Good site. Lots of options great for ordering kpop items. My go to for ordering all things kpop. Shipping is usually fast, but on rare occasions it might take a little longer than expected. But other than that its super great!

It's always easy for me to find what I want and you always have the items I want in stock also. I have used yesasia to order my Kpop albums for years and will continue to. I really like the free shipping. That's what keeps me coming back. Prices aren't unreasonable either.
I placed an order for some musical CD, it was just released for a month, however they said the CD is no longer available, but the website still indicate item available to place order... so confusing. They should have update their website more often.
I used it mainly to find an Album, Gefriend sunny summer type A & B. And shipping was free so that was quit handy. Now I just have to wait for it to arrive!

I've been with YesAsia since I stumbled upon them back in 2005. At the time, the only other place to get products from Japan was eBay, which had no guarantee that you'd get the product, or that what you wanted someone was selling. Since then, other sites offering Asian products have popped up, and I have gone to other sites, but I always come back to YesAsia.
Not only are they reliable, their stock is massive. They stay up-to-date on releases for not only mainstream artists, but underground, as well. A prime example: I searched for THE RAIDERS self-titled album for a while, before checking YesAsia, only to see that they had it (and had it in stock) since it was released.
I find them to be better than rival sites in their packaging, whereas I've never received a damaged product from them. A few times I've had issues and had to contact customer support. They say it'll take 3-5 business days to hear back, but they do get back to you. At one point, I ordered a limited edition version of an album that came with a poster. The album came, but the poster never showed up. I contacted them after waiting a few more weeks, expecting to just be charged for the standard regular edition, since that limited edition cost more. Instead, they refunded my entire purchase, despite me clarifying that I did receive the album, just not the poster.
Since, I did have some trouble with their payment program. Come to find out that it wasn't YesAsia, but my bank. They won't let me order from YesAsia directly due to security concerns. But I can work it through PayPal, so all is well.
I always recommend YesAsia to people asking where to buy Japan or Korean products. Well... them and FDJP, but that's because FDJP can get fan club exclusive items that companies won't give to YesAsia.
I've been ordering from Yesasia for yearsi think around 2008 was my first order through them. Since then, their level of customer service seems to have gone down quite dramatically.
I've only ever not received an order once and Yesasia was not able to resend, as the products had sold out. Once my order was pretty damaged, Yesasia did accept the return and send me another (the replacement cd was also damaged, but less so).
So, usually you'll get what you ordered but princes are inflated to account for "free" shipping, they don't handle their merch with much care at the warehouses. If there is a preorder bonus, I recommend buying elsewhere. Most places will give you 1 bonus per preordered album, Yesasia does 1 per order.
I may still shop from Yesasia as a last resort but they're definitely not the go-to store they used to be for me.
Much better range than Playasia.com. Lower shipping costs and faster shipping times. Free international shipping on orders over 30USD a real bonus.
Now that Amazon.com no longer ships to Australia this site is a good source of US releases as well as various Asian releases.
