****COMPLETE GARBAGE******

I ordered quite a few items from this company, and spent about $100.00. I only received half of my order, and have blown up their voice mail and e mail every day. Someone has YET to contact me regarding the missing items I ordered almost two months ago. This is by far the WORST place to order from, and I would never recommend anyone buying items, no matter how cute, from here unless you want to just throw away money. I will be contacting the better business bureau about this garbage company. I just wish I read the reviews before I even purchased anything from there.

Well I placed an order on november 28th and I never received an email from them until december 3 telling me they were out of stock after they took the money out of my account! They said they refunded my money and it should take 48 to 72 hours to receive it. But I would not order from them. Its a scam. And horrible customer service

SCAM! I saw this website and loved everything on the site so I ordered a few gifts for my girlfriend who just had a baby, well I wish I would have looked at this first it is a total scam, we have taken legal action and had to dispute it on our credit card because its been a month and I paid extra for expedite shipping and did not receive. Finally after sending about 10 emails someone got back to me saying they would credit me my shipping cost and it would be here in 2 days well its been 13 days and still not here. WORSTE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Nobody will get back to me. So we have contacted the BBB and FTC. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. There are so many better websites out there with adorable and high quality items just look around. This website is a SCAM!

For my first two orders, I never had a problem. Then I made a larger order and they did not send two of my bows. They also sent one outfit to me that was the wrong outfit! I attempted to make contact, but as the other reviewers were saying, I never received anything back. I have not been refunded! This is definitely a scam. They hook you with a few good orders, and then screw you over once they have you hooked! I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!

I ordered from the website and it states that your order will arive within two weeks, well two weeks later I called because I never got an email with a tracking number, they never responded, called and left messages, worte emails and NOTHING! Finally, after I sent an email telling them I was contacting the BBB and the FTC and my bank, they sent an email saying they would issue a refund... They are a scam, liars and thieves! Then they had the NERVE to send an email with a 10 percent off code... WTH?!?! NEVER EVER do business with them! Shame on you people...

Do NOT Purchase from these people! They are THIEVES and a scam.
I was unfortunate enough to order from them and NEVER received my items.
I contacted them via their phone, emails over and over again regarding my order. They never got back to me no matter how many times I contacted them UNTIL I threatened LEGAL action and contacted both the FTC and BBB. It was amazing once they saw that titled email they responded right away saying they would refund my money. I am still waiting for the refund. Very sad that in this world people carry on such despicable business practices. Someone posted below this companies shady history via the BBB and their various complaints. It would pay to check it out, unless you feel like throwing money away. I would also keep track of future bills if you used credit card, check to insure they do not use your information for other fraudulent activity. Good Luck everyone

This company is completely unprofessional and in my opinion, running a scam here. My order was supposed to arrive within two weeks. It has been two months now and I have still not received it. They will not answer my emails and have taken their phone number off of their website. They stole my $43! I would never in a million years use this company again. I reported them to my credit card company. I wish I had reviewed the site here before ordering and I would have known what scam artists they are. Angel, shame on you.

I am extremely thankful for this forum. I searched through the Your Unique Bowtique on line store and had several cute items picked out to order. But as always I thought I should review this site before giving up my CC#. Well am I ever glad I did. OMG! A big thank you to who ever provided such detailed information on this company. It was very helpful to me as I did read the BBB review which spoke volumes in it of itself, WOW! I also found it rather interesting that the positive reviews within this forum consider long lead times and bad customer service acceptable. I wonder if these are actual customers or the person behind this horrible behavior. Very sad that people like this exist. I did not place an order with your unique bowtique, nor will I place one with this company. Thanks SiteJabber!

Me and my wife love them! They have the best products. My daughter looks so cute in there stuff. We have ordered from them several times. It was a great experience. Their was two occasions of our orders being late. When I contacted the company they was very nice and apologetic for the delay. They sent me my original order plus several extra items.One time They even credit my credit card for the full amount just because my order was two weeks late. I will continue to do business with them. I think they are a great company. We have recommended them to all our friends and family. They was recommended to us by our day care.

