I signed up for a six month term, prepaid of course. They were quick to set you up and go over dashboard stuff with you to no end. The only problem is that they lack on key search words related to my business, therefore very few calls to use their dashboard on. I made a few calls to them, good luck getting someone without waiting for ever. Once I did make contact and told them I had had only six organic leads in three months and was going to cancel at the end of term. Yodle has since cancelled my account after about three months one their own and has made no refund to me. The woman I talked to said there was no supervisor available at the time, but would have one call me about the refund. STILL WAITING no call no refund.
My suggestion, pay a SEO company a little more money and get results you can bank.

They lie

I was told they would make a new web page, generate reviews and not disturb anything I was already doing. I was very adamant about this because I had google reviews and was very high in search rankings. I only agreed to sign up because they promised a lot more reviews. They wanted my google business log in info so they could be an additional administrator. I was hesitant but gave it to them. This is where things went bad. They changed my google info by changing the phone number to their tracking number, removing the working page from google maps and removing all google reviews. I learned this when I searched my own service when business dropped off and I had totally disappeared. I got things switched back and changed my sign in info so Yodle can't get in again. Maybe if you don't have anything that works, Yodle could help you, but if something works well, they will ruin it. The website they built is generic crap. Even just having that up hurts a business with multiple sights at one address. Your business means nothing to them. They are so big, everyone is just a number.

Amazing customer service

Getting to know the system

I had no idea that this system was so easy to use. Bonnie walked me through all the features of the dashboard in one hour and I feel that I now have a handle on it. Just in case, she left me her number for one on one help should I fall into the weeds. A very pleasant experience and I would recommend the system to anyone,

Ryan was the best!

Ryan was absolutely wonderful; he was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Ryan went out of his way to assist me with how to re-size pictures so I could successfully upload them to the Yodle website - something out of his job description, I'm sure. Ryan was also extremely knowledgeable with client reviews, and gave me suggestions for how to upload prior client reviews onto the website. I had asked two other Yodle Reps how to upload prior reviews, and neither had a suggestions; so when Ryan offered a suggestion, and walked me through how to do what I needed, I was really impressed. Ryan was so helpful and great to work with, that I asked to have him call me for the next follow-up. Thank you, Ryan! Five stars for sure!

In the three months I've had Yodle "working" for me I received no new client contacts whatsoever... none. I should qualify that a bit. In those three months I received three calls from two individuals attempting to reach an entirely different business(i. E. wrong numbers!) Visits to the website (not the website I own but the website they set up for me) totaled approximately one every two days and as for their claim of getting me up to page one of Google resulted in having fewer page one listings on today than I had on day 60 or day 30. The dashboard doesn't track movement to or from Google page one. I had to print out the list each week to track it. After the first month I called ever 10 days to 2 weeks to express my concern that nothing was happening, no calls, no meaningful website traffic. In order to find my services potential clients had to search by zip code to find me, 61xxx accountant. I explained to Yodle in my market (pop. 300K) I didn't believe potential clients were searching by zip code but more likely by city, state and service or the reverse-service city and state but they insisted to me that their experience showed otherwise. I can only speak for my experience but it was a complete waste of money. It drove no contacts, leads or web traffic. I'm poorer by $900! I believe that one would be better served to identify a small local company to assist in helping generate contacts, leads and business.

Easy Use but...

Yodle is very easy to use and set up. They tend to try to put everyone into generic categories and it takes a lot of work to get them to change from the standard template. Also, their web crawler feature for your company info (can be turned off) and phone number tracking system (can't change this) takes away from your identity causing confusion across the web for searching. I like what they did but the loss of identity if you have your own website and phone numbers causes too much confusion for me. The areas they made easy (posting to social media, etc.) is not that hard and with a bit of focus and consistency you can do the same thing in minutes.

Great Site

I'm really enjoying working with this company. They are very attentive and step with you through the whole process. Their "coaches" are very nice and helpful and seem just as enthusiastic about your success as you are. Although I have not seen any results yet, I know I am planting seeds that will prosper into leads and clients in the future.

SSOOOO simple!

I have to say that I expected the teaching session on how to use the dashboard to be more in-depth and difficult, but I couldn't have been more incorrect! The instructions were clear, and we were finished in approximately 30 minutes. I have absolutely no issues with making this apart of my tasks.
