I ordered a package containing items that in total cost 58,78 USD including shipping, I was given a tracking number and link, but when clicking the link it sent me to an error message. It was supposed to be delivered between the 18th and 28th of August, but no package was delivered.
I live in Denmark, a european country, which might explain it a little, but this wait has been ridiculous and I cannot wait to september.
Never shopping here again, would not recommend anyone who lives in a European country to order from here, as the shipping is bad and you might never even receive your package.
I had a delay in recieving an order, with my busy life Marissa, the customer service rep did me a huge solid and helped me beyond her job requirements! These ladies really go the extra mile!

When I first found yandy I was so excited as I really liked the brand, little did I know how much they were going to let me down. I ordered over $100 of underwear from them well over a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. I've sent multiple emails as in the uk can't call them and I'm met with the same automated response about covid (load of bollocks given I've ordered stuff from all over during lockdown and it's not taken over a MONTH. I'm about to move out of the house I ordered it to and have had to arrange with the new Tennant for when / IF it eventually comes. They are unable to provide me with the location/ a tracking number that works or the day it will arrive. Absolute thiefs, DO NOT SHOP HERE

I waited about 2 months to get my package and the tracking number stopped at a certain place for about 20days without any updates so I contacted them multiple times which I was told to wait again for a couple of weeks mind you this is for my work so I was already upset at the fact of waiting a month already. I contacted support again since last time they told me I would get a refund if I waited a week again. The girl who responded to me told me I would get a refund but that if I would get the package because it wasnt actually lost I would either have to repay or send the package back? Who asks that. It was their fault for the waiting time and the least they could've done as a company is let it drop and refund. Why ask for it back... Such a weird policy? I've never heard of no other company doing this. She said she would reach out to me if they see it got delivered to get their money back or have it sent back LOL? What... I'm still confused. All and all, very dissatisfied with how everything went and honestly would've lived to love it but I guess I'll never buy again from them!

Took my money. Been OVER a month and almost a half now. Still nothing. Just keep getting the run around through emails and hang up when called.
Hi, Michelle as we discuss there has been a delay with international packages. All your tracking has been provided to you. We know it is disappointing but it out of our control. You can see shipped it on June 10th and it was with US customer and then help with the Canada Post - good news is they say will deliver this week.
First time ever ordering from this site, I wrote a message in regards to my package being missing. I'm aware there are people who steal packages. The customer service rep questioned why I waited days to report when I have been dealing with family health issues and going back and forth in the process. Interesting enough they told me to file a report which I did. Even after the fact of having it overnight shipped. Very poor customer service in my opinion questioning a person time perception instead of finding a solution to the issue when I'm out lingerie and my money.

Ordered the items and never received them for more than 20 days. Email the customer services and the rep Ashley is very kind to help me resolve the issue. She informed me that she will change shipping from USPS to UPS for better delivery. The next day I received an email from Yandy service rep named Chuy. Never met any service rep being so rude and provoking in my entire life. He claimed that Yandy will not send the replacement or refund because of delay of USPS. His answer was totally different than Ashley. He mentioned that he just followed Yandy's SOP when encountering the similar request. I replied back to tell him that I still received other packages from USPS with no problem. If Yandy can't deliver the package in another 3 days, then I will have credit company dispute the charge. In 5 minutes, his next email threatened me Yandy will flag me and block me from any future purchase (Like I care?). He then ended with the phrase that It is not personal. Just business protocol. That is probably my worst experience from the online purchase ever. Thanks to a dreadful rep who is so rude and provoking for customer's rational request, I will never buy anything from them again. So whenever you talk to their rep named Chuy, be aware that you will be probably dealing with the worst experience in your life. Trust me, it will not be pleasant at all.

Brought a heel off site and shoe was the size of a child box was destroyed and held together with a rubber band upon sending the shoe back I was notified in written email $4.95 will be deducted for using their label received a partial refund of $26 after 11days of the shoes arriving to their facility not only did I waste my time on garbage product never received my full refund will be providing my bank all written documentation filing a dispute for my remainder

I'll keep this short and simple because I could go on and on about my negative experience. They don't give you your full refund for what you paid. They deduct from it for your return but they don't disclose that to you everywhere. I sent the customer service proof that the return policy page I was shown did not disclose that and the customer service had the nerve to say that they don't have to disclose that and refused to honor my full refund even though they had my proof. Overall product quality is bad as well.

Wouldn't even give this website a one star if I didnt have to. Took advice regarding sizes from someone who works there and the item didnt fit. Because I didnt try the item on soon enough I can not return it so I am stuck with something that I can not use. Terrible customer service and terrible website.

I ordered a pair of sports sucks. They're not what I thought but can not be returned even thought they are unopened! It was no final sale upon ordering but when wanted to return they're many noted that this is final sale or this item is not returnable! I have a feeling that this website is not honest! I won't recommend this website to anyone and will not order anymore from this tricky website.

Horrific experience.
I ordered panties (y shaped thong to be exact) and NEVER received them.
When I called, they told me it was delivered to my mailbox. It was a complete lie. When they said it was "Delivered", my mailbox was not yet set up because I just moved into my new complex. It should've been delivered to my door. I was accused of lying. I asked for it to be sent again or a refund. I didn't mind either option. They denied me and told me there was nothing they could do for me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold. The representative refused to let me speak to her boss and instead said "my supervisor said we can send you an email of a lost package claim. You should receive it in 30 minutes. Fill it out And if our delivers approve of it, you might be able to get a refund."
I never received the email and called the next day. The lady also questioned me about how I get the rest of my mail. She was even more rude than the First Person I spoke to!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
I CANT COMMENT ON THE QUALITY BECAUSE I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE.

I have been a Yandy's customer for many years. All of clothes I shop from Yandy are good quality. Shipping is fast. Their designs are very sexy and these clothes look good on thin people. I haven't had any negative experience from Yandy. If somebody has big body frames and a bit overweight, do not wear their clothes because they may look too short on you.
DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS IS AS CHEAP AS PAPER! THE SIZES ARE WAY OFF! YOU'LL NEVER SPEAK TO A LIVE AGENT! NO MATTER WHAT TIME YOU CALL YOU WILL ALWAYS BE CALLING AFTER NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. WHEN YOU RETURN THE TRASH FOR A REFUND, THEY WILL LIE(UNTIL YOU SEND A SCREENSHOT) SAYING THAT THEY HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING.