I own a baby boutique and use Your Unique Bowtique to supply our store with hair bows & accessories. Their products are highly requested by our customers. I believe it just takes them a while to create each order. I have used them for quite a while now and know they order supplies from within the US and make all items themselves, they do not import from overseas which is why they are so requested... When I spoke with the owner, she told me their business had grown in the past year from a few orders per month to over 5000 and I believe this is just a growing period for them and they have had a hard time keeping up. She did tell me they are currently putting in place a customer service dept to better assist customers. Bottom line, my customers love their products & so do I. Well worth the wait to get hand made American products.

Horrible!

Horrible! It took over a months to receive a pair of tights and when they arrived they had filthy black stains on them! They don't send confirmatory order emails or include invoices with their packages (and the item arrived in a repurposed box). Still can't get resolution from them. Clearly this is a slap dash outfit--definitely don't use.

1/22/2010 - I placed an order a couple of weeks ago and paid for "Rush Delivery". Their site and the confirmation email said it would take 2 days to process the order and 2-3 days to receive it. Not counting this Monday, since it was a holiday for most, it has been 9 business days and my order still has not been shipped, let alone received. I left a message a few days ago and I have not heard back from them. I just now sent an email. I have Valentine's photos scheduled for my infant next week, the reason for this purchase. I am at least a little less pessimistic seeing that some have had positive experiences and have taken the time to share them. If I do eventually get the order, I will post another response, at this point I am counting this as a $65 bad investment.

I just looked this business up on Better Business Bureau, apparently the owner, Angel, doesn't respond to them either.

1/27/2010 - I still have been unable to get a response from this business. It has not been 19 days since my order was confirmed, not placed, but confirmed. They accepted my money with no problem, so I am having difficulty understanding why that can't at least tell me when I can expect the item, never-mind that I did pay for rush delivery as well. I have now gone to the next step and filed a complaint with FTC, no point with BBB since this company ignores them. If I ever get the item I will update this review, until then I'm assuming it is lost money.

2/22/10 - I promised to update if anything new happened and I finally have an update. Last week I received an email saying the order had been shipped but they will ship it again priority so that I will receive it in 2 days and they will refund my "rush delivery fee" or they can refund the full amount. They asked me to contact them to let them know what I prefer. By the timesstamp on the email, 2 hours later they sent an email saying that since they had not heard from me and it was the end of the business day they were processing a full refund. Yet another example of their poor customer service, what if I did still want the items I purchased? They gave me 2 hours to respond, I had not even read the first email by the time they sent the second. Oh well, at least I got my money back, still upset that I did not have this outfit for my daughter's first valentine's day. I will never attempt business with this company again.

Have not received my order after 6 weeks. I've emailed and called/left messages without any response at all. Their answering machine/voicemail box is full... I can only assume because no one else has received their order either. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

I have ordered from this website before and although it took a while i recieved my merchandise and was happy. This TIME IT IS A WHOLE DIFFERENT STORY. I have not recieved my merchandise although my credit card has cleared. Angel sent me a email saying she would send my stuff that day but never got it and she doesnt answer my REPEATED emails or calls spend your money somewhere else this is a TOTAL SCAM you can't get your stuff

I sent them a check and called them 7-8 times but no response. Before I sent the owner the check she was communicating with me through email. After I sent her the check. She is not at all communicating with me and also she haven't sent the headband. So the money is gone. I have called so till now may be 10-15 times but no response..

First of all, my order took FOREVER to arrive! And my emails were NEVER answered! I sent off 3 emails and finally decided my $60.00 was just gone. They finally did arrive and the headbands were definitely inferior to the quality of the headbands in the pictures. The pictures are darling, but the headbands I received had ugly flowers, fraying at the petal edges, glued to the bands. I politely emailed the owner, Angel, about the problem several times over the last 3 weeks and have yet to hear back from her. Trust me, spend your money somewhere else! These ugly headbands are going in the garbage!
