Yodel Experience

I purchased an existing dry cleaner business that has been in business since 1977. However, the previous owners advertised by word of mouth and never did any real advertising. Most people today have a smart phone some type of smart device to search for the services they are looking for. And being a new business owner I knew that I needed to have a website presents and a way for customers to find me on the internet and on social media. Yodel was able to provide all of those services at a reasonable price and give me the ability to track incoming traffic to website to see how well it's working to help grow my business. There are some limitations to the Yodle website templates but overall I was impressed and please how quickly Yodle was able to get my website up and running. My webiste is new, so I will if hold judgement on how well Yodle can drive traffic to my Urban Cleaners website.

Great Features

The dashboard features are great for the small business owner who needs to market the business, but lacks the resources (time and expertise) to accomplish the task. The courteous and friendly staff listens to your needs and creates a website customized to your business. The easy to use email templates and customer lists allow you to reach out to your customers and stay in constant contact. The online chat allows the business partner to quickly get questions or concerns addressed. No wasting valuable time waiting in long phone ques or days for an email response.

Best Service...

I called Yodle the other day and had some questions about my new website. I spoke to Thomas who was a great help... He was very eager to help me with my ideas and helped me up load a photos to my web page. He also spotted a few things that were omitted and added them to help me make more adjustments to the site and make it more appealing. I have a few more things I want to do and the best thing is knowing that Thomas will be there to help me. Thanks Thomas for all your help... Look forward to working with you again.

Great customer service

Every time I call customer service for help I have to see that most of the time I have a good experience. Today I spoke with Michelle and she went above and beyond to help me how to be more successful with the website and give me amazing tips! She was professional, patient, very detailed and great attitude.

High Quality Experiance

As a small business owner and just staring out, every dollar means a lot. Every time I have called to speak with someone at Yodle they have been very professional and understanding to my concerns with what I need or want to change. I called today about some of the info on my web site that wasn't correct and the lady I spoke with was VERY concerned with helping get it right.
At this point I can't be happier with Yodle and my experience with them.

Great Marketing Program!

Needed to do something to increase business and my internet presence. Talked to Yodle and was impressed, but was worried about the money! Decided to try the 3 month trial. Went live and within 7 days had nearly enough new business written to pay for the entire 3 month program! Dashboard is very easy to use and the information astounds me! The ability to personalize my website is simple and can't believe how easy it is to connect to my social media! (If it sounds like I know what I'm doing, you're wrong! Yodle makes all of this work!) 2 weeks in and I can't recommend Yodle, their services and employees, enough! "Try It, You'll Like It"!

I have been a Realtor for 14 years and have purchased and dumped many systems but yours is the best. I purchased the system because it was all encompassing and I am not disappointed. The level of attention from the staff, especially Ryan, is exemplary. Always helpful and I need the reminders. Love the fact that you do not simply dump everything on me at once. We are a new business and wanted Yodle to assist in optimizing our web presence. They charged us a lot of money and then used some archaic programming and determined that people look up mediators by using zip codes first then the words, mediator, divorce, family, etc... needless to say, we spent 1600 trying to get this resolved to no avail, The people sounded helpful, but nothing was changed, We requested a refund as none of the promises were fulfilled. That did not happen. They offered a discount. Why would we want a discount on a failed product. We passed. Then we tried using just the website. We learned the having our website and their causes our website to get pushed down on the query page. Not what we wanted. Finally we had to take it down. Don't use this service. They don't know what they are doing and refuse to admit that they have made a mistake. It cost me $1600. But by their unwillingness to refund our money, it is going to cost then a great deal more because if anyone asks me about their services, I am just going to tell them the truth.

Very Attentive

I received a call from Tamika a specialist of Yodle just to check up on my progress with the ability to use the portal and dashboard. The one thing about this company is they are genuinely interested in you receiving all the training it has to offer. They truly want you to succeed with their product.
