Shouldn't be allowed to trade
I will report to PayPal as they refuse to credit my account having confirmed by email that they would do so

Purchased mats, delivered faulty/damaged. Requested a refund five times, and they sent replacement mats. These were refused at the door and two further requests for a refund sent.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Absolute rubbish company, sent me mats that were nowhere near fitting my car - despite the guarantee. I contacted them on 8 different occasions on different platforms with absolutely no response whatsoever! I rang, emailed, filled in contact forms and messaged on Facebook. Just a complete joke! I advise you not to do the same, I was left with a set of useless mats and £28 out of pocket.

Worse company we have ever dealt with. Sent the wrong mats. After numerous emails including photos and being past from one department to another they agreed to give us a refund. However, still waiting for the money and today got an email asking us again to send photos of the incorrect mats. I never do negative reviews until we had to deal with this company. Service looks good up until your delivery date, then nothing, NO communication, NO delivery, and you can ONLY leave a positive feedback on their site, any negative response is blocked.
THIS COMPANY IS DEFINITELY ONE TO AVOID

Really bad experience in short stole money, no goods received, was a Christmas present for daughter, No customer service at all... Beware do run another company,, love to do their own reviews also. Do your homework before ordering.

Never answered. Order still not delivered and was ordered more than 2 weeks ago.
Online order updates not current. When asked to cancel the order, the company had the audacity to remind me the terms and condition. I only wish I had read the reviews about this horrible company before I ordered the mats. I will definitely do my bit to make sure others don't fall in their trap.
Two words for other customers

STAY AWAY
