My boyfriend bought me a bathing suit off of yandy's website and when it was arrived we were both disappointed with what we received. Not only was the bathing suit way smaller then described in their size chart, but the material was horrible quality! We decided to send it back right away. Yandy provided us with a return label in which it took over two weeks just for them to receive the package. When we finally received an email confirmation with our quoted return it was almost 10 dollars less then what we originally paid. Their reason behind this is because they quoted we paid about $5 for the original shipping and handling which is expected. They then changed us another $5 for the return label that they provided us in the package we received. This website is not only horrible in quality but also in customer service. Save your money and buy else where!
I have been buying in this store since 2014. I never had a problem with them until now. I recently purchased a biking that did not fit, I contacted customer service and their answer was literally " I do not know what to tell you, items are true to size". Basically calling me a liar, hysterical. Then I proceeded to do the return authorization form and tried talking to someone so they would waive the return fee, since one the fitting issues are not my fault and two seconds before I had place an order to replace the one that did not fit. The girl told me that they could not waive it since it was not the same item. Seriously, Victoria's secret will never lose a customer over 4.95. They are cheap, and have no customer service whatsoever.

I am disappointed to hear about the your experience. Sizes to vary with brands. I would need you order # to research more. All none clearance items are available for exchange or refund. The replies you received are not to our standards. I do need additional information to locate your order.

I ordered items for a boudoir shoot that I did for my fiancé. Every single item I bought fell apart as soon as I tried it on. Every. Single. Item. I have a small frame, these items were the right size, they literally were just that bad of quality. I had to go to a department store last minute because the items I ordered were completely unusable. I tried to leave reviews on the items but they don't allow you to write reviews, which allows me to believe the reviews on the items are fake. Upon trying to contact customer service, the claims would even submit. I tried multiple times to contact them and they won't even allow me to submit my claim. Absolutely a scam site and I will never shop there again.
I placed my order over a month ago and still dont have it for vacation. Their system messed up my address, then it was auto returned. I called to correct it and was told I would recieve it soon- that was two weeks ago. Now I don't have it for vacation. Worse of all when I called in to expedite it the customer service person had a horrible attitude, was short, impatient and denied any responsibility in the problem. I cancelled my order. I'd rather go to a place that has more professional customer service.
I bought a couple of items from Yandy. They arrived 9 days before the earliest delivery date (to Australia), the babydoll nightie is great material, soft lace and well made. I made a mistake with the shipping, customer service (Kiki and Deidre) fixed the problem within 24 hours which included a refund to my paypal account. Couldn't ask for a better company and customer service 10/10.

I HAVE ORDERED A LOT OF STUFF FROM YANDY AND NEVER HAD AN ISSUE, BUT THERE WAS THIS PARTICULAR TIME (WILL BE THE LAST TIME I ORDER) WHEN MY SHIPMENT GOT LOST, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID THEY NEEDED A CLAIM NUMBER FROM THE POST OFFICE; P. O. SAID THEY DON'T ISSUE CLAIM NUMBERS, AND AFTER EXPLAINING THIS, THEY JUST SAID "IF WE DON'T GET THE #, NOTHING CAN BE DONE" SO IT WAS MY LOSS.

I've ordered numerous items from shoes, dance wear and costumes from Yandy over the years and all those transactions were great!
This last order I received, out of eight dance wear dresses which come boxed (dream girls, LapDance, Music Legs) one was delivered out of it's box in a clear plastic cellophane bag.
Dancewear dresses are usually worn with No bra and t- back panties... Envision very minimal undergarments are worn with these types of lingerie.
Caution: if you receive any dance wear without a box, that means it's been opened! The original vendors never accept opened packages back because of hygiene reasons and Yandy shouldn't accept returns on these items either. They're like nylon stockings or panties... You wouldn't return something so personal especially if one try causes runs and damage like this dress I was sent.
This was a Music Legs item which was not packaged. With this same shipment, I ordered a Turquoise in this same design and this one was boxed.
As I inspected the unboxed dress, there were huge runs up the back end of the dress which snagged toward the front of the dress. Disgusting that Yandy sent such a Loyal customer like Me an opened, damaged item!
The material is a thicker nylon but the person who opened this product and tried it on clearly damaged it, returned it and Yandy sold it to Me without the box... I am calling direct to Yandy to inform them of this distasteful and hygienically ill incident. Hopefully they can rectify this situation the right way this time.
I refuse to pay the return shipping on an opened and damaged item they had the Responsibility of remedying before shipping out to Me.

