I got a sofa bed and it was delivered without arm rest, I felt so bad after paying about 200£,I have asked to get the arm rest delivered but no reply
Ordered a train case for my daughter. Said on site that there were "hassle free returns" train case came with a broken arm for the extending storage. I'm been going back and forth waiting for a refund for almost 2 months. No refund at this time.

I recently discovered this shop and my experience was great! I was very impressed with their selection of products and they had exactly what I was looking for! Customer service was extremely poor. Only after several repeated attempts to contact someone, did I finally get a response from their representatives. Even then the communication wasn't clear and several attempts had to be made to get my issue resolved.

It was and is terrible,I've e-mailed and called at least a dozen times,never get an answer or a call back you were paid according to my bank on July 2 and i have never received what I paid for,i can tell I'm very disappointed with this service and you will be hearing from me!

Received product in quick turn around time, much appreciated. The product was unfortunately, not the best fit for our decking needs. Immediately emailed and tried to reach customer service to return and how to proceed. (on the second day after it arrived)
Was told to send a picture of the shipment, I did and again explained my reason for return. Didn't hear back again from company. I emailed and tried to reach a live person to talk with; was sent to an automated messaging system. Would not recommend using this company again.

We needed something to separate the pool equipment from our pool deck, and we couldn't put posts in the ground for a fence due to all the pipes. The planter/trellis was the perfect attractive solution for our situation.

I bought the potting table and it sat for a couple of weeks. It was not for me to assemble--it had a lot of pieces. But it is handsome. I got two compliments out of the two people who have seen it. I wish that the only drawer came with a roller. Other than that it is perfect for the average gardener like me.

I have had nothing but great experience with this brand. I have been a customer since 2019 and i have biugh faux leather chairs, tree condo, bird cage and so much more from them. I have yet to experience any difficulty as they are always includi g description to let custoners ware of the size items. Therefore, i urge other customers to read before purchase. My last purchase aas a cat tree condo for my boys and it has been such a help since it allows thtm to scratch easily in the pods. I definitely reccomend this brand for cat items and home furniture.The furnitures are pretty easy to assemble and are of good quality

The chair design was as expected, however the fabric was not. I found the fabric too industrial in feel and appearance. I called the company twice and sent an email to arrange for return. I was never contacted to make arrangements to return. Now the time has expired and I have a chair boxed up to return. I will not be using the chair. I would like to return it and recoup my costs. Right after I ordered our product, the customer service team reached out to me to let me know that they only had one left in stock and it was damaged. They did not want to send an inferior product to me and immediately refunded the money that I had paid. I very much appreciated their honesty and the quickness with which they dealt with the issue.

At first after looking at the tree i was going to send it back, but after i worked with branches for a while it looks ok for the money, you only get what you pay for.

Bought a bed and some dining Stools. I love the look and they are really good quality. In their description it also mentions that these are made with eco-friendly material so that's a plus on top. Also love how quickly it arrived very fast shipping

I've been looking for a good desk for a long time. It has to be sturdy, large enough to hold all of my office supplies, somewhere to put my laptop and somewhere to work on. I found it! The Desk works out of the box and is perfect for my office. It's a sturdy plastic that's easy to clean. I was a bit skeptical about the computer/laptop bar at first.
