I've also order on line they took my money, they havent sent me a confirmation or tracking information for my purchase. I've emailed them and I have called them with no success. I believe they are a scam too and will contact my credit company about them
Cute product listed on their site but unfortunately doesn't deliver. I ordered about $30 of product from this site, they took the money right away but I never received my product. I contacted them for 3 weeks straight using both their contact methods listed on their website. I have yet to hear from them or to see my product. I ordered back on May 12th, 2009 and it is now June 19th, 2009. Very unprofessional! I hope this helps someone else from getting scammed.
Answer: Kallie ~ You were upset by your experience and I understand that. You are not being open to the fact, that maybe you ARE in the small percentage. You are emotional and wanting to vent, that is clear. We are currently working with the Better Business Bureau to clear up any unresolved issues with them as well ~ most of them were the same posts here that we can just foward our research to them on. And they are already resolved. I posted earlier, our customer service has been lacking because we work with a small staff which we are working on improving. Bad customer service, doesn't make a scam. We didn't know these posts were out here or we would have responded sooner. We are still ranked number two on google, so it is not hurting our exposure. We just want to ensure our customers are taken care of. You have received your money back. Like I said in an earlier post to you, the credit card company didn't pay you back, we did. If you are unsure about that call and ask them where they money you were refunded came from. It came from us. Maybe you should verify that before you post further comments. I won't argue with you on this, I just want to make sure you understand because I'm thinking maybe you don't realize the money that was refunded to you came from us. If you are angry and just want to vent some more, that's something I can't change or help you with. If there were legitimately something unresolved I could help you but I don't believe there is anything else I can do for you at this point.
