We called on Friday to have our remotes repaired. They promise same day service. Someone called later that day to say he couldn't come, but would come the next day. A man came and asked for $500. For new motor for the garage, which we do not think we need. When my husband said that was too much money, he offered to do the work for less.We did not like the way this company works and will not use them.

They erased my reviews

I use to like yelp into I had a problem with companies and left my honest reviews about how the places discriminated against me. Next thing I noticed was that yelp had erased them all, I was shocked! I should be able to tell how I company treated me by the color of my skin. I was giving my honest review this company is racist.

I have had four different (new) Toyota's since the 1980's and have had them all serviced at Satellite Motors. As a woman who might be taken advantage of by a service repair shop, I have never had that feeling from Satellite. They have always informed me of any work to be done and given me options when available. I feel 100% comfortable with their service. I have sold a car through their shop and felt comfortable with the sale. I also have called them from the road a couple of times and they have helped me through those difficulties. I have recommended them to family and friends.

I was searching for a car when a friend from Maryland gave me a call. After our discussions I told him that I am looking to buy a car. He said I know about a dealership that has got it all and he mentioned passport Toyota. At first I was reluctant because of the drive all the way from New Jersey, but after my reviews I made up my mind. First I called and was transferred to Mike Davis. This gentleman was so impressive to an extent that the distance was no more a barrier. He talked me into buying a Highlander instead and insisted that i will never regret that choice. When he transferred me to Kingsley Ogideh, i concluded that customer relations of this dealership is highly on point. We were done in no time, got an excellent interest rate. But my greatest impressions was that twice on the road on our way back Kingsley i believe he is a finance manager called to know how we are faring and the next morning Mike called to ask about us. This calls was so meaningful to me. I concluded that i must let the world know that first i got a truck that i'm so happy with at a price that another owner of the same tuck told me that it was a steal. Again i got it from a dealership that it was not all about the money but also the concerns and welfare of the customer. I have to be so lengthy because that's how i feel. So Mike Davis, Kingsley Ogideh and Passport Toyota keep up the good job and may God bless you all.

Zerorez

We booked Zerorez several weeks ago for yesterday. On Friday, they called to confirm they would be there between 1:00-4:00. At 3:10 when they had not arrived, my husband called to find out where they were. They said they did not have us on the schedule, but someone would be out. At 4:00 one person, a "duct" cleaner, showed up. Because we had plans at 6:30, he rushed through our entire 4000 sq ft home. My husband had to help the entire time carrying hoses from room to room. The technician said he would leave plastic for the furniture, but didn't. He was done by 6:00. Two hours to clean 3 entire floors of a house, plus three staircases. It cost us $457. No discount for rushing through and doing a shotty job, nor for my husband helping the entire time. Never again!

On Mar. 30th of this year I entered the I. O. P.(Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program)@ Lakeside-Milam Recovery Center in Tacoma, Wa. My reason for choosing Lakeside was from a friend who had success with this program, but my reason for seeking recovery was for myself, my family, & the people in my life that cared about me. At the age of 67, I knew that if I didn't seek help I would never be able to stop drinking on my own. My last group at Lakeside was Nov. 11th. I have been clean & sober since the day I started their program back in March. No one person or counselor@ Lakeside kept me from drinking or using, but the education, support, caring, & the tools they offered for my sober future was, is,& will be invaluable as I spend the rest of my life with a disease that will kill if it goes untreated. I highly recommend Lakeside-Milam, & will remember my experience there as a time in my life that I was able to rediscover the self-confidence in myself with there professional assistance & understanding. Without Lakeside's education & their advice to connect with the fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous, I wouldn't have been able to celebrate my 68th birthday on Nov. 14th sober with my very happy & proud 3 daughters & 5 wonderful grand children. I have been on the site for a while. I find the site is quite honest and useful. While there are negative reviews there, it is generally quite helpful to find and decide to use the company service. I also feel it nice that they publish the comment as written. They do not reject, censor or manipulate the reviews. All are as written--this is quite important.

I ordered 2 reclining sofa's (Lane) and a sleeper sofa (Ashley) in March and was told it would take 4-6 weeks to get them delivered. The sleeper sofa arrived shortly after the expected delivery date, and used once it would not unfold the second night. They did come out and fix it. Silly me, I always thought a brand new item should not have to be fixed, but oh well. After numerous calls, we finally got the 2 Lane sofa's, 4 days before we are leaving on a 3 week vacation in Europe. I immediately let them know that the sofa's were not made right, the backs of the sofa did not line up either across the top and on the back there was about a 2 inch space where one side was off. I refused to pay the balance until it had be fixed or replaced. I finally had to get Call 12 for Action involved and with their help was able to resolve the issue. What I ordered in March with expected delivery in May, finally got returned and credited in November! I chose a small business because I thought I would get better customer service than a big box store, Don't make the same mistake as me!

My wife and I have been dining at Royalberry in Palos Heights for several years. Starting out as primarily a breakfast diner, the menu has expanded to dinner offerings as well. The hours have expanded to 8:30 p.m. for dinner. We have found the food to be ample, well
Prepared and served promptly. The wait staff is always friendly and accommodating. One or both of the owners seem to be on hand at all times to handle any requests or problems. Good neighborhood spot that makes you feel welcome.

They lie when reporting phone calls to your business, leads, etc. All the so called phone calls they stated customers made to my business was not truth... not one lead, phone call or anything... just a bill each month for nothing... NO STARS! ZERO< ZILCH!

Our Marriage Ministry went here for date night 10/24/15. From the time we entered the door we were treated very well. But, lets talk about the food: The black beans are absolutely sumptuous and the salmon was some of the best I've ever had. There is no shortage to meat 12-14 cuts were served, something for everyone. Who every they have working in the kitchen and on the grill really knows what they are doing. Everything was well seasoned. Our waitress Tammy was very attentive, as was the owner Eli who stopped by our table several times to make sure everything was just right. We stayed quite awhile and never felt pressured to leave. If you are looking for a great place with amazing food you can not go wrong with Galeto.

Great breakfast

My husband and I visited the Iron Cafe in Montgomery, NY. We had breakfast and it was wonderful, very small place but the food was great. I had one of their breakfast wraps and my husband had a western omelet. We were very pleased and will return

D Town Movers were to be at my house on Saturday but was slowed down by unfortunate flat tire on their truck. They rescheduled for the next day and was there ready to shrink wrap ALL my furniture, and handle it with care. I was astonished how much care and precision they took putting it into the storage space. My thanks and appreciation for the help they gave me. Strong finish and I would very much recommend them.

Moe's lacks the southern experience that thay are trying way too hard to give. Let's start with the unhappy manager, next the unhappy looking staff! The pickled brat's were great but the attitude was mediocre at best when complemented. The brisket sandwich was average, beans we're not worthy. Over all the best part of the meal was the the brat. Do not go for the Southern comfort.

Restoration
November 7, 2015

Water heater failed in basement carpet soaked. Thanks God for Brothers Restoration call them and within an hour they were on the job taking care of the damage. Their quick action saved my carpet and their professionalism was out standing. Would like to say thanks for a job well done.

If you are a business BEWARE. This is Yelp's policy on reviews: It does not matter if it is true or false. A consumer can post absolutely false reviews to any business and they WILL NOT remove it. They called me today and tried to sell me advertising after refusing to take down a false review that I have proof is false. Told them to shove their advertising. If they call you to sell advertising, ask them about this policy. You will be amazed. Do not advertise with these people!