I do appreciate your concern if an item has been opened. I can we assure your that a just because it is in a bag does not mean it has been opened. Each brand packages differently. Majority of the items we sell are packaged in a clear plastic bag much like all clothing purchase via the internet. Something are shipping team will remove the original box for shipping purposes. I ordered from Yandy two months ago and ordered two Princess Lingerie sets for a trip I am now taking in a week. I thought they would be here on time, even if slow, and still nothing. Every time I try to send in a complaint it brings me to a loading screen but never finishes. The one message I got through once never even got a reply. I would really appreciate to get my order!

I've ordered a large variety of products. Lingerie, Hosiery, & casual wear as well. Everything comes exactly as pictured. The sizing has always been true as shown by the size charts for each brand offered. The one and only time an order fell behind in shipping time, they immediately replaced it and sent it overnight for FREE! Their products are good quality and the customer service can NOT be beat! I recommend them to friends and order frequently!
I just received my order of a longline bra set. I'm a size 16/38DDD and ordered a size 2X thinking surely that would fit. The cups on this bra would fit maybe a C cup and the band part and shoulder straps are so loose my breasts just bend the bra over. It's a plus size set, why would the bra cups be so small? Big girls generally have big everything, especially breasts. I look ridiculous in this crap, which is a shame because it's so pretty. Yandy, please offer cup sizing for your lingerie!

Purchasing lingerie online is always a hit or miss for me. There are plenty of cheap websites that tend to falsify the quality of their product to consumers. It can be quite discouraging. I am a complete review snob and read everything I can on a product before I purchase. Yandy had mixed reviews and I was skeptical... however, I now don't understand why. My friends recently threw me a surprise lingerie shower and purchased a few items that I had seen online and gave them as a sample for what I'd like. They were exactly as pictured and the quality was perfection. I was blown away. Both consumers said shipping/delivery was quick.
Five stars. Will be purchasing more.

I must say honestly that, I would recommend them without hesitation, my packages are shipped out the same day and always arrive before the estimated delivery date. They treasure their customers and with every purchase you receive a gift, either underwear, gift card, discount codes etc. The prices are also fantastic and the products are of great quality. Their customers service is also exceptional, with all four reps I dealt with when my package was damaged during delivery we're very understanding and they went above and beyond. With some of the requests I had for them during our communications truly let me know they are eager to serve. Big up yuhself Yandy.com!
This site is glitchy and when i went to pay the site dumped me into an error screen that said "whoops something went wrong" so instead i chose pay through amazon. When i checked with my bank i had noticed that though the error screen assured me that the purchase did not go through the money had been taken from my account. So now i had payed twice for the same order but they only gave me only one order number.
I have tried to get them to return the money but have been met with deliberate run around, illegal requests, sketchy behavior and denial of the over charge even in the face of screenshots of my bank records.
After 7hours on the phone between the staff at yandy, my bank and amazon.com
They have repeatedly told me that there was only one order
Even hours after i had shown them screenshots of both charges they denied double charging me.
4 hours of phone time later they finally admitted to the overcharge and told me they voided one of the charges.
They did not void anything gave me bogus screenshots that said they voided but obvously it didn't work because it is now days later and the charge has not been canceled.
I now have to contact better business bureau, and start the long process of an investigation with my bank to get my money back, will take up to 50 days. Stay away from this site they are con artists to the max

We apologize that there was a pre authorization transaction on your account without the creation of an order. We immediately voided the preauthorization. We attempted to work with your bank to have the voided funds immediately released. As discussed by your bank and Yandy it can take several business days for the funds to post back on your account. Unfortunately we are at the will of the bank processes. Yandy has provided proof of the voided transaction for you and your bank. We wish there is more we could do to remedy this situation.
As for the 2nd the order you place through Amazon Pay you are able to refuse the package for refund. We will refund you in full when the items are returned to Yandy.

I had some shipping issues with my order and when I contacted yandy service they sorted it out and expedited a new order on the spot. I have bought before and love the lingerie I get from there. (corsets and teddies). The panties aren't the best but they never are from lingerie stores. But I love the other lingerie items they carry.
Ordered a lingerie outfit last week - arrived on time and although it was a little too big, was very cute and just as described. They make returns super easy. Ordered 2 more lingerie outfits yesterday, overnight shipping, and they're on the UPS truck to be delivered today, awesome! Customer service is prompt and helpful. LOVE that they're in the U.S.! And lastly, I am VERY big-busted... they have lots of variety and tons of outfits to choose from. I order online a LOT and this has been the best experience I've had. Highly recommend.
Just ordered 2 pair of panties. The quality was very cheap. Not going to order from here again. The sizing was not correct. Completely dissatisfied!
