Yoox sent me the wrong order... it has been a month since they received it and they are still reviewing THEIR MISTAKE!

I made a purchase later part of last year, a pair of Marc Jacob gym shoes. The shoes arrive and they were lovely but very uncomfortable. I returned the shoes via their return policy. On 1/3/2018 my return was received and accepted. As of today 1/18/2018, I am still waiting for my refund to be credit back to my account. I have sent a email everyday the status of my refund and no response. The entire experience has been very stressful and taxing. I would NEVER EVER purchase anything from YOOX again. NO DEAL, is worth the hassle.

I made purchases on December 12 and returned merchandise right away because didn't fit. This company sent to me a few messages that my return has been issued to my bank. But I did'n receive my credit back. I also called to yoox customer service and they politely respond they did refund to my bank two weeks ago. I opened dispute and call to my bank several times and they still didn't issued the credit to my bank. Just horrible. I wouldn't order from this company ever again and not recommended for other people who may will fight for a return refund like I do. This company became fraud and bad!
I've been buying great stuff from Yoox for years, even reached Super-Star status at one point. The down-side has been that they do not refund tax & duty when you return an item.
Much more disturbingly, however, something has recently changed - they have not refunded my money on several returns I've made. They send the email acknowledging receipt of the returned item, then confirm your money has been refunded, BUT THEY ARE NOT PROCESSING REFUNDS.
This has forced me to file disputes with my credit card companies, which is frustrating and time consuming, and not the way I expect to do business.
Their stock prices took a plunge in November - is this the reason? Are they in trouble? Continuing to sell, but not processing refunds is one of the first steps in situations of instability. Too bad, because that's also the first step in losing your loyal customer base who made you successful.
They have lost this loyal customer, and that goes for The Outnet and Net-a-Porter as well, owned by The Yoox Group. I no longer trust these folks.
I purchased a very expensive pair of pants. Received them. They ran so small and elf could not have worn them! Returned them and 3 weeks later still not refund. Contacted them and they said they have been so buy it is just taking longer! Will never buy from here again!
I felt compelled to write a review which I have never done before, because my experience was so unacceptable and I think others should know before they choose to buy from yoox over other companies.
I purchased a pair of sunglasses as a birthday present and after receiving the initial confirmation of purchase email, I received no other communication from them about my order. When the date of expected delivery passed, I tracked the order myself and saw that it had been cancelled. I was never notified nor given a reason. When I called customer service, they simply confirmed that my order had been cancelled because the product had never been available in the first place (so, false advertising, not updating their website). No apologies. When I suggested I receive some form of compensation, I was told no, thats not their policy.
Imagine the embarrassment of telling your love on his birthday that you have no present for him.
I am appalled at the way I was treated. I suggest not shopping at Yoox if you want to be sure you will get what you ordered.
Bought knee high boots from yoox. The quality is very good, looks as on photo, fast delivery. Size fits just fine. Very pleased
They are the best I have ordered lot of stuff but the best thing that I have got are a pair of shoes from 8 brand,, I wore almost all year and they look still new

I brought few items from YOOX, this is my first buy no sure how good they are, but boys... items came in really good especially the men t shirts and i can tell you they are " NOT " fake, and they are all brand " NEW ", shoe, Belt, and others, so sorry to hear some negative comments.
Shipping costs are REALLY high. Returns cost $15. The pants I ordered ran really small and that was not listed on the site. Also, they were really thin material, not very impressed. I am out about $36 bucks after initial shipping and return fees. Not happy.
I ordered 3 pairs of italian boots. I have never seen anything worst than this. Cheap cheap cheap materials, very uncomfortable and sizes don't fit... i thing that this shoes are made in some garage in new jersey not in italy... i returned them all and never go back with this overpriced and dishonest site. Stay away
I'm an international buyer and I've been placing orders for a year+ now. They are great, customer service is very helpful and returning items is very easy.
I saw a pair of boots I wanted. Placed order. Just checked on order. Their security dept canceled due to 'Security reasons'. Yet they have my money. Customer Service has no one to refer me to. She wasn't nice about it at all. These people are super shady. BUYER BEWARE.

Very bad return policy for international buyer. The duty plus tax has been gone when I returned 2 dresses back to Yoox, that means I spent almost $150 for nothing.

Ordered some boots from Yoox, been a customer for 17 years, for a trip away. Boots arrived and are completely different from the product I ordered. Having ordered these boots when a promotion was on it was now going to cost me more to have the equivalent boot as they refused to price match the original product as it was 'not procedure!' Refused repeatedly to put me through to a manager to make a compliant about this policy for their error and expect me to be financially out of pocket for their mistake. So sorry Yoox you have lost a long and loyal customer, luckily I have discovered HEWI London so will be using them from now onward. Will be returning the boots for a full refund when all I wanted was them to exchange the boots for the product I had originally ordered or failing this the exact same boot i a dull leather as opposed to the shiny (this was going to cost me an additional £71!) which was a compromise on my behalf as I preferred the slightly shinier leather. Have had issues with the delivery and collection service previously as well, they use UPS which have at times provided a shocking service.
I'm very sorry I didn't read those reviews before my shopping... I have ordered Manila Grace coat and I was shocked I've got a second hand piece. I wrote many times on customer service help address but nobody answer. I'm afraid to send it back, because I wouldn't get any return of money back I suppose.
This is my first such a horrible experience like that. I trusted the site because I read they are a part of Net-A-Porter group and they are long on a market...
Purchased a pair of Doucal's shoes on their website on sale. Doucal is supposed to have high quality Goodyear welted or Blake Stitched shoes. What I received instead were a cheap pair of cemented shoes that were very low quality. Of course, item was final sale so no return. Be very careful when buying from Yoox as their product descriptions are hazy or even inaccurate.
I've read through most of the comments on here and I call BULL$#*!! Clearly fake reviews by rival companies, is Yoox perfect... no it's not, but it comes pretty close. I've had one bad experience with them (ordered a dress that had deodorant marks on it, complained and got sorted... job done) other than that my experience with them has been excellent! You order and within a few days you have your garment... done deal! The idea that their stuff is fake is Nonsense! Please use common sense when reading some of these reviews, some of them are just flights of fantasy.
After playing with the web site for almost a year I decided to buy an Armani blazer. I used to buy them in an outlet when they were on sale and after more than 10 years they are still like brand new and sit on me perfectly. The one I received from yoox today looked like a worn piece of old clothes. It looked nothing like a picture on the web site and is just horrible. Very disappointed. Stay away from this store by all means.
Answer: Hadeel, I've been a customer close to 20 years. The past 10 years I've been purchasing from YOOX designers for between £5-10K annually. The past three years I've been sent items that was fake. I don't trust them anymore. I won't buy any expensive designer items from them anymore. There are plenty of professional companies out there on the web that won't cheat.
Answer: I have been with them for 3 and a half years now and I have never received fake items from them. Also they offer quite generous return policy, so you could buy a returnable item and examine it, and return it to them if you think it's a fake. Very simple. Usually the companies which sell fakes don't offer such a generous return policy.
Answer: I placed an order with YOOX on March 6,2025 (Order #0603Y8D9E25129) for €1252, delivered via UPS locker. The locker code did not work, so I couldn’t collect my package. UPS investigated and confirmed the parcel was lost on April 9, but YOOX repeatedly denied receiving the investigation result and refused to refund me. Despite multiple requests and UPS confirmations sent to YOOX, customer service ignores my refund requests. It’s now May 28, and I still have no money back. This is unacceptable poor service and lack of accountability. Beware if you order from YOOX — they may fail to refund lost parcels and give conflicting information.
