Order over €100s worth of items on Yandy to treat myself and never received my package. My address was entered correctly but my package was never even attempted to be delivered. My tracking status says my package is being returned to sender and I have received NO help from Yandy. I'm at a loss of what to do. Customer service has been no help to me. Avoid at all costs unless you want your money stolen.
Hi I am sorry your 1st order was undeliverable it looks like Brooklyn refunded for the merchandise on 7/25/2021 since the tracking displayed your order was return to sender on it's way back to us. Sexy panties, but there were no returns and customer service didn't want to take responsibility for wrong sizing on the website. I ordered according to the table but they pretty much told me that I DID get a right size (but panties were pretty much falling off of me). They were fighting with me for those pathetic 5$, asking me to send pictures and stuff. I might never come back to this website because of the way they handled the situation. If you do decide to order that's at your own risk, just know that you are risking your money if something doesn't fit (even if it's their fault). Quality is ok at best.
Hey Oxana I am sorry you felt your pantie was the wrong size we ask for documentation for our records to make sure there was not an issue with you receiving the wrong sizing. It is sometimes easier than having to return the item. It looks like you did not want to proceed so we were unable to provide a resolution. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
My package was falsely delivered by USPS (really dislike usps more than ever) But Marisa and Brooklyn were so helpful and really made the process of getting my order so seamless and I'm really happy with this company. I absolutely plan on buying more thanks to these girls!
Quality is similar to wish, or aliexpress, but for 5x the price. All of the items look NOTHING like the photos, the quality is terrible! The only ok item was from leg avenue, because it was in a sealed package from that company, not a cheap replica knock off. And i am the type of girl who doesn't expect too much.
I shop at forever21, H and M, and do not have high expectations, i am easy to please.
I ordered 10 outfits from yandy. I had to throw away most of them. Just directly into the trash. No joke. They dont sit right on the body, the straps are flimsy, they are like the 'expectation vs reality" fails from youtubers.
I am always happy with lingerie purchases on amazon ect. I will NEVER order from yandy again. And i cannot make a paypal case because my first order from yandy was LOST in the mail and i live outside the usa right now. I spent almost $200 down the drain. I literally started crying.

Generally Yandy is a decent product since you get what you pay for. It's not high end but it's functional and enjoyable. I've had no problems with sizing, fit, or shipping times.
I've placed 4 orders with them and only ever had one problem with an order. Unfortunately this one problem has been quite a headache. I ordered one type of panty (the one on the tag in my picture) and received a completely different panty.
When I immediately contacted customer service via their contact form to get a refund (since I didn't get what I ordered) they sent the issue to three different teams. The last team told me that the panty I ordered (the one on the tag in my picture) is exactly what I received when that's literally not true. And yes, I provided the exact same pictures to them. They apparently have no reading comprehension skills and don't look at the pictures they demanded I provide.
Fortunately, I called and the service rep understood the problem better and refunded me. But the runaround I got with the email-based customer service is enough to make me wary about placing orders in the future.
Reached out to customer service for issue... I am very good with technology and tried to explain the issue and they just tried to tell me it was something else that made no sense. I asked for extension on coupon for just one day because I spent all days going back to my cart and adding items that got deleted once I went to pay (probably over 15 items) and it was so late that I didn't have time to go back and find everything. They said sorry they can't and still tried to "explain" to me the issue that made ZERO sense. I felt like whomever I was speaking to was condescending and it was my first time buying so I was stocking up and now I will not be buying from them ever! Too bad, I would've been a pretty loyal customer and I was very excited to try them out!

Yandy shipped my order to my old address--I'd changed my primary address on PayPal and I changed all my credit card addresses, but evidently I did not change the shipping address associated with each card on my PayPal account. Maybe my fault (I was never given notice that I needed to do so), but whenever something like this happened to me before, or to my friends, or to my husband, the company would reship the merchandise without any fuss. Not Yandy. I talked to two customer service reps, neither of whom were helpful. One of them said that because I did not adequately review my order confirmation email and cancel the sale the same day, it was my problem. I don't know about you, but I don't scrutinize every confirmation email I receive on a same-day basis to make sure that the company I'm doing business with doesn't have an opportunity to stick it to me. There are plenty of websites to order lingerie from. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I placed a order on 12-4-20 amd it's still not here and been at same spot for 10 days and prior to that sat in Arizona where they are located for 9 days. Never again watch out people
Was not happy at all with my experience with a dress I bought-- it was very cheaply made, the side crossing had uneven Xs and did not look like the product photo.
Very disappointing that when returning this, Yandy not only keeps what you paid for the shipping but also charges extra costs for a return label (both WAY above cost). Also, they still have not processed my return even though it was confirmed delivered.
I buy online all the time and never with another company have had this many fees.
I ended up losing over $12 to return a poorly made dress to a company with scammy customer service.

I ordered a costume for Halloween on October 18. At the time, Yandy was running a promotion promising all orders be fulfilled before Halloween. I did not receive my package until November 3. At that point there was no need for the costume so I made a return. It is now November 23 and I have yet to receive a refund for my late package. If they can't keep promises of making deliveries they don't need to have promotions. It's a slimy way to get more sales At the expense of customers.

Bought and outfit got it tried it on it was too big. This was for a Halloween party got it too late to try to get another. Sent it back. They returned it to stated that it was stained. I explained it was never worn she said well our pictures don't lie. Never will do business with these people calling me a liar. Has no stains and the liner was missing from where it was still attached when I tried it on and when it was sent back.

I reached out, and was treated with complete disrespect and then they asked me to have my wife call because they refuse to speak to a male about this. I purchased several items from Yandy and the quality is extremely poor so I sent it back at my own expense and they said they do not issue refunds due to quality issues - obviously because they know the quality of the items is terrible. Do not buy anything here unless you just want to have it for one use.
Spent $100 on a costume to make sure it got here on time and they wait until the day it's supposed to be delivered to send it back to them without a refund or letting me know before hand.
Tried to return an item the day I received it bc it was too big and there is no smaller size. Only option is store credit. Will never purchase from them again. Willing to give the credit to someone else who wants to try their luck here. I EI t be buying or referring Yandy.com to anyone

I ordered a bridal shower gift - shipping the item directly to my friend. When the item didn't arrive, I assumed COVID had caused shipping delays. After not receiving the item a month after ordering, I reached out the Customer Service Team. They have been extremely rude and unhelpful and ultimately refused to ship a replacement. I would NOT recommend shopping from this company.
