Ive been locked out my acc for a while now and they swear its nothing they can do. Every person i talk to is so rude and not help. I need my acc more than anything it they wont help me. Yahoo is not understanding at all
Man $#*! this lame $#*! website locked me out my own email AGAIN, why the $#*! I need to verify WHEN I have my own damn password and continue to put that $#*! in right consistently. Lame as hell, bad website. Would've rated this $#*! 0 stars but I'll give it the benefit of the doubt.
I keep being amazed by the one sided and complete denial of objectivity as a news and social platform. All we want is to be able to talk and feel that we are given a chance to not only talk but listen. I was helping my girlfriend change her back up phone number on the yahoo website and it sent us in circles. It would have us log into the Yahoo log in page then in order to access the account security we would have to log in through the AT&T log in. Once we logged on to AT&T, it would just give us information as to how to change the yahoo recovery phone number. Which sent us right back to the yahoo log in. We followed the instructions and when we got to the account security page, all you can see is a change your password link. There is no link or information on changing or updating recovery phone/email address.

I have to use this email because I volunteer for an organization that was given it for free. Well, you get what you pay for. Ads galore... stuck right between my email. Ads taking up 1/3 of the page. It's difficult to manage contacts. Somehow, it got hold of my gmail contacts. When I go to find a contact I only use for the organization I volunteer for, I see all of my gmail contacts. That is incredibly annoying since I normally copy a team for the yahoo account. I tried to update contacts and found all of my other contacts. I was furious. I've since found I can group the yahoo... but why should I have to. This is just junk. Do use it. They always find a way to make everything hard. Updates rarely work...
I love yahoo because I had google before but then bing got into my computer and I couldnt make google my default browser so I thought of yahoo because it kept popping up on my computer so I thought of it and made it my default browser!

I needed to reset my password for my instagram and had to get into my old yahoo account. I could not remember my password so I pressed reset password and it led me into a hole of waiting for ABSOLUTELY no reason. I gave my email to yahoo support and was put on hold for 15+ min just to be told they need to reset my account into their software so i should call back in 24 hours.
