You give them $700 and the first thing they do is pull your existing local ads down and replace it with one for a advirt site to there website hosted on there site so you existing website ranting goes down. If you have problems no one will help you they will pass you from one person to the next and youll exsplan it 12 times before someone might acually be able to help. This company didnt work for me at all and it was a nightmare to deal with them. We are a cabling contractor and they listed us as a Electrical company... That does help me and they refused to fix it. Also the second you give them money its all people that can barley speak English after that.

I have been in business for 7 years, using other advertising and marketing agencies, but I never had such an incredible service and amazing results I have with Yodle. As a business owner its hard to sit down and really look at where you market and spend your money... my sales are great and get better every year. We Have Had Our Business With Then For Well Over 9 Months And NOT ONE PHONE CALL! The Only Phone Calls That We Do Get Are From Services Trying To SELL US SOMETHING! Don't Waste Your Money! We Are Well Past Black Friday And Not One Inquiry.
The CSR was knowledgeable and friendly. Not only did he answer my questions but enhanced the learning transfer with time saving tips. Yodle really thinks of everything to make it as easy as possible for the small business owner to get the results we need to promote our business.
I have been with Yodle for less than 2 weeks and have already seen results! Their customer service is 2nd to none. Everyone I have come into contact with at Yodle has been very helpful and knowledgeable. Especially a big shout out to Bonnie, my Stevie Ray Vaughan friend, who has been over the top with all my dashboard training needs. "No we can't do that" is just not in Yodle's vocabulary.

Answer: I received a few leads that actually worked out. However, it wasn't enough to justify using them in the first place. The leads seemed to come in when I had signed up for their "google ads marketing" addition. So basically, the google ads provided 80%-100% of the leads, not Yodle. I Would've been better off spending my money on Google Ads written myself.

You would be better off doing your own social media marketing, joining the BBB and Y and white pages of phone book.
