All they care about is money, customer care isn't a concern for them. You get a new phone and number? Well if you can't get in to your email better be ready to hand over your debit or credit information so they can help you simply recover your account one time. I personally won't be using their services ever again and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their services either. A one star review for the service I have received is generous.

On June 30,2021 my husband and I purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 pick-up truck from Mr. Ali at BEST IMPORTS in Cary NC -Thankfully we did purchase a WARRANTY!
July 1st engine light came on, but we assumed that it was not anything serious
July 3rd took truck to Dodge Dealership for service –
(Notes - We are looking at removing heads and get down to the cam and lifters to inspect in order to diagnose the problem-Service Advisor Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge)
July 7th – Automobile is still with the service department at CJDR
We paid $24,500 CASH!
I have called/text Mr. Ali on several occasions with NO RESPONSE! He states that he did not get my calls or messages
Stay Away from this Car Lot! Mr. Ali appeared to be honest, fair, and trustworthy he actually seemed as if he wanted to help us, he assured us that the vehicle was thoroughly checked in a full service facility. There is NOTHING wrong with this truck "his words exactly". I believed him! He had a nice, calm, trusting demeanor. I cannot believe that during a Pandemic after the world has experienced so much pain and hardship that a person would inflict even more adversity and suffering on a family.
DO NOT Trust this Guy!

So you can know your email and your own password to access your account and that is not good enough. I am ask to provide the 3rd and 4th last digit to an old phone number on file (which i am able to provide) but then they want to send a code to that phone number as if i still had a phone number from over 10 years ago. I click the link to sign in another way (which i think is stupid considering i know the correct password) and the only thing that pops up is there customer service line and this is how that conversation goes. "because you do not have access to that phone number, we are unable to verify its you" if i had the damn phone why would i even be calling in the first place? Some help. I guess ill go $#*! myself. This is why i switch to gmail years ago. Would never ever tell anyone i know, even isis. To make a $#*!ing account with these cum guzzelers.

I am SO beyond disbelief upset with Yahoo. I have had an account with Yahoo for over 15 years. Now, I am locked out of my account and when I try to reset my password, I got an error message "We can't sign you in right now. Please try again in a while" - for which I've received for over a month and am not able to log in later on. I know what my password was - it's written down. So if I was hacked it was by Yahoo who then wants me to PAY just to reset my password - for which I refuse. This is the worst business model I've heard in my life and I can only assume you guys are going bankrupt. First, losing everyones personal information and now charging to reset a password. Good. Luck.

I've been homeless ever since covid hit. I lost everything and I mean everything. I have been trying to get things back together and was starting to get thing going online until I ran into a wall. I can't acctof Yahoo account and they want to charge me to get into it. WeLL I will not pay it because they don't want to help

I cancelled Yahoo Mailpro Annual over a year ago. Just saw a charge for $34.99 on my credit card. Called to get a refund and they said that they couldn't refund the money because I didn't call before the renewal date. Lets see... Renewal date 03-09-2021. The date I called 06-24-2020. I'd say that is well before the due date. I wouldn't recommend any service of any kind from yahoo. They suck!

I've been with them since 2010, and in 2021 when you need them because someone is stealing your account, nobody helps. Don't call to the "premium" number, it's basically the same as sending a ticket and they will keep you the most possible time for them, so they charge you then. No Twitter support, emails taking 3 days to answer, support is missing. I am switching to another mail provider after this.

What was a 2019 project is still waiting corrections. The gutters are not pitched and not attached. Roof leak bubbles on ceilng. Gable corners leak not cut properly uses caulk to cover up improper cuts. They tell us they don't like us and they are blocking our number so they don't want to come back and this is not our fault. Take ownership you have a business live up to what you state. Their bill doesn't match the work done, Aegis added sq. Ft to up the priceThey are very rude, better communication and respect for their customers. Is truly recommend. We missed work for an appointment made for corrections and they didnt come several times. We have been patient and begging for resolution and we've sent pics and other estimates proving subpar work this has been our worst nightmare. Eventhough Aegis has chosen not to take responsibility we have no choice but to repair our home and prey we will get resolution in some matter.

First step home inspection
We purchased a home and used First step for our inspection via recommendation of our realtor. We found several issues after the closing which led me to contact Matt to find some reasonable resolution. He would not move or even be open to any constructive conversation. At issue was the inspector missed a roof leak into the kitchen cabinets, which were almost empty, his excuse was kitchen ware could have been in the way. It was NOT! Now to the roof issues, we were told by the inspector the roof showed normal wear, and had a couple of years on it. Matt used the cover of the notation ‘further evaluation of the roof', however we were led to believe it was normal wear and tear. After we found the kitchen cabinet damage we had a roof inspection done and were informed of hail damage on shingles and wind turbines, not normal wear and tear. Matt refused to acknowledge the roof hail damage was missed, claiming his people are only inspectors not roofers. Go figure.
This will cost us more than $8500 to replace the roof instead of having the chance to NEGOTIATE the repairs with the seller's insurer.
I thought we would be fair with Matt and ask for only 25% of the roof repairs. Surprisingly he laughed at me and said there was NO WAY he would do any compensation for the roof. I believe in integrity and doing the right thing. Evidently Matt cares more about money than doing the right thing when a mistake is made. We would NEVER use this company again and have recommended to our realtor not to refer this company to any other clients.

I've had a yahoo email account for 10+ years. I got locked out of my account and the only way for them to help me was if I payed a one time $9.99 fee, even though I was already on the phone with them at the time, or a $4.99 a month subscription to their customer service call line. How can a customer service line not be free so you can help all of your customers? I would not ever recommend to anyone to get a yahoo account now. They just want money and for people to get their account hacked and give them no other option but to pay for basic customer service.

SLOW DELIVERY

If you have time sensitive emails don't use their free service. Sometimes I won't receive emails until the next day which isn't acceptable. If you have problems you have to pay $4.95 a month for help TO FIX THEIR OWN PROGRAM! Their help is offshore so sometimes I can't understand the person. You have to check the spam folder constantly to find the missing emails.

I spent more than 30 minutes on the phone, and by the end of the call it was either pay them 9.99 one time, or 12.99 per month for an email subscription.
They literally deleted 20 of emails and pictures and stuff Id forgotten Id saved.
Poor business, and really just a $#*!ty thing to do.

Extreme Pizza

Have you ever had an Extreme Pizza? My husband and I ordered a pizza this week from Extreme Pizza Mesa off of Higley Road. The pizza we ordered had an unusual name. " Yard Sale". It was a typical supreme or combination pizza that was not common. It was fantastic one of the best pizza's we have had.
We even went back this week for lunch and ordered a lunch special. The monster sub. After two visits here I doubt we would find anything we wouldn't like.
