I ordered a pair of boots from here. I specifically ordered a size 10 (US) and they shipped me a size 9 (US). When I went to the site ti fill out a return form it told me:

"Sorry, we may have made a cataloguing error which prevents us guaranteeing you a correct exchange... If you received an incorrect item, we recommend continuing with the return procedure. If you want to keep the item, send us a photo showing the error and we will offer you a suitable solution."

Ok first of all they didn't spell "cataloging" correctly. Secondly, if the size is not in stock, WHY IS IT STILL LISTED, LET ALONE SHIPPED.

This site is fishy af. The fact that they have a message like that explain why you got the wrong size means they did that s**t on purpose. Make the sale, deal with the consequences later. Smh

Was a long time customer until I bought few items and decided to return them and when I returned they sent me back money except for the most expensive item that I returned which they said wasn't there. I'm positive I sent it and they refused and said they didn't recieve it. Customer service is horrible when you call they do anything to just bash you away. Stay away from this place! Also fake clothes.

I met the sample problem as you guys:-( It's so frustrated to know that so many customers have the same unhappy experiences.

I ordered some products from Yoox in December 2014, and returned some of them. All this returned products have been accepted by YOOX in the beginning of January 2015. Now, about 25 days have passed, but I still don't get my refunds. I have sent many e-mails to enquire my refunds, and they didn't work:-(

We need to report this matter to the relevant authority. Does anyone where should we send our report?

My experience with YOOX is, poor quality products, inefficient and self-righteous customer service.

I bought two pairs of shoes on YOOX at the end of Nov 2014. One pair arrived within normal frame of time, though on the website it says made of leather, but in fact man-made material. I liked the look of the shoes, made compromise and accepted the unsatisfying quality.

The second pair arrived very late. Since I ordered two pairs at the same time, I knew when it was late with days of delay. No explanation. Just a pair of shoes showing peeled marks on both heels, and whitish spots on sides of the shoes. It looked like being worn, or at least carelessly handled. I immediately returned on the same day. I contacted the customer service, sending pictures of the defect goods, later also sent UPS return delivery evidence. No response. I had to open a dispute on Paypal. Then the response came, someone named Marco said you have to close the claim in order to get refund. This is ridiculous. I escalated the dispute to claim. Also called the company customer service, telling them as soon as they refund me, I'll close the claim. The customer service people on phone defended Marco guy, said it was my fault that I do not get refund, because they tried to refund me and Paypal blocked the transfer of money. I called Paypal and got explanation how refund as well as claim works. Seems to me YOOX employees are trained to position themselves as the right side, with the customer on the wrong side.
I will never, ever deal with this company again. I just hope Paypal will eventually help me get my refund.

I ordered a Fendi bag with express shipping Monday before their close of business. It's Friday not so much as a tracking number. I called their so called customer service & they say it'll be here Monday. Express does not mean a full week. I have ordered things from way bigger sites that do much more volume with ground shipping & gotten them quicker. Not so much as let us refund your express shipping costs. "We can't do this... We can't do that..." Well what can you do? Apparently nothing so I canceled my order & will not have a gift on Christmas as this was my gift from my husband. Thank you for putting a damper on my holidays Yoox.

Love the clothes they sell. Customer Service is awful! Don't even think to use myoox card to pay for your order. It's a huge trap. I put some money on myoox by mistake and can't take it back. Whatever I buy and return - they will fully refund myoox account first.And only then your credit card. Use only your credit card. Customer service is rude and no help at all.

Hello, I'm a returing customer at yoox.com. But now it went wrong. There site tells me that they did a refund of 266euro to my creditcard. In the past this always worked but now a month has pasted by and there is no sign of my money. After emailing the customer services i had 2 identical answers (copy past?) and after 4 later emails i haven't heard a single thing... A whole week has gone bye... I keep emailing them everyday without an answer. This is pure scamming! "

This site is very fake..

