After 5 months of 1250 per month I received ONE lead (Giving them the benefit of a doubt for one) Yodle is really good at stringing you on for more payments. Every time we called customer service they found something that should be changed to fix the problem. DON'T waste your money. There are legitimate companies out there that will yield results. Clay Blakemore finally called and made more empty promises.
We used their services for years, but when we tried to cancel they would not stop charging our credit card. They have sent conformation that we owe nothing, but continue to chare our card. Even after repeated promises that they won't,
It has locked up our company credit card for over 3 months. They keep saying someone will contact us but they don't,

Michele Burch was positively amazing! I could tell she REALLY knew her job and how to get new clients with a wide range of computer backgrounds up and running with the Yodle dashboard. It was easy to understand that she cares very much about the success new clients have with Yodle.

I was told they would keep up with my facebook, twitter, and google account, but I had to post the pictures and write something. So I paid them to WATCH my account rather than update it. They are sorry. They took control of my google page and pointed it towards there website instead of mine and change the phone number so they would get credit for all the calls. I was so pissed, I canceled that day. Ye be warned!

My job as a salon manger can be time consuming and many times completely hectic. I have 5000 things to do and no time to do it. We started using Yodle and I cannot even begin to express how happy I am to be able to have this program. I can schedule emails to go out 3 months from now and know that it will get done. Every phone call is logged and cuts down on the confusion with clients. Yodle is so easy to use and will truly change how you do business. I could not be happier. They have made my job so much easier just by using their program. Even the customer service is unparalleled. I have probably called them two dozen times and every time is better than the last. They listen to all of my concerns and answer every question. I would recommend them to any and everyone. So very happy :)

My main issue was not with the service I received today but with Yodle itself. I cannot fathom how they can release a website for publishing when it hasn't been developed to reflect the business owner. I do not believe Yodle is Real Estate savvy or this would have been a major consideration.
Fortunately, my customer support gal today was able to understand and has paused my website until we get it looking professional with content which speaks to the knowledge base of the business. Thank you.
Yodle made promises that they would never keep! Unbeknownst to us they would not advertise the web site we had created, instead they advertised the one they created about our company - which they requested very little information on. The website was probably the worst made website in history. Words were misspelled, it looked terrible, a monkey could have made a better website. All of this was done AFTER the contract was signed and credit card charges. And none of that was made clear or explained prior to. Don't use this company, you're better off burning your money.

Talk about pushy sales reps. This company preys on other companies that have no knowledge in technology. They makeup their own pricing on the fly. The price they came up with was a cut and paste of different services from godaddy, yellow pages and other that came to over $1100 a month LOL. 6 MONTH REQUIRED TERMS MINIMUM. Advertising so good they lock you into a 6 month contract.
You should NEVER do business with a company that will take control of you web presence. They will make you use SEPARATE DOMAIN NAME, SCREW YOUR BRAND. If you part ways with this company all the link juice (backlinks, social mentions, etc) you would have had is GONE. Im surprised they dont require you to use a different phone number as well.
I had no intention of leaving a review until the sales rep decided to try and force the sale.

If you receive a call from yodle I suggest you tell them you are out of business.
Now they are calling every week.
First they tell you that they don't want to take your valuable time, then its IM NOT TRYING TO SELL YOU ANYTHING but now that I have you on the phone I want to take 60 secs to tell you blah blah.
Yodle is adding fake 5 star reviews to pad all the bad reviews! Look at all the one sentence reviews about the site. FAKE FAKE FAKE. +1200 reviews LOL?

Michelle helped guide me through part 2 of the setup process. Was very impressed with her knowledge and the range of customer outreach I could do.
Answer: I received a few leads that actually worked out. However, it wasn't enough to justify using them in the first place. The leads seemed to come in when I had signed up for their "google ads marketing" addition. So basically, the google ads provided 80%-100% of the leads, not Yodle. I Would've been better off spending my money on Google Ads written myself.
