Jarrah was very helpful today to review features of my new web services with YODLE and teach me how to market our small business. I like the chat and help areas Jarrah spent time to show me on YODLE. Contact management seems much better than the IXACT Contact we use now as a trial.
3 months at $1,500.00 Got a call to extend for 1/2 price. Said OK. Told them to cancel after that. They kept it going and did not call me. I do not have time to play games. Told them today I want to cancel and guy kept me on the phone for over 20 Minutes!

Never before have I been so pleased with a marketing platform like this.
The ease of operation is remarkable. The wealth of information available at my fingertips has enabled me to immediately steer our marketing in the proper direction.
My favorite option is the Review requests and Automated email controls. This platform has shaved hours off of my weekly work load and has shown immediate results leading to more sales.
So far I have had great communication with the customer service staff at Yodle! They have answered all of my questions and have scheduled repeated phone appointments with me to help me get my account set up and show me how to use the tools and resources that are now available to me! Today I worked with Tamika and she was wonderful in explaining certain features and walking me through the features that I need to focus on! So far I am happy with my investment!
I am so impressed with all of the staff that I have worked with so far. Everyone has been very nice and extremely patient. I was really nervous after I committed to 6 months but I'm really glad I did now. The program is so easy to work with and there's so many ways to get help if you need it. The follow up is really great and all my requests were taking care of in a very timely manner. Thank you for having such an awesome staff of people.
Michelle Birch did a great job assisting me with changes to my website. She took her time and made sure that all of my requests were met. I really appreciate the time she gave to me.
I called near business closing hours with a few "quick" items because that was the only time I had to call. Probably over an hour later, Michelle was still on the phone with me helping me clean up discrepancies on my website as well as giving me insights as to why or why not certain things could be done the way that I was requesting. I was feeling bad for keeping her so late but she insisted that she could continue helping me which made me feel confident that even if everything wasn't fully fixed by the end of the call, that it would be still set as a high priority to be done as soon as possible (she ended up finishing everything we started anyway). I just really appreciated that she stuck with me and worked through all of my concerns and requests.
I was very happy with the results of the drywall and interior trim work performed by Vaughn. He took a bit longer than planned, but the work was excellent and his fee was very reasonable. I would hire him again for future work.

Answer: I received a few leads that actually worked out. However, it wasn't enough to justify using them in the first place. The leads seemed to come in when I had signed up for their "google ads marketing" addition. So basically, the google ads provided 80%-100% of the leads, not Yodle. I Would've been better off spending my money on Google Ads written myself.

You would be better off doing your own social media marketing, joining the BBB and Y and white pages of phone book.
