Yodle has the best team of advisors we have ever encountered as far as business development. We are HVAC contractors and from beginning to end the team help set us up to be visible on almost 60 different search engines. We love the ability to keep our name out in from of our industry by creating offers and email campaigns set up through Yodle. Our favorite part is being able to go over our sales calls critiquing each one to improve on. We give Yodle 5 stars and recommend them highly to all our friends that are business owners. Yodle has made our life easier in bringing in more clients to our business.
I am a new customer with Yodle and I have to say it has been a wonderful experience. They take the time to explain everything to you and to make sure the program is working the way you want it to. I was a little apprehensive at first but it has been painless and a joy to work with all the staff at Yodle.

I needed a few changes to my website. I submitted the corrections and received an email notification that the issue was being corrected. A short time later I received another email an a phone call saying my website was fixed. Very prompt and courteous support staff.
I needed to make some changes to my website. I had sent in some change requests via email and was told that the changes wouldn't be as easy as I had assumed. I called in and Felicia was able to help me recreate the changes to the website that I wanted and them promptly added it to the website exactly as discussed. I had a couple other questions relating to a zip code I wanted to add to our SEO that she was able to answer effectively and then discussed the options available to achieve exactly what we were wanting.
The title will describe how amazed I am have been since my first overview of the company. It is by far the most compassionate company I ever had the pleasure of working with. Keep being amazing and you will reap your rewards. Namaste
THE WORST DECISION I MADE. DON'T GET YODLE.
Don't do it! I signed up, then got their training, wanted out. They wouldn't let me. Now I pay $$$ for a webpage that I don't own and hasn't produced any leads. Literally the worst business decision I have ever made. I still have 2 months left and wish I could get out from under them because it's expensive!
UPDATE -- They took over 24 hours before they replied to this review -- I email them instantly -- Over another 24 hours I still have no response. Please listen, they don't help, they don't respond, they literally just take my money and leave me with nothing! Run now!

The person helping to set up our Web page and all of the other things, did an excellent job of explaining things to me. She was very patient with me, and very pleasant!

I was telemarketed to by Yodle last August. A very nice and convincing sales lady promised I would be "so happy with Yodle and the performance of their product that everyone renews" after the 6 months was up. Well that ended up being the biggest lie I've ever been told. Bottom line is I received zero leads, zero calls and no more traffic to my website than I had already been receiving. I feel as if I basically threw away $1200 over the past 6 months. All yodle did was create a bare bones website, far worse than the one I already had and said they were "organically getting me higher up in google". Every time I questioned why I wasn't seeing any results they just said "it takes time". Well obviously at the end of 6 months after paying over 1200 their time was up with nothing to show for it for me and 1200 in their pocket. What a scam.

My experience working on the Yodle dashboard was enhanced further by talking with their representative (Bonnie). She was very patient and well versed on explaining the ins and outs. I'm looking forward to working with it in the future to help me with my business.
Okay, let's do the math. In the months immediately preceding them being sold, suddenly a huge number of 5-star reviews appear on this site--all brand new users with just one review. Coincidence?
My congratulations to the folks at Yodle for fooling the folks at Web.com enough for them to shell out $300 million to buy them. If I were a Web.com shareholder, I'd start shorting them now, because it won't be long before they realized they bought a worthless company that is full of good salespeople and not much else.
This company will do nothing for your small business but hurt it. Don't say you weren't warned.

They claim to manage your SEO and Website. They pretty much handcuff you to everything. They will mismanage your website, and flood umbrella content on your site that you do not approve of. (We are an Aesthetic Service, and they continued to advertise me as a Dermatologist) They say you can cancel at anytime but they force you to use their phone number they provide so you are tied to them.
Their hours to answer the phones are horrible. If you need a change to your website they will make the change, but they will not double check it.
They own your Google my business account and google plus page, but they lock it so you cant upload your photos. They honestly make everything really difficult. You are better off doing it youself. I would go godaddy with 24-7 support with people that know what they are doing and are a lot cheaper.
Yodle owes me thousands of dollars. Worst mistake I made opening my business. They teamed up with web.com or something, but Yodel will still suck. I took the time to write this, because they really are that bad.
Yodle is a total ripoff! Definitly STAY AWAY. You should actually send me 100$ as a gift for saving your $#*! for writing this.

Answer: I received a few leads that actually worked out. However, it wasn't enough to justify using them in the first place. The leads seemed to come in when I had signed up for their "google ads marketing" addition. So basically, the google ads provided 80%-100% of the leads, not Yodle. I Would've been better off spending my money on Google Ads written myself.

You would be better off doing your own social media marketing, joining the BBB and Y and white pages of phone book.
