So things you will be able to do is:
See some of the keystrokes (not all!)
Most or almost all of websites (not sure about incognito, seems to work, sometimes doesn't, tested myself).
Although they claim that you can see viber, kik's and what not, but they do not work, you will be able to see that on keylogger, because it picks up input on viber, but on viber section you won't see a thing.
Keylogger will locate only inputs in google (not all, for some miraculous reasons) and some in viber...
But most disappointing was the fact that a person with miniscule tech education (that had 0 clue about this program and couldn't have in any possible way), manage to detect that there's "some sort of virus", google antivirus, install it and from then on no detections whatsoever, literally last line says "antivirus for android" on google search. So then xnspy does something, shows up somewhere (and this is for very, very regular and simple user), but either pop ups or whatever it is, that the person gets irritated by and then will try to install antivirus and that'll be the end of it.
Paid for 3 months, got out of it 1.5 week.
Disappointing, to say the least.
I'll give one star that it works, at least somehow, and you are able to get something... while others where straight up disappointing and didn't even work.
And another star for design, bit outdated, but not too much, modern enough and looks nice. While others where like back to 2000s.

I purchased this software and after downloading and installing it didn't even open for me to go ahead with the settings.its doesn't even click and after contacting support they tried via remote access and even they could not do it and asked me to wait for their tech support to contact me and I been waiting ever since.my request for a refund has been ignored as well since it's been over a week. Just a piece of crappy software that won't work and a way of taking ppls money

I purchase the xnspy software and got Zero Record. None of it work. It doesn't even deserve one star. I'm currently waiting on my request for a refund

In spite of two calls to tech support I am unable to see all text msgs and phone calls same day. The time and date also seen to be wrong but are apparently not changeable by the user. Also, when reviewing recent texts, not from today, they are not all there. They were not deleted, they just didn't show up. Now I'm going to have to fight to get some money back I bought a one year subscription based on reviews. Waste of money.

Time things anything and it only works on Samsung 9 and down phones. Wtf? So not satisfied and what a waste of money

Mostly when you have a problem with an app or something and you are not dealt with your query properly. It gets frustrating. The people at xnspy customer support dept are totally at your disposal if you face any problem with their service.

They leave u completely satisfied. What more can I customer ask for.

I honestly got quite a good experience using the app, just that I was not able to retrieve the full detailed information, I'm also sincerely grateful to CyberHackIt. Com for their careful utilization of the carefully provided resources and quick execution.

Their website says "view internet browsing history" with NO-jailbreak required for i-phone, BUT that isn't true. Upon finding out that the website claims weren't true and before I had even used the software, I asked to cancel. They said they will only offer a 30% refund. They kept citing the "buy now:" page that has lots of very fine print about all sales being final, but they were doing me a favor by offering a 30% refund.

IN SHORT: The website says their software covers a lot of functions but if it doesn't?. Too bad it's your problem, because you agreed to all sales being final when you placed your order

I have some reservations from day one about the software. I still like it but there's nothing that's been done about how fast backups are done. There's no certainty. This has to get a little better.

I tried to like this program. After downloading I found surrounding sounds did not deliver for plus 24 hours. Not immediate like every other program. Newer phones doesn't record even though they said they did. Within 2 hours of download wanted my purchase price back. They would not do it. Their ap in Google took care of some of the problem on time but now Google dumped them probably because they suck. Don't believe their hype though their tech support seems really nice you leave the condo being the one screwed.

I am using this app for a few days now, it's a great help as I can monitor my little boy remotely and I can keep an eye on him because there are so many bad people out there. The geofencing feature is my favorite one. Really good work developers, highly recommended.

The setup was easy and it took less than a day to transfer all of my kids' information to the remote server. The app is discrete and no icon shows. IM chat spy works perfectly (which I need to use the most). Their yearly package is the most economic

Yea I had problems right from the very beginning. And then come to find out the phone record calls doesn't apply to my phone because I guess I was running Android 10 and they stop at 9! So I asked for a refund and they said only give me half back. They will not grant me a full refund. And I payed for a full year mind you. So I guess that's how they make their money is by only refunding half your money back. DO NOT GO THROUGH THESE GUYS!

GPS, not too accurate; text messages show up a day late, not current! Also, the first page i looked at prior to purchasing said that installation could take place for target device through ICLOUD. Then when you select that specific installation method, that page says currently unavailable. ANother page shows that ICLOUD is an option for installation, and then at the very bottom, if you scroll all the way down, it says this method is not currently available! I contacted customer support, they would not refund me anything, and told me to reread the print, but then i copy and pasted where it says that ICLOUD was an option, and they said that they would fix that page. BUt still didnt offer to refund me even a penny! PARENTS: SEARCH FOR OTHER APPS TO PURCHASE

Signed up to monitor my child's phone. Took whole 1 month (!) and 5 of their Live Chat Agents just to install and set it up. Too complicated. And it turns out it does not monitor in real time and it has to sync via same wifi every 24 hrs. If your child is outside the home for 24 hours this app is useless. No location tracking. Haven't used any other features yet as it is still not completely done syncing. Lots of time waste, nerve waste, money waste. Find a better alternative.

Purchased the software after contacting the company for details. They lacked details says it works via iTunes. Followed instructions to the T 5 days went buy and still nothing was working. Filed multiple tickets and non got answered until I sent a ticket with REFUND title. Once I filed for a full refund they then told me they can only do 50% because i am "dissatisfied" yet nothing worked nothing was uploaded and no one read ponded to helping me resolve any issues.
Bottom line:
No tech support
Has money back guaranteed that they don't follow
After 25 emails now they offer 50% refund.
Fraud. This company is fake and just tried to steel your money don't recommend it.