This site is very fake. I tried to order gucci shoes that were on display severally but they kept canceling my orders and yet removing money from my account. Next, they asked me to send a picture of my credit, showing the front and back including security number. They probably want to steal my bank credentials. This is a big fraud site.

I ordered what appeared to be and what were advertised as leather bags. 2 bags for a little over $120 both on sale and then I used a 20 percent coupon code. I was excited about a great deal. I got my shipment on time - no problem there. But what I thought was a great deal on a quality purchase was really a shipment of 2 bags that looked just like the photo but were clearly NOT leather and had cheap hardware, sticky zippers (usually lux items have good hardware and YKK brand zippers. The packaging was cheap - just like off a booth from some stall in China. I just couldn't believe they tried to pass this off as leather! I was stunned and angry. Now I got to return this crap and get a refund.

This site has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I placed an order last week, it got cancelled immediately without any reason, I got a message that says credit card charges are cancelled. I'm trying to contact with customer service to say that charges are not cancelled but they keep sending me the same automated response even though i quote the previous same automated response. Stay away.

Unacceptable! Ordered an original bag from Coccinelle and I have received a fake one... Shame! Was the first time but will never ever use this site and i will not recommend it either. They sold a fake bag at original price on sale! Be careful and stay away!

I had similar issues with this company as other reviewers describe. Inflated shipping cost, extremely long wait times, sales tax, return process is insufficient and customer services is beyond poor. The merchandise gets delivered in wrong sizes, damaged condition, generic/outlet quality. They often re-post last or even a few years old clothes as new items with a new, higher price tag. I wonder how they stay in business but again - we'll see... and in a meantime - STAY AWAY! THEY CHARGE YOU FOR YOUR RETURNS!

BEWARE - This internet retailer has been practicing a fraudulent sales tax application and proven to be an extremely unresponsive when confronted with this issue. We've tried contacting them via Customer Service website, Twitter, phone, etc...
They've been avoiding completely all questions directed toward their practices of applying sales taxes to sales outside of their home state, where the actual warehouses are located. It's stupid to ignore those questions in the era of Twitter.

Also the delivery was quite quick!

A reviewer below states that one should use extreme caution when requesting a store credit as opposed to a credit back to your credit card, since yoox's policies rarely allow you to use the credit. This was exactly my experience.
When returning the item (late at night) I hit the wrong button, that gave me store credit. I immediately sent an email to yoox saying it was a mistake.
Customer service told me they had no records of my email and held me to the store credit. I then used it as partial payment for 2 items, both of which I had to return. YOOX INCREASED THE AMOUNT OF MY STORE CREDIT to the total of the items returned, even though I had paid a significant amount from my credit card. When I called to complain, they pointed me to a legal disclaimer buried somewhere on their site. I was riproaring mad - especially since I have spent thousands - literally thousands - on that site. It took me 7 MONTHS to finally use up the store credit. They have since changed that policy (God knows they must have received multiple complaints about it) but it is still virtually impossible to use a credit, since they apply store credit LAST if you buy multiple items. So basically, you have to purchase ONE item, try it on, send it back for another size, and so on. You cannot buy multiple items if you wind up having to return ONE, because they apply the store credit last.
I also purchased a Marni bag there which fell apart in two respects: (i) the shoulder strap was glued, not sewn, and separated after very little wear; and (ii) now the latch is broken.
They do have a vast selection - they need some competition. Net-a-porter is generally extremely expensive, and Zappos couture has a very limited selection.

I was a Yoox.com customer since 2009.
Their policy is buy stuff, if you don't like it, return it. After several years, they said sorry you can not shop with us anymore because you return too much.

Few times they sent me wrong items and few times I received damaged and defected items which anyhow should be returned.

The last email I received from Yoox.com was "YOOX reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise or any future orders when a customer has carried out an excessive number of returns beginning from the date of the first return"

This is not normal! This is not fair! This is a violation!
