or this site prior to placing an order. Lesson learned :(
Placed order in January 2011. They said it shipped on February 4th. Almost three weeks later (since shipping) NO PACKAGE! I CAN'T get response for them! Wish I would have seen this website before I ordered!
This site is a total scam!
I placed an order with them on January 21,2010 and it is now February 23,2011 and I have not received my mechandise. I even paid extra for quick delivery! I have sent them e-mails and left messages when I called and have received no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I filed a complaint with the FTC against them and anyone else who this happens to should file one as well.
Answer: Kallie ~ You were upset by your experience and I understand that. You are not being open to the fact, that maybe you ARE in the small percentage. You are emotional and wanting to vent, that is clear. We are currently working with the Better Business Bureau to clear up any unresolved issues with them as well ~ most of them were the same posts here that we can just foward our research to them on. And they are already resolved. I posted earlier, our customer service has been lacking because we work with a small staff which we are working on improving. Bad customer service, doesn't make a scam. We didn't know these posts were out here or we would have responded sooner. We are still ranked number two on google, so it is not hurting our exposure. We just want to ensure our customers are taken care of. You have received your money back. Like I said in an earlier post to you, the credit card company didn't pay you back, we did. If you are unsure about that call and ask them where they money you were refunded came from. It came from us. Maybe you should verify that before you post further comments. I won't argue with you on this, I just want to make sure you understand because I'm thinking maybe you don't realize the money that was refunded to you came from us. If you are angry and just want to vent some more, that's something I can't change or help you with. If there were legitimately something unresolved I could help you but I don't believe there is anything else I can do for you at this point.
